19/05/2025: The food is not the best, got a chicken burger that wasn't the best.

17/05/2025: Really good experience at Rib House in Helsingør! Cozy restaurant with a relaxed and rustic atmosphere – especially their courtyard and the red leather booths give a good atmosphere. We had spareribs and a juicy steak – both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked, and it was a hit with the kids with free soft ice cream. The service was friendly and accommodating, but we experienced a bit of a wait as it was busy. However, this was offset by the good food and the atmosphere. Definitely recommended, especially if you like barbecue and large portions! We will definitely come back.

29/06/2025: Food was excellent,we tried different dishes and each dish was very good. Service was a little bit slow to be honest and almost couldn’t eat dessert because they were closing the restaurant.

06/07/2025: We ate at this restaurant twice. The food was good quality, the staff friendly, and the place was pleasant. We had two great evenings. The price/quality ratio was reasonable considering the prices in Denmark.

04/07/2025: Food is amazing, the service is amazing, breakfast prices are affordable, staff is amazing, and their bread is the tastiest bread I’ve ever eaten. I strongly recommend this place.

23/06/2025: The fig salad, steak and salmon was outstanding and the Pear pie was something I would say was the best dessert I have ever had! It was unreal! You could see the attention to deal. The owner was fun, easy to talk to and an amazing person!

18/06/2025: I have enjoyed visiting Café Flora for many years, where the experience has always been something special. Unfortunately, I have recently experienced conditions that make me no longer feel welcome or comfortable in the place. There has begun to be a smell of hashish in the area around the toilets and especially at the entrance to the kitchen. The smell seems to come from the kitchen, and I have noticed that one of the employees – a small man who is bald – clearly smells of hashish. This is both unpleasant and unhygienic, and it creates a very negative atmosphere, and the food is also completely out of order when he is there. I have pointed out the problem to an employee, whom I have heard the staff call "Mo", but unfortunately my inquiry was met with indifference, almost angry that I said it and got the impression that I should just move on. The same applies to the service from this employee, who often seems unengaged and inattentive. It almost requires that you insist on getting help, as he is often busy with his mobile phone or sitting with a computer instead of taking care of the guests. It is sad to see how the level of service in the café has fallen over the past six months. If I have to mention something positive, it must be the service in the restaurant, where an elderly gentleman and another employee in particular provide friendly and professional service. All in all, I unfortunately have to conclude that I will no longer visit Café Flora as long as these problems – including the smell of hashish and the poor service – continue. I hope that the situation will be taken care of so that the café can regain the high standard I previously experienced. I am considering reporting it to the Danish Food Authority. 22/06/2025: Nice location and view of the castle. Unfortunately the food generally didn't taste like anything - was generally very underseasoned. The steak was cooked through even though I ordered medium rare, the shooting star was dry - probably had more breading than fish. The bread underneath could use butter. The soda we got had no fizz. But nice and friendly service.

26/04/2025: We had been looking forward to an evening at Savannah and had therefore booked a table for 19:00. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations right from the start. When we arrived on time, we were greeted with the message that we would have to wait a bit. We stood outside for 10 minutes in the cold weather, which was an uncomfortable start to the evening. After the 10 minutes we were further informed that it would be another 15 minutes before we could enter. It gave a slightly unprofessional impression of the place's handling of reservations and guest service. When you book a table, you expect the restaurant to be ready to accommodate one – or at least handle the situation in a way that takes better account of the guests' comfort, especially when it's cold.

16/03/2025: We had booked a table for 7, but ended up being 6 people due to illness. When we entered we were told that we had to pay for 7 people anyway because that was what was reserved for, but it was said in a completely weird and annoyed tone. We said fine, because they promised us extra meat, but still there were 2 of us who left hungry. The meat was not welldone as we would have liked and it did not satisfy us even though we paid for 7 people. The service was ok.
