04/04/2025: Dear Restaurant Retour, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience with you. During my visit I was met by an employee who behaved unprofessionally and disengaged. Unfortunately, that set the tone for the rest of the evening. I ordered a steak, which was burnt on the first serving. I kindly pointed this out and sent it back in the hope of getting it done correctly. Unfortunately it came back in the same condition – still burnt and unacceptable. It is really disappointing, especially when visiting a restaurant with the reputation and price level that you have. I hope you take this inquiry seriously and ensure that your employees, both in the kitchen and among the serving staff, live up to the standards that guests can expect.

08/03/2025: Really good restaurant with great food, very good service, and nice atmosphere. Located nicely in the city centre Copenhagen. The beef options are great.
