09/06/2025: The worst waiter experience ww have ever had. From the moment she approached our table, her attitude radiated impatience, disrespect, and complete lack of tolerance. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable — as if our presence was a burden. When I finally confronted her and asked to speak with a manager, she suddenly changed tone and apologized. But by then, the damage was done. The mood was ruined, and so was our evening.

27/05/2025: We went as part of a group and we were very disappointed by the quality of the food. It also looked like they didn't have enough cleaners to keep the place really nice.

18/05/2025: Spareribs, baked potato and coleslaw, the best I have eaten in the restaurant. Tender fillet of steak was very good. Schrimp-coctails very fresh and tasty. Reasonable price. Good housewine. Very friendly and polite waiter. Very nice restaurant.

25/05/2025: It was my birthday and I was there with 3 others. The food was good. I ordered a steak and a side dish. When the food came out, no one said anything to me and only after I pointed out that the side dish I had ordered was missing half of the ingredients was I informed that they had not been able to get hold of all the ingredients and had not had time to change it on the menu. I also ended up paying full price for the dish. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience, but that kind of thing should not happen in a high-class restaurant.

26/04/2025: TangoYVinos has a good and cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious and of good quality. However, we ordered our beef tenderloin medium fried, but it was almost nice, so had to send it back. It changed the right to be good. However, one was still not quite medium-rare yet. Really good Crème brûlée - yum. Expensive soft drink - 20 cl delicious pink grape with good taste for DKK. NOK 58, equivalent to half a liter's price of DKK. NOK 148 for a soft drink. Unfortunately, they couldn't manage to be fully booked because there was an incredibly long wait between dishes. We waited 55 minutes for the dessert and then had to ask for it. We were not offered to buy coffee or anything else for dessert. After waiting for the bill for half an hour we put on jackets and went to the bar to pay, then waited another 10 minutes.

26/04/2025: We had been looking forward to an evening at Savannah and had therefore booked a table for 19:00. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations right from the start. When we arrived on time, we were greeted with the message that we would have to wait a bit. We stood outside for 10 minutes in the cold weather, which was an uncomfortable start to the evening. After the 10 minutes we were further informed that it would be another 15 minutes before we could enter. It gave a slightly unprofessional impression of the place's handling of reservations and guest service. When you book a table, you expect the restaurant to be ready to accommodate one – or at least handle the situation in a way that takes better account of the guests' comfort, especially when it's cold.

16/03/2025: We had booked a table for 7, but ended up being 6 people due to illness. When we entered we were told that we had to pay for 7 people anyway because that was what was reserved for, but it was said in a completely weird and annoyed tone. We said fine, because they promised us extra meat, but still there were 2 of us who left hungry. The meat was not welldone as we would have liked and it did not satisfy us even though we paid for 7 people. The service was ok.

23/05/2025: SG experience: terrible. They don't have SG bread or gluten-free beer!!! (I should add that they finally brought me two slices of toasted SG sandwich bread that were edible.) The food was average: the roast beef was good, but too raw on the inside for me. The dessert was also good. The starter said salmon with avocado, but some people at the table had salmon and others avocado, not both... The place is nice. The bathroom is very clean.

11/05/2025: Skrækkeligt sted, dårlig service, ringe mad og vi blev sat i en ude stue allé hvor der var koldt og trist, vi bad om et nyt bord og fik så et i en anden kold udestue, det endte med vi selv måtte be om plads med de andre gæster i varmen, mad var dyr og kedeligt noget af maden var så dårligt at det måtte sendes tilbage

04/01/2025: Vi havde bestilt bord på forhånd.(31.12) Fik ikke nogen særlig venlig modtagelse. Vi bestilte brunch. Vi fik beskeden, at de ikke havde forventet at sælge noget, så vi kunne ikke få æblejuice, Caffè latte, eller juice med bl.a gulerødder og appelsiner. Ekspedienten virkede sur og irriteret/ frustreret. Forstår ikke at de ikke havde de nødvendige varer, der var kun 1 lukkedag før de skulle have åben igen. Da jeg skulle betale virkede dankortterminalen ikke, hvilket gjorde ekspedienten endnu mere irriteret. Vi har været på flere Vivaldi restauranter, men ALDRIG haft så dårlig en oplevelse.

29/12/2024: Hope it's only today that it was a bad experience. The bread in general is bad, but today there were big holes. The food was cold. Some of the staff could not speak Danish. There were no signs on the things, so you didn't know what they were. Plates were missing. App didn't work.

24/05/2025: When I enter the restaurant, I can see from the interior and layout that they would try to lean on the real restaurants. Prices, table setting, and interior are like expensive restaurants, but then the similarity ends. The quality of the food simply cannot keep up with the price. For example, we got two pieces of meat that had to be chewed 100% more than what I normally experience in other places. Their salad bar is not much better than what I see at highway eateries. And then the place has become a “purchased” restaurant. Now everything has to be purchased, which is a far cry from their original concept. So after the new management has put their mark on the “new” Jensens steakhouse, it is a restaurant I go to a couple of times a year at most. Where I used to go there at least once a month.

07/05/2025: The food vas very lacking: unseasoned ribbs, "barbeque" sauce was basically ketchup and the coleslaw was just shredded veggie in a cup with white water. The service on the otherhand was very good. The two ladies working that nice was very professional and attentive, props to them! I was suprised by the lacking food quality as I've always been positively surprised by the fiod quality of Jensen's in Sweden.
