05/10/2025: Fantastic food. Took the expensive menu, only have an anniversary once a year. With waguy meat, really good.

14/10/2025: Really poor quality today. baked pizza with spaghetti and beef burnt on it and if you saw 25 grams of beef in that pizza then I did too. Spaghetti badly cooked the only thing that pulls up to 2 stars were the fries. It doesn't look like a pizzaria to make such poor quality. Okay I'm disappointed.

24/09/2025: The half chicken and the Mexican burger were very tasty. A little more burger sauce would have been nice. The fries were good. The price/performance ratio was right. The young woman who served us was incredibly friendly and attentive. I wish I had service like that all the time. I would eat there again. The pizza at the next table looked delicious.

29/05/2025: Super good experience, where we were looked after from start to finish. At dessert I discovered that the dessert chef had a watch similar to mine in black, so we swapped it with my blue one. Nice touch that gave a good atmosphere ☺️👌

25/05/2025: Good food, unprofessional service (May 20, 2025)

15/11/2025: We, as many others the evening we came by, didn’t get to eat there as the guy who greeted us at the entrance was overall rude. He turned away anyone who came in looking for a table and wanting to dine with them. Claiming that they were “fully booked” even though the restaurant and bar was more or less empty. When questioned on this statement we were told that we had “attitude” and didn’t “understand the concept of reservations and could just sit down since we didn’t respect reservations” and that all the people who had reserved “would come in 2 mins”. We left and walked by the place 1 hour later where the restaurant was still half empty. This seems to be a place who wants to seem fancy and in demand without actually being it. Hope they reconsider who is tasked with greeting people at the door as this person will tank their business if he is allowed to be there going forward. If you want to eat in Odense and be treated kindly and professionally. Go somewhere else. This place clearly doesn’t want business.

26/10/2025: The portions are very small. My boyfriend had a starter and main course and was nowhere near full. I also had a dessert and had the same experience. So for the price it is too expensive for that amount of food. But the taste of the food is really good! It seemed like there were too few waiters, because it took a VERY long time sometimes if you said you were not ready to order or when I got my dessert card and had to order we had to get in touch with a waiter ourselves and the table next to us waited a very long time and seemed unhappy, another table left due to the wait. Likewise when paying we tried to get in touch with a waiter. But ended up going to the bar to pay. This combined also means that we will not recommend it further. The only reason we had chosen you was a gift card from Smartbox that needed to be used. If you want a steak you can just as well choose a place like MASH for those prices.

08/11/2025: There were six of us for Christmas lunch at Restaurant Albert. Quiet surroundings upon arrival, but the acoustics became poor as more guests arrived. The food was ok, but none of us were positively surprised. The drinks and wine were good, but the canned beer disappointed. All in all, a somewhat flat experience and too expensive for the quality (625 kr. per person for 2.5 hours). For us, it is not a place we will return to – we prefer a more cozy inn atmosphere when we have a Christmas lunch.

01/11/2025: Went in to try out their new buffet concept. We came at 8pm. The food on the hot plates was cold and the buffet was not replenished after 8:30pm. The dessert was almost empty when we arrived. The service was not properly clean, you couldn't find a spoon for dessert that didn't have stains on it and the plates were clearly not properly clean either. Only one waiter on duty who only showed us to the table, no service beyond that. The waiter walked around with his private mobile inside the restaurant among the guests. Later, the same waiter starts closing the restaurant because the guests have left the place, which gives the impression that you are not welcome and that you should hurry to leave the place. The worst part of the experience was that at 8:45pm people came from outside to pick up To Good To Go food, which completely ruins the experience of being out and eating at such a restaurant. They come in and get a lunch box that they can fill with food right away for 1/10 of the price. They were not instructed to sanitize and completely ruin the otherwise relaxing atmosphere of the place. Would not recommend this concept for the price - order too good to go from them instead it is much cheaper.

22/09/2025: Fantastic place and fantastic food and service! We ordered their 5-course menu with wines and we can't find a single bad thing to say about it all! The food was really good and exciting, the service was top notch and the restaurant itself and the view what is not to like? We were glad that we live in a camper right next door - because we were so full and a little drunk that it was nice that we were close to our "home"! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! 🙏🏻❤️

22/09/2025: Dear Mast, Thank you so much for a fantastic experience with your 5 courses with wine. It was such a delicious end and last evening of our holiday. The food was completely out of the ordinary and the wines were perfectly matched. I would love to come back and recommend everyone to have the same experience. Thank you to the lovely staff.
