20/06/2026: It wasn't that bad. 😃 - except my 94 year old mother wasn't that crazy about the curry soup, but the salmon starter she got was perfect and the rest of us couldn't have had better food. 😃

22/07/2026: The steaks were good—some in my group said they were outstanding—but the fries were too salty. The biggest downside was that we waited over two hours for our food.

21/07/2026: A good "all you can eat" concept, with the standout feature being that all meat dishes are prepared for you on the grill. We went here for dinner with our family. Extensive salad buffet, including fries and potato dishes. But the meat dishes stole the show: all very tasty!
The staff is friendly and helpful if you have questions. There is also a wide selection on the drinks menu. For the meat lover, it is a Walhalla, so to speak. Plenty of choice in well-cooked meat and grill specialties.

11/05/2026: In Ribe, dogs are not allowed inside most restaurants. You are then required to sit outside. Not appealing at 13 degrees, so we moved on. At this lovely restaurant, however, dogs are welcome. The first thing they did was place a bowl of water. The food at this restaurant is good at a reasonable price. Prompt and friendly service.
07/05/2026: Great steak !
Really interesting decor. The walls are decorated with photos from Jacob Riis time in New York. The waiter was happy to take the time to tell us about who Jocob Riis was and to give us the back story on the photos.

27/07/2026: We were 9 adults and two children, the restaurant was full, while we sat and waited for the waiter. He was alone taking orders and serving the guests! It was too much for one person, so he forgot things and one child didn't get his food until the rest of us were finished,
So the positive! The food was very good and everyone appreciated the food, it was worth the money! So the restaurant can be recommended! But the owner needs to get more people to work!
26/07/2026: Despite busy night everything was perfect. The waiter kept cool and service was great !

08/07/2026: Sunday 05-07-2026. 30th Wedding Anniversary, which was celebrated with style. beautiful 500g T-bone steak and tenderloin approx. 300 g. Starter dessert, and the salad. MUMMS it was fantastic. And a little cognac was also made. There was care for the details. All in all a delicious experience. The service was top notch, waiter Mie was very professional and sweet. KH Lis and Allan.
02/04/2026: Incredibly delicious place. Bearnaise sauce you get addicted to, it is really top class. Got a fantastic 300g tenderloin, cooked medium and absolutely perfect. The wine list for single glasses is a bit skimpy though.
Nice and delicious salad bar, with a good selection.
The service was fine, even though some waiters were a bit "green" they did a good job.
The premises are super cozy and it is very nice to be.
Thank you for a good evening, we will be back again soon and give you our best recommendations.

Got 2 dishes the first day and got a pizza on day 2. Super polite and good service both days and the food tasted great!

Had a late dinner when we strolled around Kolding Storcenter on a simple Friday before closing time. Stumbled upon good old Cafe Eiffel and while we stood looking at the menu and assessing our hunger, a friendly waiter (who apparently owns the place) came to us ahead of time and asked what we wanted.. 15 minutes later we had been through a really pleasant and friendly conversation, got just what we wanted and even got delicious tastings of various wines as well as professional explanations about the wine topic, since the person actually has many, many years of experience in wine.
We got an experience out of it and what we expected we must say.. food and drink went so well together.
We know the place but have become even more positive after today.
03/08/2026: Truly amazing experience. Stayed here with my family for dinner. The food was amazing and the hospitality was on another level. Definitely recommend this place!

20/07/2026: At the time of my visit, the Google score was only 3.9, which I consider far too low, especially when you consider how many restaurants have scores well over 4 without being any better.
The food was good, but as expected, not exceptional. The price-performance ratio is acceptable for Denmark.
The service was friendly and attentive.
The ambiance is pleasant, with a view of the yachts and the Little Belt.
15/07/2026: The food was ordered and known at the time of reservation. The restaurant would then have the chance to be "picky" about the meal. And not as it seemed to make it hours in advance and put it in the refrigerator. And in addition, serve a pre-ordered dessert known for its warm caramel lid and creamy content, while the rest of the meal is ice cold and grainy with crunchy cold sugar mass.
