02/06/2026: Me and my fellow diner had Beef tenderloin Tullamore Served with raw fried potatoes, vegetables of the day and whiskey sauce, which was flambéed at the table in Tullamore whiskey and for dessert Crépes Suzette:
Homemade pancakes, ice cream and orange sauce. Flambéed at the table in cognac, I had a Greenlandic coffee
Have been there before several times but my fellow diner has just moved to the city, we were both satisfied

The staff had plenty of time to chat, the atmosphere and the food were top notch.

02/07/2026: I have eaten at another Flammen restaurant a few years ago and it was quite sad all the meat was quite boring. This time I was quite skeptical but we were going out to eat on company expense and must say this time it was good and nothing to complain about. So I will probably choose it another time.

24/11/2025: The restaurant is just small place with a decent/romantic atmosphere. Service was very kind, our food was served in about 20min since we placed our order. Steaks tasted great. Pepper sauce was tasty but for our standard it was too mild (not enough pepper). But on the other side - chimichurri was great! Free starter was a nice surprise :).
17/11/2025: Great place, great meat with a unique good taste.
Good wines, great service!
Small and cozy place, on the slightly higher price end, but you leave with "it was worth it"

11/05/2026: In Ribe, dogs are not allowed inside most restaurants. You are then required to sit outside. Not appealing at 13 degrees, so we moved on. At this lovely restaurant, however, dogs are welcome. The first thing they did was place a bowl of water. The food at this restaurant is good at a reasonable price. Prompt and friendly service.
07/05/2026: Great steak !
Really interesting decor. The walls are decorated with photos from Jacob Riis time in New York. The waiter was happy to take the time to tell us about who Jocob Riis was and to give us the back story on the photos.

19/06/2026: From the outside it doesn't look like much, but we all had some really good burgers. And the fries were perfect. Definitely value for money.
16/06/2026: The friendly service (the boss) was great, funny and also spoke German, very quick on her feet, the food was plentiful and delicious, I'll definitely come back when in Nyborg.

08/07/2026: Sunday 05-07-2026. 30th Wedding Anniversary, which was celebrated with style. beautiful 500g T-bone steak and tenderloin approx. 300 g. Starter dessert, and the salad. MUMMS it was fantastic. And a little cognac was also made. There was care for the details. All in all a delicious experience. The service was top notch, waiter Mie was very professional and sweet. KH Lis and Allan.
02/04/2026: Incredibly delicious place. Bearnaise sauce you get addicted to, it is really top class. Got a fantastic 300g tenderloin, cooked medium and absolutely perfect. The wine list for single glasses is a bit skimpy though.
Nice and delicious salad bar, with a good selection.
The service was fine, even though some waiters were a bit "green" they did a good job.
The premises are super cozy and it is very nice to be.
Thank you for a good evening, we will be back again soon and give you our best recommendations.

Their wines were surprisingly good.
Excellent concept with one price and then ad libitum. The price is probably just a bit too high compared to the time you get and the quality of the food.
11/02/2026: Damn a dirty place. I understand when we came yesterday there were no people at 7 pm. The food tasted very boring and completely tasteless. The best thing was what they didn't make themselves. The wine etc.. Was incredibly bad. Wow we won't be going there again. It's seriously not worth it. Add. Better go to Dalle Wahl where there is more change and fresh dishes. It was impossible to pair a dish with potato salad? haha omg so. It's a bit like food doesn't matter to a place like this.
