12/07/2026: What a delightful surprise! Without much searching, we found ourselves surrounded by the crew's boundless creativity and experimental spirit, all while enjoying a delightful and appreciative audience at the tables.
The wine pairing (Mouton) was superb, perfectly complementing the vibrant eight-course surprise menu.
We'll be back and will be talking about this wonderful evening for a long time to come. 🫶🏻🇩🇰🙏🏻😍

16/12/2025: Absolutely lovely, only 30 dkk for the whole day for a person with a hugeee selection of games to pick out from. The decor is amazing and the service was sweet and quick.
If you get hungry, there is a wide selection of options to choose from, from small snacks to a small meal. Also, they offer amazing choco

11/12/2025: The bartender was very friendly. We had a good meal and some good beers. I recommend it.
09/12/2025: Dec 2025. Tuesday night. The sweetest waiters. Great atmosphere. Lots of people. We got 3 burgers and all 3 were dissatisfied. It was sour and didn't taste like anything else. Fries OK but nothing to rave about. One got Cesar salad - not a real Cesar dressing or grated parmaggiano turned into the salad. But great beer - TWO Beer is always good. NICE service.

04/06/2026: I was only at the bar for half an hour before a restaurant visit. But the service was friendly and attentive. And when I expressed doubts about which beer I would like, I was offered a taste - I think that's super nice style 😊 👍

24/09/2025: Absolute gem of a restaurant! It’s a set menu but they do surprise you with some extra courses. The potato was the best thing ever. Overall really enjoyed the menu, unique flavours and textures. Highly recommend making a booking and stopping by. Perfect for a moody date night
22/09/2025: We had a great time at Høst, it’s clearly a very busy place and due to that it is very systematic and quick service, each course arrived very quickly after another. Maybe even too quickly but it suited us well. We had the 3 course menu and bottle of Albariño wine that was both nice. Few surprise courses came during the meal.

We were so excited to come back, but they don't order Shooting Star for dinner anymore 😔. Ordered schnitzel and it lacked any flavor and was very chewy. Minus 2 stars.
An amazing small restaurant in the center of Copenhagen. The 2 most popular dishes are the Shooting Star (fish 2 ways with shrimp) and the fried pork (all you can eat). Great selection of beers and wine. Very highly recommended!

04/07/2026: If you are in the area, this is a good place to try some danish dishes. Reasonable priced and hearty.
03/07/2026: I got the roast pork (Flæskesteg). The crackling wa the highlight as it was super crispy. The portion was generous as well, very filling and proper hearty comfort food.
Great value for money considering how expensive Copenhagen can be and the whole place had a traditional feel. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Good beers too.

The seating is not the most comfortable, but it fits the fish market diner atmosphere.
