16/09/2026: Party of 2, visiting Brus on a Tuesday night. Decent amount of people but not overly crowded however the service at the bar was lacy and non attentive, despite being the only ones at the counter. Ordered 2 beers and was immediately asked for tips when trying to pay. Stop this, it has the completely opposite effect.

14/09/2026: I've been there a few times now, and it certainly lives up to that first time. The food is really high quality – not just on paper, but when it gets to the plate. We're not talking about fancy molecular gastronomy or loads of foam, but rather basics done with prestige and attention. BRUS is one of those restaurants that shows that you can take gastronomy seriously without losing your appetite and fun. Visit it if you care about eating well.

10/07/2026: Great little bar with an awesome vibe, especially in the beautiful weather. Preston was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. Great staff, great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

04/07/2026: We had dinner here one sunny June evening, and it was perfect. We had a stroller, and they seated us at one end, which was great. The food is traditional and delicious. Excellent quality and value. The atmosphere is very pleasant. It's not very touristy; at least, we didn't see any tourists that day.

20/12/2025: Smells a little too much of pee at the bar. But 1st floor is cool

05/12/2025: Really good bar/pub. Very cosy. Nice range of beers on tap, all the usual spirits, very cool and friendly bar staff. Can get very, very busy/crowded, expecially on a game night, but - it's a great place.

30/09/2026: Imagine if you had never seen that place before. Delicious food and great prices. We will be back.

28/09/2026: Old school fast food place with classic Danish dishes. For the location it is fairly affordable and also quite cozy in its old way. Nice service as well

24/08/2026: It's a place frequented by KU students, so the atmosphere is youthful and university-oriented, but anyone can enter and the prices are low.

04/10/2026: Really delicious food. A bit factory-like serving, probably due to the many guests. A bit too many and a bit big to be really cozy.

03/10/2026: What a meal! An incredible array of flavors. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. Impeccable, discreet, and efficient service. The three-course meal was excellent in every way, including the amuse-bouche and interludes. It was delicious and definitely worth the trip. Reservations are recommended. A superb experience.

19/09/2026: Cozy place. Reasonable prices for beer. Good service

06/08/2026: Had a booking for the whiskey bar. Upon arrival they told us it was closed for an event, so we could sit at the bar, or a table until the reservation arrived for it. Tried ordering about 4 different pours from their menu that they were all out of. Seemed unconcerned about our experience. It was a shame, as we went every time we can to Copenhagen, but it’s not worth the trouble.

18/10/2026: We had been really looking forward to having a bite to eat here. We had made a reservation, but unfortunately the bus wasn't running and we had to take a later one. Once we arrived, Google Maps showed the wrong location, so we had to search for a few more minutes... all in all, we finally got inside nearly 20 minutes later. It looked really nice inside, so we were happy to be there. Unfortunately, we were turned away because we were late... They weren't being helpful at all... There's the door. Too bad... Yes, we were late, but come on, surely a little cooperation or thinking is possible? Missed opportunity.

06/09/2026: Great size of coffee, big! Just how I like it. The place is cosy and great for taking a book or laptop. My new favourite cosy cafe!

06/09/2026: On our last day in Copenhagen, we had a very pleasant and delicious breakfast with our huge suitcases. You can especially opt for an egg-based breakfast, but the burger and sandwich options also looked very tasty. The staff were also very helpful.

24/09/2026: We had ordered food for a specific time and it came 2 hours late... But ok food and very cozy brown tavern

05/01/2026: A very pleasant surprise. Charming restaurant with good service. The food was plentiful and tasty, but a bit too rich. There's limited seating inside, so reservations are recommended if possible. No vegetarian options were available.

30/09/2026: Worst café experience ever. Never experienced anything like it. Hair and insects in the food. Waited over 25 minutes to be served. Then we had to get the order paper ourselves. She was just hanging out at the bar and wasn't in a hurry. She didn't come and get the paper either. So we had to go up and hand it over. She was still hanging out at the bar and not doing anything. It took an incredibly long time for the food to arrive. One of them asked if it was urgent because we wanted to order an extra coffee because he wanted to smoke a cigarette first. We had to ask the other one for another coffee. Again it took an extremely long time.
