De bedste restauranter i Frederiksberg

20/03/2025: I ordered 2 pieces of cake and received 1. I needed to grab 2 pieces for a birthday and to my surprise there was only 1 piece of cake, I called and the person that helped me knew which cake was missing without me saying which cake was missing which was already weird in my opinion, after that she asked me when I could come by to get my piece, mistakes happen but for me to go back and forth while living far away I wanted some compensation .. i was frustrated thanks to that one person didn't receive their cake But mistakes happen and the employee that made the mistake could've made a genuine mistake but the second time when I came in there was another worker and I needed to explain to him that I stood on a calendar and explained what happened, for some reason it felt like I was not taken serious and he explained that there only stood my name and that he couldn't compensate me in any way, he explained after i received the cake that the girl could've refunded me the amount through there system, something that the girl also didn't say, so I explained that I wanted some form of compensation by maybe another slice or something else and the guy said: humans make mistakes, there is nothing that I can do for you besides there only stands your name on a piece of paper with no further explanation, this is just bad customer service, I have experienced a lot of mistakes in the kitchen but a compensation has always been there even if it was an extra sauce for your fries or a free drink, it was still the company's mistake which in return I received nothing extra for by a mistake that was still made by the company itself, normally I wouldn't write such a long review but I feel that this whole process made it clear that I would not want to come back to this company nor would I suggest it to anyone based on the way the staff handles their mistakes. It's a shame because I really like their cakes and I wanted to grab an extra piece but due to this experience I'm not willing to come by this store anymore.

01/04/2025: A very tasty and authentic restaurant with a good ordering system. We were completely satisfied on our evening and the food arrived quickly. Everything was beautifully presented and very tasty. The value for money is good; by Copenhagen standards, it's one of the cheapest sushi restaurants. It's a bit out of the way, but it's worth the drive.

29/03/2025: Did not receive what we expected from the pictures and reviews of the place. Disgusting, sushi mush. Avoid this place.

15/03/2025: Excellent dinner experience - we got through the menu well, excellent small dishes: rice paper, croquettes, delicious sticks and good sushi. OK atmosphere and good service.

19/02/2025: We went early on Valentines. With two kids we have a lovely early evening before the rush. Staff was very kind and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. Food was as usual - perfect.

04/02/2025: A brown pub, Quite a choice of beer, when in doubt the friendly bartender spontaneously offered glasses to taste. A big disadvantage for us, there is smoking inside. Otherwise I would have given a 5 with a lot of conviction. Price: depending on what you order In general the prices are democratic. Soft drink 25 Danish kroner Pilsner 25 Danish crowns

23/03/2025: We had pasta with veal and truffle sauce. It tasted absolutely fantastic. However, we could have missed some bread to go with the delicious creamy sauce. Good service

20/03/2025: The coffee was a little cold. Apple cake was nice

22/02/2025: DKK 95 for a small mazarin tart that was several days old. It was almost impossible to cut through. It was refrigerator cold and dry. It tasted like old cake. This is the last time I buy anything from here

23/10/2024: Super Cappuccino and Fantastic service. A gem in Frederiksberg where you always get a smile and maybe a cookie, with you on the way into Frederiksberg garden.

27/03/2025: We had ordered a charcuterie board but the pizzas looked so good on the tables next to us that we just had to share one! The waiter and the chef were both very kind and their service was impeccable. It was my first time but I will definitely return. Thank you! 💕

15/03/2025: I was really looking forward to Bjørne the cellar, but left disappointed. The food was tasty, but hold on, the dishes are small. Can't remember the last time I had so little food on my plate in Copenhagen. Unfortunately, the service was also strangely distracted and unclear. Orders were forgotten and the waiter was strangely short headed and actually seemed like he would rather be sitting at home on the couch. How they got a bib Gourmand for that effort is a bit of a mystery. Oh, and not at all what we had expected after very positive publicity in, among other things, Gastro.

17/11/2024: Delicious food at a sharp price. Pleasant atmosphere.

11/11/2024: It's all pretty good, apart from the fact that we had to wait 1.5 hours for the main course and that they didn't come at the same time as it, but half an hour apart. The waiters were nice enough though. all in all quite disappointed.
