28/08/2026: Completely boring experience. Although there were a lot of people, the restaurant was completely devoid of atmosphere. Impersonal but friendly service, but worst of all was the food. I don't think the chefs even taste their dishes. We had a 4-course menu, and I have to say it was one of the most uninspired I've had in a long time. Frederiks Have has definitely seen better days

26/08/2026: We visited the restaurant yesterday for their 3 course menu. Super cozy place, in quiet surroundings with attentive and service-minded staff. The food was fantastic. 10/10

13/09/2026: We stopped here for a meal during our vacation and were impressed. The service was top notch, very polite and friendly. 🥰 And the food was perfect. In fact, even a whole month after our visit, I still remember the taste of the steak!😋😋😋 Well, amazing👌The family was also satisfied. Thanks to the team.🫶

30/08/2026: I like the vibe of this place and the quality of food they serve. They have a very wide choice of different dishes. However the staff should improve a lot- sometimes you have to wait very long for even get the menu and then wait long to order.

02/10/2026: Today I was served by an employee so rude that words can hardly describe it. I was reprimanded when I asked for a buttered roll, and was told in a razor-sharp tone that they only had buns. It later turned out that our entire order had been made as takeaway, even though we were seated guests. So I asked for my bun to be served on a plate. I even chose to turn a blind eye to the fact that I had to drink my café latte from a paper cup. Still, I was met with reluctance and was told that I had ordered takeaway myself. But I was never asked if I wanted my order as takeaway, and the employee could clearly see that I was sitting at a table in the café. I have great respect for people in the service industry because I know that it can be hard work. But since when has it become acceptable to compromise on common courtesy and proper treatment of other people? It is not about an error in the order. Mistakes can happen. It's about the way you talk to your customers. I think it's sad.

06/09/2026: Cozy place, okay customer service, but those chairs aren't the most comfortable to sit in. It would have gotten 5 stars otherwise.

19/09/2026: Since we were looking for something near the Forum, we walked into Katz. It's a nice little place where the locals go. It had a better atmosphere than the places we've been in the city center. The food we ordered, pasta with salmon and the vegetarian version, was delicious and the portions were more than sufficient. The one with salmon had a large piece on top. The girls working there are nice and we didn't have to wait long for the food.

03/08/2026: we waited around 40 minutes for our food, when it finally got served, most of the chicken was burned and was a bit weird on the inside, me and my friend both got sick the next day. over all the decor was nice.

31/07/2026: Nice burger place with very nice staff. However, the burgers were way too well done. The nachos were crazy good.

13/09/2026: Pre ordered the duck but was told it wasn’t available. Get your system in check and stop over promising.

25/08/2026: My girlfriend and I both got food poisoning after eating sushi from this place. Nausea and stomach cramps after a few hours and all night. When confronted, they denied that it could be from their food, and refused to give us our money back. Will not be ordering from Zen Dimsum & Sushi again. EDIT: The restaurant now suggests that we both got sick due to allergies. No, we do not have allergies. It’s most likely due to the bacteria bacillus cereus from bad rice handling.

31/05/2026: Fresh and tasty sushi, great variety, reasonable prices, and excellent service. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and they also offer delivery. Highly recommended!

28/03/2026: The sushi here is complete crap. Trying to find something with good quality salmon is impossible. It’s all fried prawns, crab, and barely any real salmon. Just cheap stuff nobody actually wants. Just charge higher prices and give us proper sushi. This is disgusting… it’s the McDonald’s of sushi. They even give you that awful spicy mayo so you can’t taste how bad it really is. Good sushi doesn’t even need sauce if it’s fresh and high quality. The fact that it only tastes “good” with mayo already says everything. Also, my order was completely wrong. I got whatever they felt like sending ,nothing I ordered was correct. Now I’ve spent 444 DKK on food I didn’t even ask for, and it tastes terrible. The rice is bad too ,not even slightly sweet, just cheap and poorly made. This isn’t real sushi. It’s just bad food. Don’t trust the good reviews ,people here are probably just used to bad sushi. It’s not new that sushi in Copenhagen is low quality,just Google it. But honestly, how can someone cook this and actually sell it to people?
