10/01/2026: Great place at Gilleleje Harbour. We got some Danish Smørebrød. All tree was really good, only thing was the bread underneath was the same in all tree, bread was good but as the bread have a lot of the taste, it would had been better if it was different under each one. We will be back, great food, great atmosphere and service.

25/01/2026: We were a party of 13 people celebrating a special birthday, and it was a fantastic experience: the waiter was incredibly attentive, polite and in a good mood. We were given a menu that consisted of a number of really delicious dishes, especially the starter with lobster was a real pleasure. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

10/08/2025: Timeout in Helsinge is simply a gem! The atmosphere is always warm and cozy, and the service is top notch – you really feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The food is absolutely fantastic, always freshly prepared and full of flavor. In fact, it is so good that every Sunday I make the trip all the way from Hellerup with my friends just to enjoy a delicious meal here. Timeout is without a doubt worth the trip – every time!

25/09/2025: Their nachos are some of the worst I've had in a long time. The meat filling on most dishes is a bit stingy, but the taste of both pita bread and pizza is otherwise really good.

23/12/2025: There was NO bread under my shooting star, but I shouldn't enjoy complaining 😐 By the way, a Bold attitude in the menu. Translated into Danish, it means: eat what the chef serves, and shut up! No one came to our table after the delivery of wet and dry and asked if everything was as it should be..... But with that attitude, the chef should also make sure that ALL listed ingredients are in every dish that leaves the kitchen! It shouldn't be necessary for the waiters to ask the guests about the chef, or they themselves have forgotten something! Eat your food, otherwise you will get it for breakfast with milk on it! All in all, a regular Jensen steakhouse-like experience, just with fish or schnitzel. Very young staff. It is exactly what it looks like from the outside. Except for the chef's attitude! I challenge you to ask for no onions in the burger or a dessert without whipped cream! Bread is also an indifferent starch that should have no place in the food pyramid!

13/12/2025: We went here on a Saturday evening and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was very nice. We got butter chicken and chicken tikka massala. I found the naan to be a little off, but it didn't subtract from the overall experience. I would dine here again with my partner :)

Was served by a young lady who had no interest in either service or customers. Asked for cutlery, and was pointed in the direction of the buckets with knives and forks. The pizzas were placed at the end of the table with a rather indifferent attitude and attitude. Would come again for the food

01/03/2026: Lovely hotel located in the middle of Gilleleje. Near beach, harbor and restaurants. The food was eaten at the hotel, which was super nice. Super friendly staff. Not the last time we visit this hotel again. Definitely recommend for the price.

20/12/2025: Another successful Christmas party at the coziest hotel in town. Both rooms and food are at a reasonable price level. Beautiful, well-decorated and very cozy rooms!!! Both winter and summer. Lovely Christmas atmosphere at the hotel. Always well-cooked food and plenty of it!
