02/07/2026: Farm to table places are as in as a.i. and much more the direction that we need to go, if we wanna keep going. Most of the food is convincing, especially the haddock on a salad of warm veggies. Veggie "fruit salad" is usually too much con-fusion for me, but this one works better than a DRC immunologist. The coffee gets a special mention for thrilling a Bondi coffee snob...trust me, that's a high bar. We will check out brekkie and dinner and update.

13/07/2026: Unfortunately, the restaurant does not deliver according to expectations, especially not at that price point. Chose the catch of the day which was catfish, which sounded incredibly good. We ordered an aperitif which we barely had time to start before the food was on the table. A very nice portion of shrimp, lobster and dill potatoes with the fish. Unfortunately the portion was relatively tasteless, but well-sized and you were properly filled. Nice staff, good service and very nice to sit outside and look out over the harbor.

21/08/2025: A delightful little café. I had a delicious slice of cake and a latte! The owner was kind and welcoming; it was so nice that I stayed longer than usual to enjoy breakfast with a good book! I'll be back!

06/01/2026: It's so cozy, you walk inside Gribskov and then the cutest little farmhouse appears right down to the water. You enter a small cozy living room, with a view of Esrum Lake and here there are volunteer older people who serve you in a polite manner. Very down to earth, come in as you look like you're on your picnic. Highly recommended - but a bit expensive.
