09/02/2025: Really bad kebab 100kr for an inedible durum menu. He also stands and sweeps carpets with a broom right in front of where you are eating. No one in the sense of the situation.
Really inhumane place. Won't come again!

27/06/2025: Per is a fantastic host and the house has a really good selection of good beers.
05/05/2025: There is roast pork on Mondays. It holds up 100% to how I thought it should be. So big hit😀
PS: Is so good that I take my mother-in-law with me on trips 😉 and she was also a fan.

17/07/2025: The quality of the food did not match the prices at all. The Wienerschnitzel was far too thick, not battered at all as it should be, it was very tough and dry unfortunately. The plaice was overcooked and dry. The sauce for the steak tasted quite strange, not that delicious. But the potatoes were delicious, and the salad was good. The service was also good! But the food was unfortunately lame and not worth the money: we sent the plaice back because it was too dry, but it came back just as dry, we couldn't bring ourselves to mention it again to the sweet waiter.
13/07/2025: Here we regularly buy Gilleleje rye bread via a credit card.

31/05/2025: Idyllic spot and inn down to Esrum Sø, run by volunteers. Had a couple of excellent meals with herring, shrimp salad and chicken salad. Afterwards coffee and cake. It's slow living and you shouldn't be in a hurry when you come, but instead enjoy the peace and slow down. The food comes when it comes and that's completely okay.
13/04/2025: Beautiful location and great food!
Got the most delicious spiced herring with a lager.
With a view directly down to Esrum lake.
Super sweet service.
A nice Traktørst in the middle of Gribskov♥️🌸

23/10/2024: There is nothing wrong with the baked goods, but they are sold at inner-city prices. The "bakery" only opens at 8.30 and although the doors may open earlier, the opening time is kept to the letter. The place is apparently also a kind of market candy and the lady who runs it doesn't have much left for children, so please leave them at home if you go there.
08/08/2024: Bought a signature bread, a rye bread and some spins everything was super delicious ❤️

18/05/2025: 6kr for a bag that I didn't get.
8kr for dipping, which I didn't get either.
15kr service fee? I didn't notice it much.
75kr for delivery, at that price you had a hope that the food would still be hot, but no.
Deadly, limp pizzas, it was a bad deal, money straight in the pot.

We didn't know what to expect.
We got great food, good service and what a great selection!!
Many nice sushi's, good hot dishes, large selection for Mongolian Barbeque.
Nice cakes, many ice cream varieties, sweets and "child-friendly" options on the buffet!
2 children and 4 adults were full and happy after a few hours in cozy surroundings.
Just over a "thousand" 🥳
( We drank ice water and ate our calories instead 😜)
21/04/2025: Absolutely miserable, both in terms of food quality (including gray meat) and service, which was deficient and table decorations, lights etc. was removed around us while we ate - anti-nice.

06/03/2025: The small restaurant has a good location surrounded by beautiful nature with great hiking trails that you can use before or after your meal. The parking is a bit difficult for people with walkers or wheelchairs.
01/11/2024: Disappointingly, the meatless pizzas are by no means a taste experience. Tasted like nothing.. despite a price of approx. 145..
A female employee, friendly.
But been past before, where we asked a little about the pizzas, where a gentleman (presumably one of the owners) coldly just says, "You can see the menu card"
- Just one remark like that makes me really angry, and I don't want to support them.
Being disinterested in your potential customers..

20/05/2025: Really shabby nursery with many half-dead plants. Weeds everywhere and a dead rat in a trap that looked like it had been there for a long time.
The only positive thing is that there are many unusual plants if you dare to buy them…
I would check the plants carefully before planting for invasive species.
18/05/2025: Wonderful place with charm and spirit. There were many interesting plants that you don't usually see elsewhere. We will be back.
