24/05/2025: Got a pizza that was missing an ingredient, when we asked we were not offered a new one but just a comment about “well, but isn’t there anything I can help you with now?”. Should have at least been offered a free pizza for next time. But that was the last time we bought from there.

19/07/2025: Awful service. Slow. Arrogant. The host even dared to say “you need to follow our pace” when we asked for a menu after having been waiting for 15 minutes. To say the least, before we even got a table, he asked us if we wanted drinks or dinner, and when we said dinner he even commented he wants us to have drinks so we spend more money 😂.
16/07/2025: I'm not much for burgers, but keep up the good burger. Bad chilli mayo, but the location makes up for it

26/06/2025: Really bad service today. We ordered a lot of things and one of the drinks was a Strawberry Matcha. Sorry but it tasted terrible, it only tasted of milk and the glass was filled with ice cubes. After two sips the drink was already empty.
Also there were no napkins so we asked for some. The staff made the most annoyed face as if it was our fault that the napkin dispenser wasn't full. When she gave us some they came from the toilet, it was literally toilet paper. We could clearly see that there should be napkins in the stock.
All in all a really bad experience. We won't be back!
12/03/2025: Really poor quality, lack of adults, it's all run by very young people with no education in food, it's not their fault but the greed that Lagkagehuset shows by saving money on the staff unfortunately causes the experience as a customer to be so bad that you never return, got a sandwich made by one of the young people, almost only bread and salad mix from a bag, and then some sour-tasting tuna salad that was probably not stored correctly and shelf life unclear, bread cut with a very crooked knife or also by a who have no idea how to cook.

26/12/2024: I was promised the best pepperoni pizza. At least I didn't get it. It doesn't taste like pepperoni, And he forgot my chili anyway. 90kr straight in the trash, but I ate three pieces because I'm starving and the trip to Copenhagen will be long without food. Honestly, that pizza dough is the worst I've had here in 2024. Underbaked and tastes like ciabatta bread with a hint of garlic. Shame
07/10/2024: I place big order about 300dkk. But they’re stingy with portion this time in chicken tallrik .. put fat pieces and portion is less according to price.. probably not choose them next time when we visit Copenhagen

28/06/2025: Boring and very average..their Signature Burger: Rigmor...hmm not an experience at all..could it be eaten..yes 100..was it anything special..No..boring fries sad nuggets..more boring chilli cheese tops..won't come again.

11/08/2025: Jeg bestilte i dag take-away fra thai kitchen Helsingør og må desværre sige, at det var en af de værste madoplevelser, jeg har haft. Maden var slet ikke frisk – den var gammel, og ærligt talt var det noget, man mest af alt havde lyst til at smide direkte i skraldespanden.
Det undrede mig også, at tre retter kunne være klar på under 10 minutter fra bestilling til afhentning. Det gav bestemt indtryk af, at maden blot blev varmet op i mikroovn i stedet for at være tilberedt frisk.
Som om det ikke var nok, var en af retterne heller ikke som jeg havde bestilt. Jeg kunne ikke spise maden, og jeg kommer aldrig til at bestille herfra igen. Absolut ikke anbefalelsesværdigt 🤮
26/06/2025: Mega dårlig oplevelse. Maden har tydeligvis været frosset ned og varmet op igen. Slet ikke friskt, efter smagen smagte af mug. Bestilte en nudel ret med grænsager, dsv var der 90% nudel og kun 10% grønt i maden. De gad ikke give penge tilbage. Super dårlig oplevelse

02/10/2023: Very expensive. A cup of water cost me 35dkk.
25/09/2023: The place is pretty nice and the service was decent but that's where it ends. The waiter didn't ask anyone in our company how we wanted our meat. You would think that that would mean we would all get the steak the same which normally is medium rare. Well some where medium rare, some where medium, some where well done... Mine was well done so i complained and got something that actually was perfectly medium rare, but to the steak I also got a bearnaise that was so separated that the cook must be blind in order to send that out and I wasn't the only one who got this attempt at a bearnaise. This I didn't complain about because if a chef and the waiter can't even see that that sauce should never have been sent out then complaining about would not help with getting a prober bearnaise.
The starter and the dessert was good but with such a disaster as the main course and considering that the prices are expensive compared to what I got they can't get more than 2 stars.

22/11/2024: Mysigt café med god mat och bra service. Extra plus för den trevliga personalen. Blev snabbt bemötta och trevligt bemötta. Åt smörrebröd och Fish and chips, riktigt gott.
08/08/2024: Turistfälla som tar betalt för kranvatten. 29 danska kronor för en tillbringare. Fick även betala för ketchupen och majonnäsen till burgaren! Skandal.
Vi kommer inte tillbaka,
Dyrt och överreklamerat ställe.Och på det en tråkig betjäning utan ett enda leende.

30/07/2023: A really bad burger!
The bread was dry. No cheese on the cheese and bacon burger but some kind of pale cheese sauce. The meat tasted burnt. But worst of all, the salad on the burger was arugula and spinach.
