22/09/2024: Super lækker brunch til en rigtig god pris. Service og mad var fantastisk god og vi nød at sidde på terrassen. God ide med varmelamper selvom det var varmt nok idag uden dem.

08/09/2024: Nice food and nice service, but as several people also write, there is a lot of waiting time. They will get a lot out of and have a better reception and seating of the customers.

12/07/2024: Ordered a burger with extra sizzle and it was the best burger we've had in a long time.

17/08/2024: The Thai food is quite good. However, it seems very rigid that you cannot decide for yourself whether you want spring rolls or chicken skewers, which are standard, for your menu.

21/10/2024: You sit in fantastically beautiful surroundings and you sit very comfortably with the most beautiful view. The wine list is good and very large. There is no doubt that they are doing very well here. We got their tasting menu with fish. Everything around tasted good, but the actual quality and execution of the seafood was well below mediocre. It simply did not taste as fresh as one would expect from this type of restaurant. However, the hotel is fantastic and definitely worth a visit.

16/10/2024: We at hear as a family of 4 as part of a small weekend package. We had the best service - she was attentive, friendly and experienced. The food service was perfect. No overlapping, cold food or long waits between dishes - everything was delicious. Couldn’t get enough of the syrnet fløde(sour cream) in the stir fried hiramasa. The blackberry pie was a great way to end with a good cup of coffee.

28/10/2024: 25 happy guests celebrated my round birthday on Saturday from 12 noon to 8 pm with wonderful service and good food and drink for everyone. Strong selection of beer both with and without alcohol. Well done Axelhus

11/08/2024: Terrible experience. The service was extremely poor and we were served by 2 young people with AirPods who clearly did not care about the customers. In addition, we found a long hair in the French hot dog. When I told the clerk this and demanded the money back, they didn't have any change in the cash register. The food we got was also not prepared properly and we had to get the staff to start cooking our food several times because they kept sitting on their phones. We were the only customers in the diner!

25/09/2023: The place is pretty nice and the service was decent but that's where it ends. The waiter didn't ask anyone in our company how we wanted our meat. You would think that that would mean we would all get the steak the same which normally is medium rare. Well some where medium rare, some where medium, some where well done... Mine was well done so i complained and got something that actually was perfectly medium rare, but to the steak I also got a bearnaise that was so separated that the cook must be blind in order to send that out and I wasn't the only one who got this attempt at a bearnaise. This I didn't complain about because if a chef and the waiter can't even see that that sauce should never have been sent out then complaining about would not help with getting a prober bearnaise. The starter and the dessert was good but with such a disaster as the main course and considering that the prices are expensive compared to what I got they can't get more than 2 stars.

22/09/2024: We ordered 2 pizzas and it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to deliver. And 2 days later we started getting symptoms of food poisoning. Ad for Satan from here we will not order again. And can't discourage others from doing it enough.

05/10/2024: Really good and authentic Thai food. The portions are large and taste great. I can highly recommend Tuk Thai Restaurant in Helsingør.

25/09/2024: The food was ok but swimming in too much oil. What gives this bad review is DKK 70 for 2 bottles of water, halli halli for robbery in broad daylight. I agree that inflation has hit the country, but who the hell wants to come back to something like that? Get your prices under control, thanks
