22/02/2025: We ordered via just-eat. The food should arrive after 55 min. When 1 hour and 10 minutes had passed (and it had said "on the stairs for 20 minutes" in the app, we called the pizzeria, which hadn't started the food yet, and added another 20 minutes to the delivery, in a rather unpleasant tone. 0 stars from here, we canceled because we couldn't eat it 🤯

22/04/2025: Ordering a round of noodles with cripsy chicken. DKK 109
Cheap and large portions of food for the money. Super nice Chinese food, no it's not a huge taste experience, but super nice noodles, good vegetables, good chilli on the side and surprisingly good crispy chicken.
Can be recommended if you want some Chinese food, where there is something for the money.
29/03/2025: My parents and i ordered poke bowl, Miso Ramen, Yakisoba and Crispy mix 12 pcs. And they finished cooking them so fast which made me impressed and the look of the food looks exactly from the menu and the food taste so heavenly like literally. I don't have anything to say but this deserves more than 5 stars rating.

02/05/2025: Smallest durum I have ever seen. Badly rolled, miserly filled and overall hopeless.. If you are looking for a good durum then you are going wrong here
12/12/2024: I call and order a durum with chicken and dressing because I can't stand it... then I come home and there is also dressing in it :(
It's a shame because I think it's actually an excellent place and really nice staff.

Bestilte en griltallerken. Kødet var totalt tørstegt og dårlig kvalitet
Måtte selv hente servietter.
Da jeg bar min tallerken ind gjorde jeg opmærksom på Kødets dårlige kvalitet
Personalet gav mig et ligegyldigt grin, og svarede - du spiste da op

Ordered a grill plate
The meat was totally thirsty and poor quality. The plate too small and there were no napkins
When I carried my plate back I pointed out the poor quality of the meat. Answer - you then ate - with a smile that expressed that he did not care

21/08/2024: Really good residential area to live in, lots of activities for the residents, good apartments, unfortunately there are some that clearly show that they are +50 years old. The biggest problem is that several residents can't figure out how to stop littering and place household goods outside the places intended for it.

02/03/2025: We bought the big surdej bread (round one with the hole inside) yesterday @ Bagt Helsingør and it was totally old. Very very hard to eat and we had to throw it out. So bad experience!! I would not even give even 1 star. 😢 I don’t understand why they keep old bread ?

13/02/2025: Undoubtedly the worst and most tasteless pizza I have ever had.. The pizza man was rude and he serves burnt pizzas and is completely indifferent to hygiene and customer service. I commented that I thought the pizza looked burnt, to which he looked at me stupidly, and entered the amount for the pizza on the payment machine.. This place is NOT recommended..

12/03/2025: Really poor quality, lack of adults, it's all run by very young people with no education in food, it's not their fault but the greed that Lagkagehuset shows by saving money on the staff unfortunately causes the experience as a customer to be so bad that you never return, got a sandwich made by one of the young people, almost only bread and salad mix from a bag, and then some sour-tasting tuna salad that was probably not stored correctly and shelf life unclear, bread cut with a very crooked knife or also by a who have no idea how to cook.

11/08/2024: Terrible experience. The service was extremely poor and we were served by 2 young people with AirPods who clearly did not care about the customers.
In addition, we found a long hair in the French hot dog. When I told the clerk this and demanded the money back, they didn't have any change in the cash register.
The food we got was also not prepared properly and we had to get the staff to start cooking our food several times because they kept sitting on their phones.
We were the only customers in the diner!

24/05/2025: Got a pizza that was missing an ingredient, when we asked we were not offered a new one but just a comment about “well, but isn’t there anything I can help you with now?”. Should have at least been offered a free pizza for next time. But that was the last time we bought from there.
29/03/2025: The food came faster than expected, I think it was too old for half a raw potato with remoulade and a tiny salad on the side, I don't care about the money
