14/05/2025: After the new owner, the place has really gone down in quality in every way. The food is not good. We have given it 2 chances, but unfortunately it was two chances too many because it cost us money each time. There were two young girls standing at the counter, they work there. They were constantly looking at my boyfriend and trying to catch his attention. I am not a jealous type, but it is such a completely bad style to do to customers. They were standing and talking loudly about their lives, so we were very disturbed in our eating, and the young girls thought they were very interesting. I will never set foot there again.

20/02/2025: The food was good. But service was not very good. We were 6 people who ordered Ad libitum but did not get the food at the same time. We got the drinks after 15 minutes and the food after 30-45 minutes I think 🧐 Also waited another 15-20 minutes for a water which never came then canceled it and asked for staff service via tablet. But don't come after 10 min. Then we had to grab some up at the bar🙃 So all in all. Good food but poor service on our visit.

27/03/2025: I highly recommend it - it is the best restaurant in all of Denmark. For the first time in many years, I have had my fill of lovely, fresh food at an insanely good price. It is the place for those looking for good food – not for those looking for luxury and fine sensations.

13/04/2025: Vi kommer fra valby, så første gang vi er her. Det var en spøjs oplevelse. Ud over to familier, og et par, var der tomt, stedet er stort og der var mange ledige pladser. Alligevel bad den unge pige os om at stille vores barnevogn udenfor. Med vores 3 måneder gamle baby?? Altså hvad havde hun tænkt sig?! Det regnede, og der var stillads rundt om hele caféen. Ellers havde vi faktisk også valgt at sidde udenfor, men siden dette ikke var muligt og der stort set var tomt indenfor, så troede vi fejlagtigt at vi var velkommen derinde. Der var IKKE fyldt op med mennesker, min mand tjekkede dette inden vi overhovedet gik ind. Vi havde sat os bagerst så vognen ikke ville optage plads. Vi vil gerne vise hensyn, og vi tror ikke at alle bare skal føje os fordi vi har en baby, men det der var en besynderlig oplevelse. Vi rejse os bare og sagde vi tager et andet sted hen. Vi fandt et andet sted i Hillerød, som var meget mindre, men de sagde vi var mere end velkommen.. selv med barnevogn.

16/02/2025: We arrived very early into Hillrod because we knew we would spend a long time exploring Frederikborg Castle. We were pleasantly surprised to find this cafe bakery open and it had such a nice atmosphere, good coffee and good food. It was a great way to start our day.

02/05/2025: homie trust me its cheap for a reason. the ingredients taste terrible and the wait is just as bad. I was the only one in there and it still took 20 minutes for me to have the worst pizza I have ever had in my life.

10/05/2025: Ordered delivery from Wolt. Received an uncooked beef soup dish and was told I had to put the broth in to cook the beef. As you can see from the photo, it wasn't cooked. The broth was no longer hot so made no difference to the uncooked beef. Put the meal in the bin (which cost 160dkk). I won't be ordering from their again - no offer to replace or provide any solution. Very poor.

16/04/2025: Perhaps the best dining experience so far in Hillerød. Authentic food and the signs with 100% homemade, which you can feel. Their fresh spring rolls with avocado and salads with tamarind prawns/tofu and coconut salmon were really delicious. Also love that they sell a nice selection of kombucha. All in all, a lovely experience - and a place I would like to come back to often 🫶🏻 Huge plus is many vegan options!!

28/02/2025: The best restaurant in town in my opinion. Coming here regularly. Have tried dining dinner and more. Had many nice experiences. Got a nice starter on the last visit. Bisque with scallops and other good things. Great performance and tasty. Next main course pork loin with sauce. Main course somewhat ordinary. Hot potatoes. Lumpy meat and sauce. Below average. The dessert. Blood orange sorbet on a base of skyr and dark chocolate. Absolutely fine and tasty.

13/02/2025: An airy dining room greets you as you enter and there is a backdrop of subdued conversations taking place throughout the restaurant, creating a nice buzz. Snacks-to-share selection for the table is pretty basic and lacking the obvious homemade bread and butter. Starter of Salmon is the highlight of the evening. Great balance of flavours and textures. Main dish of beef is nothing spectacular, but is very welcome after an unnecessary long wait between dishes for a table of five. Beer selection is poor but wine list seems to please the crowd.

25/04/2025: The food is amazing and the price is very reasonable. It's worth a try if it's your first time. We ordered Pad Thai, sweet and sour pork and fried rice. Everything tasted really good! We will definitely order again next time. Highly recommended! 👍🏼😊

08/05/2025: Good food at a reasonable price. We come here when the calendar is tight, or the kids after their leisure activities. Can be highly recommended. Extremely friendly and polite staff 👍🏻

15/03/2025: Vi havde bestil bord i forventningen om en dejlig parmiddag. Da vi kom skulle en tjener ud samtidig med at vi tog i håndtaget, på trods af at hun havde set os, hverken hilste hun eller holdt døren, men nærmere bare skubbede os til siden. Vi blev mødt af hvad der bedst beskrives som en mur af støj. Da vi efter længere ventetid endelig blev vist til et bord, var det klemt inde mellem andre gæsters borde, som om man havde mast en ekstra række små borde ind som der ikke var plads til. Vi kunne høre samtalerne 1:1 hos alle nabobordene, men ikke høre hinanden. Det ene nabobord kæmpede med at få fat i en tjener. De manglede nogle drikkevarer (en eller to ved bordet havde ikke fået det bestilte), men også med at de havde ventet længe uden at få bestilt mad. Da vi havde siddet 10-15 min uden at have fået betjening og uden at nabobordet havde fået deres mad bestilt, valgte vi at forlade stedet. Det var slet ikke hyggeligt og priserne er i en prisklasse hvor jeg som min. vil kunne nyde maden. Vi fandt en anden café i området, med væsentligt bedre akustik og service - og sparede mere end 1/3 af hvad vi ville være endt med at betale.
