20/10/2024: We sat outside. Terrible "doorman". He stood at the entrance all evening staring down the same max 10 tables outside. You must not move the chairs outside, sit down at a table before the whole group has bought a beer or eat a quick snack from 7/11, AFTER 8 pm when stefanshus doesn't even sell food anymore. We had to hide in a corner with our food and decided to sneak away because it was seriously too strange an act…. It totally ruined the atmosphere. Nice place otherwise, so quite a shame

17/11/2024: Overall a pleasant experience. My personal fave was the japchae noodles / the chicken soy garlic was also really good - especially the sauce and coating. The chicken turned perfect when I dipped it in the sauce left on the plate / the one thing I would say as a recommendation is that the bulgogi was dry and lacked flavor and sauce (I say this as someone who lived in Korea for +2 years)

05/11/2024: A great Korean food restaurant I found in Denmark..❤️ Every dish is so neat and delicious! The playlist is just to my taste haha. A great restaurant with vegan kimchi for locals! The beer made here is refreshing and delicious! Recommended if you are looking for Korean food in Copenhagen~~~

22/10/2024: Yesterday I ordered a phad see ew and a phad kra praw which were both inedibly strong. It should be said that phad see ew is on the menu without chili, and personally I love spicy food, so of course I ordered chili under the extra feature at Wolt. In addition, I ordered phad kra praw for my girlfriend (she eats at least as much strong food as myself) this dish has 2 chili fruits marked which I think refers to a relatively strong dish, but not Thai strong. Both dishes arrive and at first bite of my noodles I am shocked. It's a bit like someone in the store has chosen to play a prank on us. The noodles are perfectly covered in chili seeds, some so-called imported dried Thai chili (as the restaurant described it during their response to Wolt). My boyfriend's dish was also inedible. In addition, there was literally more oil in her dish than there was meat, which also made the experience even more unfortunate. I honestly thought that there has been a new employee in the restaurant who didn't know how to stack a dish on the legs and for that reason has come to ruin both dishes with the amount of chili and meat, and personally a compensation from the restaurant's side be in place, so I wrote to Wolt support who then approached the restaurant. To my surprise, I get this response from the restaurant: When you order Thai dishes with chili and extra chili on top of that, you have to expect them to be strong. In the two dishes ordered, we use imported chili from Thailand, as we take great care to use the right ingredients. One possibility is that in future it is written that chili must come separately, so that you can dose yourself. We use the same amount as we always do for e.g. Phad ka Paw and it is one of our most popular dishes. Just to confirm this answer from the restaurant, I am well aware that a dish is strong if there are two chili fruits next to the name, and the same applies if you order chili for a dish that is normally served without it. It's far from the first time I've ordered Thai, but thanks for teaching me. What is completely outside all parameters is the actual strength of the two dishes. Yes, I ordered chili for one of the dishes (phad see Ew), which normally comes without chili. There I do not expect it to come with Thai strength. And same for phad kra Paw. Both dishes completely inedible and absolutely bad service by the restaurant when they want to justify their dishes and lack of compensation by saying that it is imported chili and that you can just order chili on the side or not order chili for a dish if you don't can tolerate one's noodles being covered and swimming in dried chili flakes and seeds. If I could give 0 stars I would.

19/11/2024: Nice Sunday lunch with set menu, lots of kimchi, sesame sauce, seafood and chicken. Nice white wine by the glass - well matched to the Korean spices. The service is OK. The room is a bit bare - and the smell from the kitchen is somewhat penetrating.

06/10/2024: Food is really great. Service was ok. Atmosphere great. Wine pairing was interesting and good. 👍🏼 always reserve a seat here unless you go super early. They are usually quite booked up

27/10/2024: Great food, great people, great music. I went for creamy mushroom pasta, pasta well cooked nice softness, mushrooms greatly done, important one that the cheese wasn't too much, perfect dish. Very happy about this restaurant.

20/10/2024: Побывали в Ark Restaurant в Копенгагене уже во второй раз, так как стал для нас местом, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Каждое посещение удивляет и вдохновляет: невероятное внимание к деталям, потрясающая кухня с интересными сочетаниями вкусов и подача, достойная высоких стандартов. Интерьер стильный и уютный, а персонал всегда приветлив и профессионален. Здесь создают не просто еду, а настоящий гастрономический опыт, который оставляет самые приятные впечатления. Без сомнений, это одно из лучших мест в городе, которое стоит посетить!

19/10/2024: Excellent meal, truly excellent service (coming from someone in the industry). Dima, server, was amazing. Tomas, manager/sommelier, was incredibly informative about wines and the restaurant as a whole. Highly recommend!

16/10/2024: Lunch on Sunday at 1pm... menu is limited to breakfast items, but all good and excellent baking. I wanted to try their Italian cooking so went back for dinner Monday night and the meal was really fantastic. Fresh bread, monk fish with pickled rose petals and chicken dish with leek reduction. Both dishes were full of flavor with unique elements. Evening service was excellent. Thanks to Casper for a kitchen and back room tour, which revealed the bakery, in house herb drying and butchery, meat aging, fermenting of dozens of different products for unique bases and sauces, sourcing of products from passionate local producers, ie. free range forest chickens. IL Boco is a special place run by really dedicated people passionate about food and flavor.

The sauce has a little bit of curry flavor🍛 The lemon on top is delicious!

08/08/2024: The breakfast was good. But an omelet on a slice of bread and a tea for €23? That's an exaggeration. Even for Copenhagen.
