21/06/2026: Sat outside and enjoyed the best roll of shawarma I've had in years. Super delicious meat and well composed with the amount of vegetables and dressing. Everything is homemade and the bread is freshly baked. The biggest recommendation from here 🏆

11/06/2026: I visited Shawarma Eliten today and bought a shawarma for 75 kr. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The shawarma was quite small for the price, and the taste was very bland. It lacked the spices and the characteristic taste that you usually expect from a good shawarma. The biggest problem was the bread. It seemed like it was covered in a large amount of cornmeal, and while I was eating, cornmeal got everywhere – on my hands, my clothes and my pants. I have eaten shawarma in many different places, but I have never experienced anything like it. It made the whole meal messy and less enjoyable. Usually it is the meat that gets stuck between my teeth when I eat a shawarma. This time it was the cornmeal from the bread – unfortunately. For 75 kr. I expected better quality, more taste and a larger portion. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to my expectations, and I probably will not return.

16/09/2025: It's always a good idea to go to any La Cabra restaurant, but today they exceeded all our expectations. We had a fantastic cinnamon roll (with just the right amount of sugar and cinnamon) and a very good cheesecake (incredible texture and a very balanced lemon aftertaste). In addition, they served us with all the kindness in the world, and that was because they were about to close. Thanks for the good service :)

14/09/2025: We had a cappuccino and a pastry here during our visit to Århus. The coffee was good, but the pastry wasn't what we expected. The place is quite nice, but the music was a bit too loud and the tables weren't very clean, which made it uncomfortable to sit inside.

17/05/2026: Late at night after a city tour, we went to Shawarma King, where we were supposed to have a shawarma each, we both left with 124kr and went home, when we got home and started eating the food we realize what a mistake we have made, the food tastes "absolutely horrible", the best way to describe the taste is like "a wet old basement, with mold in it, where no one has been in the last 7 years" Do yourself a favor and never visit this place.

20/06/2026: Lovely evening at Nori Bar. Delicious, freshly made and tasty sushi and very friendly and skilled staff. The dishes came in a steady stream with almost no waiting, even though the restaurant was well filled. Lovely outdoor terrace.
