10/09/2024: Danish review: I have been a regular customer for several years and a big fan of their pho soup. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed that they have raised the prices significantly. The prices also vary in a way that makes me feel like they're ripping me off just because I've been there often. They have raised the price of the pho soup, while at the same time saving on the meatballs and much of the meat and noodles. The soup doesn't taste like it used to either, but they still expect me to acknowledge them. Recently I was there again and asked if I should have had meatballs in my soup. They replied that they don't usually put that in my soup, which is strange since meatballs are a classic ingredient in pho soup - especially when you consider that they often charge extra for it. The soup used to cost DKK 80, but now it costs DKK 95, and I always end up paying DKK 125 without drinks because I pay for meatballs I don't get. There have also been problems before - I have been served dishes with flies in them, but today was the last straw. I found a small piece of kitchen sponge and hair in my soup. When I complained, I was talked down to in a very condescending way. I'm usually very indulgent and think they're busy, but I don't want to be talked down to and manipulated. I have long enjoyed coming there because of their friendliness, but that is no longer there either. It cannot fit that he claimed that piece of kitchen sponge was pepper. 08/08/2024: Got the wrong food at first, I ordered snitzel and got fish and chips. Went to change the food after sour expressions from the employees. Oh when I first get my snitzel it tastes like frying fat and is like a rubber sole to chew on. DO NOT recommend this place in any way.

07/07/2024: Der er virkelig dejligt i Jesperhus, men det var desværre en dårlig oplevelse at spise i deres restaurant - ikke kun fordi maden var dårlig, men især fordi tjenerne var direkte ubehøvlede. Ikke lige hvad man forventer af et sted for børnefamilier.

10/05/2024: Really good pizza - lots of toppings and good homemade pizza base. You order via qr code and have your order served at the table. The drinks came after a few minutes. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend the restaurant.

21/10/2024: I would prefer to give 0 stars if it were possible. Went there last night to eat hot dogs (1x Fransk, 2x normal and 1x Frankfurter). Well, you can see what we got from the photo (4x the same). Our order would have cost 92 crowns in total. After a long discussion back and forth (the man spoke practically no English and no Danish) I was then allowed to pay with a credit card. When I paid I noticed that 170 crowns had been debited. I asked for a receipt, which he didn't want to give me (due to alleged problems with the paper). Here, too, there was a long and heated discussion on his part with his hands and feet, and I had the feeling that he didn't want to understand me. I explained for about 10 minutes and finally translated everything into Bulgarian with a translator. Afterwards he reluctantly gave me back the money I overpaid. And it didn't even taste good. Bad as hell!

13/10/2024: Stopped by on Sunday evening at 7pm and the only thing I could get to eat was pizza or durum, they had no grilled dishes, i.e. no burger, even though it appears on their menu. it's not okay

10/11/2024: Poor treatment of both staff and guests. We booked a table but were kicked out late in the evening because some others were allowed to book our table, which we complained about. Seriously? After all, we had paid to have it all evening! How can you kick out customers who have paid and haven't done anything wrong? When we complained about the whole situation we were met with an arrogant attitude from both the staff and the guests who got our table, and we also got an elbow in us from the guests. Bad service, bad staff and bad atmosphere, cannot be recommended. It's not a surprise though that this place is still open when the only places you have to choose from in the city are crap, or crap with crumbs on it.

21/09/2024: Even if you have spent money and bought jugs in there, you will be thrown away from your table because there are some who have "bought" the table……. and what about us, yes we have to go outside and finish our pot or leave it when there are no other tables

30/07/2024: 4 times box takeaway. Fried noodles were more boiled than fried. Looked like it had been there all day. Was a bit dry and not particularly warm.

15/06/2024: It says on the website, google and the sign itself that they close at 9pm... but no... Asian time. Closes when they feel like it.

09/10/2024: You can't call it Vietnamese anymore, everyone is a hooded gull and doesn't speak Danish very well and so it has become expensive after the new owner

08/10/2024: Then wait for a disappointment. Was born and raised in Hjørring and can remember when Sai gon cooked good food. Stopped by a week ago. new owner at least it looked like and really bad food!

03/08/2024: Such a bad service, you order at 17.15 and pay online ... and are told that the food will be delivered at 18.10 🤔 and still no food at 19.00?? Call them and they apologize that they are very busy and don't have time to call that the food will be delayed 🤔 (can hear in the phone background that a gentleman says we forgot) and the young lady says that unfortunately there will be 20 more 25 minutes before the food will be with us ..... yes again and again also this time, it was the last time to order food from there .....

30/08/2024: Expensive Small pizzas, no toppings, boring taste. I would really like to be able to drop 3 x 5 stars, but it is simply impossible with such a bad experience. Price: even with a 15% discount, this is overpayment for anything but a great quality pizza, which this is not at all. Prices on the website are misleading as the price is given for a children's pizza and not for a normal medium pizza. Size: a normal pizza should be 32cm, these are 30cm, so you lose a large part of the meal you calculate for yourself. Quality: as such, the content is OK, it just lacks flavor. The base is good but lacks salt, especially with a boring tomato sauce. There is far too little filling and extra filling is extremely expensive, even for chili and garlic, which might save a little money. All in all not worth spending time and money on..

22/10/2024: New owners and poor cleaning and washing of the tables. I miss that they take the job seriously. How is it in the kitchen? Have been here regularly for 13 years as a holiday guest. 5 May 2024 / visited now 20 October looked like they had closed

09/09/2024: Visited here on our 16 day tour of Denmark with family and friends. Very little open in town for dinner on a Sunday night. Food was terrible. Service was terrible. Cash only and they were out of many of the items on their menu. Water was extremely expensive at 25 DKK. Chicken was dry and tasteless. Other items were dry also. Chicken was delivered 20 minutes after the other 4 entrees were at the table. Then they kicked us out of the restaurant (closed) before I had been able to finish my chicken.

13/09/2024: 12/9-24, at 13.30 Nadias, No. sundby. I ordered my lunch sandwich, showed my military ID v. payment (10% discount). The sandwich normally costs DKK 47 with discount, but today it cost DKK 52.... I pointed this out and asked the girl if she hadn't forgotten the discount? She affirmatively replied that she had and apologized for this, calling another girl from the back room. This one came, pressed a bit on the cash register, and said that nothing could be done about it now! Bad training, when the woman at the checkout doesn't know what she should/can do in the situation! Big mistake to let the consequences go beyond the customer, who in the future will not buy his weekly 2 sandwiches from Nadias! It could have been solved by giving me a high five and a smile, but there was obviously no energy for that, so I could just go on my way in anger. The will to resolve the situation just wasn't there! Too bad, because I have always appreciated the good fresh sandwiches....

30/07/2024: Me and a friend came to get food at Nadia's, there were 8-10 people in line when we arrived. We were allowed to wait 28 minutes before ordering because there was only one employee who was efficient out of 3. It's really not in order and certainly not for your employee!

02/07/2024: The dough of pizza was very bad. We always order and it was very tasty, but today was absolutely another taste and consistency.

14/09/2024: 2 young people stood behind the bar and did nothing for the 3 quarters we were there - despite the fact that the tables were overflowing with used crockery, but they were not emptied, so we settled for a beer.
