De bedste restauranter i Nordjylland

27/08/2025: We specifically booked the buffet through the reception, but even here we were met with a lack of knowledge and were directed to inquire in the restaurant ourselves. In the restaurant we were told that there was a buffet every other day, which we adjusted our program accordingly. We even double-checked with the restaurant that there would be a buffet on the day we booked. When we got down to the restaurant after bowling, we were very disappointed to discover that the buffet had been cancelled anyway – without us as guests having been informed, despite our reservation. We tried to get the staff to find a solution or some form of compensation, but it was flatly rejected. That a place like Jesperhus, where the prices are certainly not low, chooses to handle mistakes in this way is simply incomprehensible. There was no willingness to take responsibility or make the slightest gesture to correct the mistake – not even a glass of wine or a soda as a band-aid on the wound. The reception also shrugged it off and simply said that the change had been decided several weeks ago. But how is it that we were only allowed to reserve the buffet in the restaurant three days before? It is in no way the guest's responsibility, and it should never end with us being the disappointed and incomprehensible ones. All in all, an experience that shows a lack of service, communication and understanding for the guests.

19/08/2025: Excellent pizzas when you arrive tired after a long drive, fast service and nice young people who enjoy their work. The only downside is that it is 30 kr more expensive per pizza than down in Nykøbing Mors By which is only 8 min drive away. But hey, we will still buy pizza there next time we arrive in Jesperhus

02/12/2023: A really great place to shop. Good quality goods and a very pleasant and friendly service in a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately they are moving to another building in the New Year, hope the good service and cozy atmosphere move with them.

04/08/2025: A little difficult to find. Located in the same building as the swimming pool. We had breakfast. Has fried eggs and bacon, even though it's not on the menu. Fresh juice. Coffee and tea. Good food, friendly service. Has gluten-free rolls

19/03/2024: Hi. I visited the place and wanted to buy a cup of coffee, but when I arrived the doors were locked even though it said on the front door that it was open and it was during opening hours. I have tried to Google the current owner/tenant of the place but unfortunately I did not find anyone, I had heard something about Skovsgård hotel having been in charge of the place for a period of time so I called them to ask when Arentsminde Cafeteria was open but they told me that they no longer have anything to do with the place. I think it was a shame that it was not open and it was not possible to meet anyone who has anything to do with the place, I wanted to visit the place because we have an upcoming family party and need a place to hold the party, I think the place looked abandoned and the glass foyer at the main entrance is a bit messy. If it is possible to rent the place for family parties, weddings, confirmations and events, etc., it would be nice if there was a note on the main door with contact information and a phone number so that you could see who to call to rent the place so that you would not arrive at the place in vain =).
