06/11/2025: Had ordered their pizza sandwich with chicken. It was definitely not good, Cold and filled with half a liter of dressing. Couldn't taste anything but disgusting dressing. Never ordering one like that again! Practice practice

02/09/2025: This place is definitely my favorite place for take-away food. Good prices when ordering directly from them, rather than via just-eat. Friendly staff and hygienic premises. Fast and good service. I wish they had their own delivery via website rather than just-eat.

25/04/2026: Extremely bad treatment from the owner. If you pay for an event, you get hot beers for 35,- and cold food that should have been hot. But if you go into the pub and order a beer, you get an ice cold one for 22,- Poor staff, who are being whipped around. Unpleasant atmosphere. Very sorry.

19/04/2026: Nice little venue (we really miss them in Aalborg), the atmosphere is intimate, but when the "piano is playing", cover bands work really well.

21/11/2025: Standard junk food at a huge price. 130kr and then you have to pay 10kr for 1x dip. At that price, 2 kinds should come with it. There is a good customer toilet. It sucks. But it's not a place I'll come back to.

28/09/2025: There was a time when it was good and the portions matched the rising prices - unfortunately that's over. The 40 degrees in the restaurant, the fact that I had to ask if we could open the door myself, the noise from the mixer in the back room, the dry meat in minimal pieces, no garlic oil, only garlic dressing that doesn't taste like garlic (?!), several tables were dirty but it was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon, and the fact that it turned out that I had been sitting on an old French fry the whole time...while we were eating, there was no cleaning, we could instead listen to the kebab man watching something noisy on his mobile phone. And may I just add that you have to clean up after yourself? For 130 kr for a crazy kebab menu in 40 degree heat. There are much better kebab places in Aalborg, I won't be returning here anyway.

16/12/2025: Ordered Christmas Latte twice, must say that what we got was an incredibly thin cup of sugar water. I mentioned it to the saleswoman, but she just didn't care!

24/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really good coffee at Espresso House in Friis! Their Americano was just sitting in the cupboard, and the cardamom swirl was super delicious. The smoothie was also fresh and good. Cozy and calm atmosphere – a nice place to sit and relax. We will definitely be back 😊

20/09/2025: If I had the opportunity to give 10 stars for service, I would choose this one. Very friendly, approachable staff, who make every effort to treat their customers like kings. Despite a language misunderstanding, they were super nice, and they even included a free pizza as an apology. The young gentleman is very passionate about their products and involves the customer in the production process. We had a lot of fun and pleasant conversations.

09/09/2025: Unfortunately, I walked back out because it's not a restaurant. I can't say anything about the food. No ambiance.

18/12/2025: Terrible experience. Been there once before, the food was quite nice. This time we got fried pork in parsley sauce (or what was supposed to look like parsley sauce). The sauce was just pure butter and fat - with something that looked like dried oregano and not parsley. The potatoes weren't even cooked through, some were still a little hard in the middle. The pork was ok fried, but completely tasteless. Really a stain on the national dish. My boyfriend's one piece of pork even had a long hair in it. No compensation for this. It just cost the table 1000 kr in total for such poor service, food and experience. Only an "sorry". Sad because it was otherwise class the first time I was there

15/04/2026: I've been hit incredibly hard playing the country, it hurt so ridiculously, you get thrown around all over the place in there.

22/11/2025: I feel cheated so many times. Once they cheated me for 1 cake, they were about to give me one and it was paid for. I got enough compensation for the cake, but gas is not cheap. Yesterday I gave her 20kr in cash and had to pay 80kr, so I was cheated for 10kr. It's gradually adding up. And they never answer their phone, and when you point it out to them, you get told "there are only two of us at work" - it's true, but it has happened several times.

31/08/2025: Have always been satisfied with the cake house both in Vejle transport center and in Skalborg.

11/12/2025: It took about 20 minutes to make 2 cappuccinos, that were then served cold, and one of them in a dirty cup. Overpriced, especially for such service. Avoid!

06/12/2025: Cozy environment. Not very friendly service, and they were sold out of what we wanted.

15/02/2026: Super delicious food and a wide selection of Lebanese dishes, as well as pizza and pasta.

20/09/2025: Good traditional brown tavern. Really cozy atmosphere and the possibility to borrow dice for games at the table.

12/05/2026: Tasteless food, and too expensive! This is supposed to be mexican-inspired food, but it doesn't even contain chili? And it contains only the smallest amount of lime and cilantro/coriander, such tiny amounts of flavour isn't enough to make food taste good. The food is just shockingly boring. And the portions are so small, we were still hungry when we left the restaurant! The waiters were busy and didn't have time to serve the food in a decent way.

04/05/2026: A somewhat meh experience without the big highlights. I've been to Menendez before when they were "Ved Standen" and was a big fan, but they've lost a lot of their charm and the food is not something I'll remember. It was also almost impossible to have a conversation in there because of the noise from other guests and the kitchen.

01/01/2026: Delicious chicken and the best crisscut fries. Super service and nice people behind the counter :)
