07/06/2025: Fantastic bar with lots of charm. The new owner has a passion for whisky and serves high quality whisky as well as detailed information about what you are drinking.
Of course the place also serves drinks, beer, wine etc. at good prices.

13/08/2025: The food is very good. So is the service. The prices are rather high, but still just about acceptable. I deduct one point for the ambiance because I find the building a bit hall-like inside.
09/08/2025: Children's paradise, family restaurant???? We came as a couple with a little one in a stroller at 8:30 pm and were turned away at the door because of the stroller... there were almost no people in the restaurant - yet we were not allowed in. So don't think that children's paradise or family restaurant is the right thing for this place.

15/05/2025: Not a la carte in the restaurant, but in the Aalbogtårnet you can enjoy delicious cafe dishes, coffee, beer, water and ice cream. All this is enjoyed with a fantastic view up to 30 km.

The burgers tasteless and dry.... actually bad taste.. fries ok and good dressing
28/04/2025: I have had food delivered twice now from Gæstgivergaarden and it has been to UG both times (Christmas and Easter). The food tastes really nice, everything is well prepared and in ample quantities and nicely wrapped. And so cool that they also offer delivery.
A warm recommendation from here.

01/06/2025: Tip: You can sit here and eat something even if you don't play golf. Someone recommended the fries, and they were 👍. We were a bit unlucky with the weather. I think if the weather's nice, you can also sit outside with a nice view of the fjord.

22/06/2025: A Sunset, as Sunset is now. The food was a little better than expected. Good burger, average fries and boring dip.
A little high noise level. Biggest complaint was that the floor in some places was mirror-smooth, with the risk of slipping.

31/08/2025: First time I've visited this place, as we usually never come this way around. It's a super nice place, the first time I've seen such an interesting place with a shop and cat theme 😅 it was cozy. The staff were super nice. The food tasted better than what you sometimes experience at rest areas. It was at least good, and the presentation is added steak sandwich, keep it up.
If we come this way around again, it will definitely be a new visit 😊
16/08/2025: Lousy coffee.
Even after 3 attempts from the employee, we were unable to get the coffee we ordered and had to leave with a 1/2 cup of the wrong coffee, but still at 42 kr. Per cup

01/12/2024: Had brunch from there and ate in the restaurant. Really delicious and good
14/11/2024: Vi bestilte stjerneskud, som vi levnede det meste af,. Fisk blød og smurt ind i fedt, slatne grønne asparges, færdig dressing og smagsløse rejer. Alt for høj pris ift kvalitet. Oven i købet mut og tvær ekspedient ved kassen og service som man selv henter var ikke rent.
