14/11/2025: I give 3 stars because I have ordered two things where I opt out of some things and I still end up getting it anyway, I ordered a sandwich with no red onion and there was still onion in it, and ordered an original hereford with bacon and cheese without tomatoes and there was still tomatoes in it, really a terrible experience and I hope for an improvement from your side.

23/10/2025: My husband and I live next door to the Othello bakery and we go there regularly, and we did on Thursday, October 23 at 5:30 a.m. We were going south and wanted to take some rolls with us for the trip. We ordered 6 buttered rolls with scraped butter and we know it costs extra with butter on it, but not 90kr. Wow, it was expensive and what's more, all 6 rolls were not cut in the middle but the top was just cut off, so our visits to the Othello bakery are not that frequent anymore, we go other ways, and NEVER have we been met by a more angry young lady who was very annoyed that we had to have them buttered. Her comment was: do all 6 have to be buttered, and be greeted with such a angry face, NO THANKS.

05/12/2025: Thank you for the really delicious food, too bad you didn't have duck on a skewer like a few years ago😋 The place is top notch, I'm from Aarhus and remembered the place from before because of their good food😋👏

24/10/2025: My menu consisted of sticks, seaweed salad and various sushi. The fish tasted wonderfully fresh and the rice was perfect. I will definitely be back!

26/07/2025: Super cute girls/women who were in charge of the service. Incredibly helpful and fantastic at their job. The cake we had tasted super good, wonderfully spongy and full of flavor. Delicious coffee with really good flavor. Nice that you could make your coffee with lactose-free milk. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee full of flavor

16/03/2025: Lovely and cozy, accessible bathroom, but the acai bowl was much too frozen and pre-ripe so it was flat and bitter in taste, and impossible to dig the spoon into. The matcha is watered down but fine if you want a light and easy drink alternative to coffee or cocoa. That said I've had cocoa and juice at other Joe and the Juices and it's been great, so I'd expect it to be good here too. Mainly avoid the acai and you'll be good 👌🏻

30/07/2025: The machines are quite crowded. Nice big fitness center, but there is simply too little space for machines in relation to the increasing number of users.

04/10/2025: First stop of the day on a street art and bodega tour through the streets of Aalborg. The outdoor seating was empty, but there was a good atmosphere at the bar. The clientele was a mix of locals and visitors straight from the train.

11/11/2025: Cozy coffee shop with atmospheric pictures and posters. Good coffee with oats and a nice selection of cakes

20/11/2025: In connection with the Champagne Brunch with bubbles. My wife and I. We experienced smiling, polite, competent staff. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Had wanted flags on the table due to the occasion and of course there was 🤗 Highly recommended to visit Helmut Aalborg

08/11/2025: The service was terrible. When we arrived, the waitress seemed unprepared and didn’t even know the gin varieties available. At the front of the restaurant, there was a big sign advertising “2 cocktails for 1,” but once inside we were told that offer didn’t apply that night because they were serving a Christmas menu. When we asked if we could have the Christmas food, we were told it wasn’t possible since we hadn’t booked in advance. To make things worse, after we finally ordered cocktails, the waitress came back with the payment terminal asking us to pay upfront for drinks that hadn’t even arrived, explaining that some other customers had left without paying. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I recommend you, not coming here, so you dont need to run afterwords

07/08/2025: Really delicious and cozy place. Super sweet service and fast service 😉👌 Perfect mini snack for a break in the walk around the city. The best mango smoothie! Delicious black coffee with milk, Super authentic apple cake and crispy, spicy fries with grated parmesan cheese 😊👌

05/08/2025: A small place in the middle of Aalborg. Small portions but tasty. A bit pricey. Ordering via QR code. But the system wouldn’t work. Great service. Recommend: Medium.

02/12/2025: Really bad food and service in both restaurants in Aalborg.. potatoes and gravy were cold in both places, it took forever to get new ones, and then the meat was cold, so when the same thing happened in the city, I gave up asking, maybe also because those sitting next to us complained that the meat was too red, and the two of them sat and waited for over 20 minutes, so when new food came the rest of the party had almost finished eating.

16/11/2025: I'm really glad I managed to get one last trip to Jensens before they closed. Great service, good food
