16/03/2025: Lovely and cozy, accessible bathroom, but the acai bowl was much too frozen and pre-ripe so it was flat and bitter in taste, and impossible to dig the spoon into. The matcha is watered down but fine if you want a light and easy drink alternative to coffee or cocoa. That said I've had cocoa and juice at other Joe and the Juices and it's been great, so I'd expect it to be good here too. Mainly avoid the acai and you'll be good 👌🏻

26/07/2025: Super cute girls/women who were in charge of the service. Incredibly helpful and fantastic at their job. The cake we had tasted super good, wonderfully spongy and full of flavor. Delicious coffee with really good flavor. Nice that you could make your coffee with lactose-free milk. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee full of flavor

19/10/2025: Really disappointing experience. The coffee was full of grounds and the pancakes were both cold and extremely dry. The buffet was not replenished and the place even opened later than advertised and no heat. The service was terrible - we didn't get our drinks until 45 minutes after we arrived. Not a place I would recommend.

17/10/2025: Had a very bad experience with you today🤢looking forward to brunch which I have enjoyed many times before🥪this time it was so.... 🧟‍♂️ waited 3 quarters of an hour for coffee and ice water, nothing on the table was delicious as usual, cold scrambled eggs, strange sausages no bacon, fruits that were so dry. Have to pay the card runs out, sounded a bit expensive, we were 2.. 500 and something💵 looking at the receipt. Then I paid for something I haven't received, want my money back(189) but what a struggle I had to have, was told that I couldn't get it on my card, (since it was an old terminal🥺) then I want it on mobile Pay, well but then I had to wait a long time, as he said he was supposed to make money.. GREAT 🥺 It ends up with one of the employees having to mobile pay me from his card... VERY GREAT 👏👏👏 NEVER COMES AGAIN

28/10/2025: Sorry, this place is more style than substance. My steak was only cooked medium on the second try. The burger bun was overcooked. The fries were completely over-seasoned with cheap, low-quality salt. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this restaurant.

30/09/2025: Had to wait a long time for the food. The steak was very salty and overcooked, even though it was ordered medium. The mashed potatoes were also very salty. On the verge of being inedible. Didn't get any herb butter or sauce even though it was ordered. No allergy labeling on the menu. Nice staff, but so little to them, so couldn't give feedback. Had already looked for them once to ask if the food was coming soon, so didn't bother looking for them again.

08/08/2025: Best durum in Vejgaard. Both quality and quantity, worth every penny and with the friendliest owner.

16/10/2025: We had a luxury brunch today. Super friendly staff and good food. Definitely recommend taking a trip to Kaffebaren Øgaden. Cozy place in quiet surroundings and there is even 1 hour of free parking right outside the door, where there is a large parking lot just up from Parken. The premises are really 'warm' with good colors and cozy furnishings with the option to sit in a real corner or facing the street. The price is definitely spot on, so it's definitely not the last time we come by for brunch.

20/07/2025: Very cosy and welcoming, friendly for children and their parents 😅 We had a very pleasant experience on a Sunday morning. It’s also a relatively short detour from E45 which is a plus when you’re on your way to ferry at Hirtshals but need a quick stop for coffe or meal 👍

28/09/2025: There was a time when it was good and the portions matched the rising prices - unfortunately that's over. The 40 degrees in the restaurant, the fact that I had to ask if we could open the door myself, the noise from the mixer in the back room, the dry meat in minimal pieces, no garlic oil, only garlic dressing that doesn't taste like garlic (?!), several tables were dirty but it was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon, and the fact that it turned out that I had been sitting on an old French fry the whole time...while we were eating, there was no cleaning, we could instead listen to the kebab man watching something noisy on his mobile phone. And may I just add that you have to clean up after yourself? For 130 kr for a crazy kebab menu in 40 degree heat. There are much better kebab places in Aalborg, I won't be returning here anyway.
