26/12/2024: Was there for a birthday. And can highly recommend the place. Their food is absolutely fine. When you think a guest gives farm.

01/03/2025: Overall: meh. The waiter outside was very kind, but the person inside attending the bar/coffee machine, has a horrible attitude. We got the wrong drink, and told the waiter, never got a new one; the person inside wanted us to pay for the drink we hadn't even touched.

25/02/2025: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5 stars) Koch's Kaffebar in Aalborg has a nice location and a cozy interior, but unfortunately the experience is significantly marred by the service. On my visit on 25 February 2025 around closing time, the level of service was far below standard. The waitress appeared disengaged and almost hostile. The coffee was almost thrown on the table without a word, and my ordered cake was forgotten until I had to remind them. The prices are on the high end - DKK 88 for a cup of coffee and a piece of chocolate cake is above Copenhagen's level. Positive elements: - Cozy interior - Good acoustics and pleasant background music - Fine window sections with a view of the pedestrian street Negative elements: - Extremely bad service - Very high prices - Lack of foot support on the high chairs - Started cleaning +30 min before closing time The venue has potential, but the unwelcoming service makes me advise against a visit and will personally choose another place next time in Aalborg.

17/10/2024: Fantastic service, smiling, and giving advice when one's head is not quite up in the morning🤣The place was kept so nice and clean continuously by the sweet staff. Best espresso house that I have experienced, and have visited many!

07/03/2025: Fantastic place. A true "Bruun" pub with smoking allowed everywhere as grandpa knows it a bit crowded but still big enough to hold a concert.

13/02/2025: A lebanese restaurant with huge amount of dishes. It is difficult to decide what to order when you are hungry. We all liked the taste of the food and the portion sizes were quite good. This was the first time I have been to this place and will definitely visit again. Happy to have another good eating spot in Aalborg.

12/10/2024: Excellent customer service, colleague arranges for a couple of young people to show up early so we can pick up 1 hour before normal opening hours. We can catch the ferry and everyone gets this favorite sandwich for lunch🏅👏

23/01/2025: Honestly ik, the best for you to go across the other side of the road and order some food than here, and cheaper! I order a pizza, it arrived late. And then it's damn cold too, because their loser of a messenger can't understand simple Danish and English, or can understand how to use a GPS. And then they won't even give the money back for a pizza that arrived late and was cold. You're kidding, you thought the only pests in your kitchen were the rats.

03/01/2025: Het is een leuke bistro, een beetje verborgen. De bediening is supervriendelijk. Wij hadden een verrassingsmenu van 3 gangen. De amuses waren heerlijk. Het voorgerecht was goed, ik vond de saus wel wat te zout. De vis was perfect gebakken. Het hoofdgerecht, de ribeye, vond ik qua vlees tegenvallen. Vrij stug en ook hier was de saus te zout. Het dessert vond ik dan weer heel goed. Misschien hadden wij een beetje pech met het vlees en de saus, maar dat is voor mij de reden om het bij 3 sterren te houden. Desondanks hebben we lekker gegeten en een leuke avond gehad.

27/11/2024: Bedste mad jeg har fået i Aalborg. Kan virkelig anbefales! Det hele spillede bare - lige fra brød til dessert. Sjældent at der absolut ingen til er at udsætte.
