04/06/2026: Terrible experience with otherwise excellent food. I ordered food at 5:11 PM which was approved for delivery at 6:20 PM. At 6:50 PM we called and asked where the food was, where we were told it would arrive in about 12 minutes. Another 35 minutes passed. The food arrived an hour and 5 minutes late. That's not the worst part though. When the pizzas arrived, there were two men in the car, one of whom was smoking INSIDE the car with the food. It was simply the most miserable experience we have ever had. We got a soda as an apology, but we had to send our son to bed with a rye bread instead of pizza because it took so long for it to arrive + who wants to eat pizza with smoke on it? Absolutely terrible service for average food. We will never order from there again and advise everyone else not to.

11/02/2026: I was lucky enough to win 2 pizzas in a competition on Facebook. I had never actually tried the place before, so it was an obvious opportunity to give it a try – and I am really glad I did. The pizzas tasted beyond expectations. You can clearly taste that good ingredients have been used, and it just makes a difference. I got no. 7 with beef and onion, and it is honestly the first time I have had a pizza with beef where you can really taste that the meat is properly seasoned and prepared with care. It was juicy, flavorful and went perfectly with the rest of the filling. It will definitely not be the last time I order from here. I am really happy to have discovered Milano pizzeria – it is definitely a place I will return to. Parking close to the door.

20/07/2026: 270 kr for the best steak I've ever had. When ordering I wasn't even asked how the steak should be cooked. It seems like they've hired young people with no education or training.

05/09/2026: Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience at Leo’s Playland. We wanted to eat together at a table while feeding the youngest children food from their own lunch boxes, as they need special food. We were not allowed to do so, and we were directed to the cloakroom. Of course, we respect the rules, but in the cloakroom there was neither a table, chairs nor a proper place for small children to eat. We had to get high chairs from the playroom and sit at a shelf where shoes had been placed shortly before. If you have rules about where you can eat, there should also be a proper and hygienic place for families who need to feed their children food they brought. Unfortunately, it felt both uncomfortable and very unwelcoming.

10/09/2026: I have had a bit of a mixed experience with Slotsbageren. They have a reputation for their amazing chocolate buns, and they live up to expectations. They make them differently than the classic chocolate bun, as they gather all the chocolate in the middle, to give one of the best-tasting bites in Danish baked goods. Unfortunately, I also bought a snail, which tasted like a mediocre cake from Too Good To Go. But hey, you come for the chocolate buns, and the sausage horns, if they have them.

27/08/2026: Slotsbageriet is a small and cozy bakery gem in the middle of Boulevarden in Aalborg. It is an obvious place for a good afternoon coffee, something sweet or freshly baked bread, and there are also a few cozy seats by the window. The place is especially known for its large chocolate buns with lots of chocolate, but there is also long-risen bread and a delicious selection of classic cakes such as raspberry scones, marzipan scones and pies. A nice place if you are more into good craftsmanship and a homely bakery atmosphere than the big chains. Opening hours are Monday–Saturday 12.45–19.30, while it is closed on Sunday. Can definitely be recommended to anyone with a sweet tooth – especially if you have not yet tried their chocolate buns.

23/01/2026: Have had pizza from Frejlev Pizza for many years, and think the pizzas are very good; especially when compared to many others, so five well-deserved stars. There was even one time when they made a small mistake with the dressing - they even sent out a new pizza without the dressing. Fantastic service recovery.

23/12/2025: The environment inside the restaurant is pretty cozy. But unfortunately, the food is not. We ordered one Istanbul pizza and one Cheese burger. 1 small Gazoz, 1 small Faxi kondi. The Pizza was decent. Tasted ok. Not anything very fantastic but eatable. But the burger was worst. Who knows what sauce put inside the burger. It was so salty that it was hard to eat. Couldn’t taste anything without salt. We went at 13, so in the Frokost tilbul period. The price was 75 for Pizza and 65 for burger. So 140 for food. we didn’t see the price for drinks. When we went for pay. We paid 204 kr. So 64 kr for two drinks. Seriously!!! Never going there for sure.

02/08/2026: 79 kr. for a slice of carrot cake from a supermarket. The cake was covered in jam (carrot cake with jam?!) and had a distinct aftertaste of onion – as if it had been cut with a knife that had also been used for something else. You couldn't get milk for the coffee, only powdered cream. A truly disappointing experience and a sad way to welcome tourists.
