01/12/2024: Had brunch from there and ate in the restaurant. Really delicious and good

14/11/2024: Vi bestilte stjerneskud, som vi levnede det meste af,. Fisk blød og smurt ind i fedt, slatne grønne asparges, færdig dressing og smagsløse rejer. Alt for høj pris ift kvalitet. Oven i købet mut og tvær ekspedient ved kassen og service som man selv henter var ikke rent.

31/05/2025: A fantastically lovely brown pub with really nice staff and regular customers. It is definitely worth a visit on your city tour.

14/02/2025: The service was good enough with skilled waiters and the atmosphere was lovely and cozy. Where it went a little downhill was when we called 11 times to get in touch with them and the phones were down, we paid 1800 for 2 hard-boiled eggs with steamed leeks and incredibly dry meat with watery gravy and also paid 75kr for a bottle of water that we alone did not get a choice of whether we wanted it or not.

05/12/2024: First visit to Bistro59 and I was ready to come back the next day! This little gem in the middle of Aalborg is unique in every way The food is fantastically prepared from the best ingredients and is served with enthusiasm by a waiter who, in a pleasant way, both presents the food and advises on the best choice of wine for each course. The harmony between food, wine, service and quality is unmistakable. The next visit to this fantastic place will be in the near future

05/07/2025: About two weeks ago I picked up some amazing pizzas for my sister's party - the guests absolutely loved all the different kinds of toppings. Lots of flavor and super good service with top notch service, definitely recommended✨

08/05/2025: The pizza had been in the oven for a little too long, from which it was a little burnt. Then make a new one instead of handing it out.

28/04/2025: It's super cozy, but you have to remember that it's a brown tavern, and in that category it's a fantastic place, but if you expect anything else you'll quickly be disappointed.

12/07/2025: Went here with some friends when we wanted to try the new Maximum in Aalborg, and their restaurant, unfortunately the experience is not at all the same as the one in Skalborg. The quality of the food is not at all the same. One of our group even got acute diarrhea, and then had to spend a lot of time in the toilet.

26/07/2025: Super cute girls/women who were in charge of the service. Incredibly helpful and fantastic at their job. The cake we had tasted super good, wonderfully spongy and full of flavor. Delicious coffee with really good flavor. Nice that you could make your coffee with lactose-free milk. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee full of flavor

23/07/2025: When 4 people are doing everything else than serving customers in line, then the service is not really felt.. Seriously waited minutes while staff was doing other stuff in front of me.... and I was first in line... Coffee, cake and ice-cream was ok, but nothing special
