10/01/2026: The staff are polite and service-minded. Got a steak sandwich, which in my opinion is not worth the money. The steak is half the size of the bun, for that price they should be the same diameter. The sauce was okay, and the roasted onions were really good. It was nicely presented. Their fries were a little too big.

13/11/2025: Ordered food over Wolt from here and the food was unfortunately quite cold when it arrived, but that's not their fault!! But besides that, my Stjerneskud was very small compared to the price it costs!! And it didn't actually taste that much?? So a bit of a disappointing experience unfortunately :-(

12/12/2025: On 10/12-25, we had ordered food for 4 people via the website, where one of my colleagues went down to pick up the food. It turns out that they had let the Wolt guy take our orders, so we suddenly found ourselves missing ours. My colleague came back and was deeply disappointed and thought we should order more from there. When we asked them to prioritize our food first, they said that there were many orders already - we were pushing to get our food first. The place was chaotic and we had to wait another 20-30 minutes before we could get our food. That's too bad, and their food is already super expensive, which seems deeply absurd considering the food and poor service you get.

26/12/2025: You line up at the entrance… Then you are told you have a jacket on (in December) and that you have to take it off first… Then you line up in line no. 2… Then you pay 75,- to have your jacket stored 💸 Then you line up again in the first line… Then the doorman tells you that it is full… Then you wait even longer… After 20 minutes at the door you get in… Then you line up in line no. 3 - now to the bar… Then you get to the bar… Then you wait for a bartender… Then you order your drinks… Then you see the bartender go over and take other orders… Then you see the bartender make their drinks… Then the bartender comes back… Then someone from the group tries… Then you see the bartender go over and take other orders again… Then you see the bartender make the other people’s drinks once more… Now you think: I don't bother anymore!… Then you go out and stand in line no. 4… Then you get your jacket and then you go somewhere else 🤬

22/12/2025: I had an extremely frustrating experience after a visit where I bought a bottle of champagne for 1,300 kr. The amount was charged twice on my card within a few minutes of each other. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact the place via email to have the error clarified, but have not received any kind of response. No explanation, no apology, no solution. It gives a very unprofessional impression when you: • charge money twice • do not respond to inquiries • and leave the customer alone with the problem I have therefore had to involve my bank to have the matter handled, which should never be necessary with such an obvious error. Can not recommend the place in any way – neither in terms of service, responsibility nor customer handling.

26/08/2025: My grocery store in Sønderholm advertised that they had regular Faxe kondi in 24-packs and Pepsi Max in 24-packs for 69 kroner. But the store doesn't have regular Faxe kondi at all. They don't have regular Pepsi either. That means they only have the sodas in the light versions, when it's 24 packs, despite the fact that they advertise that they sell regular Pepsi and Faxe kondi in 24 packs for 69 kroner. So unfortunately I was in vain.

28/10/2025: We always visit Espresso House whenever we visit Denmark. First time visit this Espresso House shop. Quite satisfied.

21/08/2025: It's a gas station that's open until midnight and has a relatively well-stocked store. You fill up using a machine and credit card; you can't pay at the cash register, except for what you buy in the store.

22/11/2025: I feel cheated so many times. Once they cheated me for 1 cake, they were about to give me one and it was paid for. I got enough compensation for the cake, but gas is not cheap. Yesterday I gave her 20kr in cash and had to pay 80kr, so I was cheated for 10kr. It's gradually adding up. And they never answer their phone, and when you point it out to them, you get told "there are only two of us at work" - it's true, but it has happened several times.

31/08/2025: Have always been satisfied with the cake house both in Vejle transport center and in Skalborg.

27/08/2025: Had a couple of draft beers, good service and the awning was pulled down when it got a bit cold.
