For example, the West Sea cheese consists of two tiny pieces of cheese and you have to buy extra bread, which is a boring factory-made mini-flute - for a total of DKK 75. Impersonal service, as the food is ordered and paid for via QR code - and a service fee of DKK 5 per order is added...

24/12/2024: Maybe the worst Lagkagehus in Denmark? I completely agree with the other reviews. You shouldn't expect to get the items you order, because in their system it's obviously not the same. I got the wrong items and on top of that they obviously "forget" one of my items, WHEN ON CHRISTMAS EVE I AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER WITH THEM AT WOLT AS I WAS INFORMED BY A RUDE LAURA WHO HANGS UP AND CANNOT FIND OUT HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS.... THEY HAD 50 MINUTES TO PREPARE MY ORDER... I hope Lagkagehuset fires these incompetent employees, it's unbelievable how they found them....

17/05/2025: Lovely stop before taking the bus. Customer service was EXCELLENT!!

07/05/2025: I didn't have charge and was charging mo phone to have my card to pay for a coffee. I used the charging station outside the store in the sitting area on the mall. An impolite security man reached out and asked me to leave. This is very embarrassing for Spresso House to not have an understanding.

25/05/2025: On behalf of my daughter and her friends who participated in the carnival in Aalborg. Were tired, freezing and had missed the last train. The feedback from the girls is that the employees were the sweetest and most helpful people you could imagine. Helped with electricity, extra food, good treatment, and they felt really well treated. Huge applause to Sam's Barbegue. Thank you for you 🙏
