De bedste restauranter i Aalborg

09/08/2026: I ordered 300 kr. of sushi, but when I arrived, they didn't have half of what I ordered. I ask if it's because I ordered until closing time, and I'm told yes, but also because a lot of orders have come in. I ordered at 19:30. They close at 20:00. I think they should close for new orders an hour before closing time, if they don't plan on making new orders. It makes no sense, I order and pay full price, and then get leftovers. There were even Too Good To Go customers in there, and the boxes were lined up ready for that. So I got exactly the same as them (who paid 120), but I just paid full price. I think that's ridiculous. The clerk apologized, but didn't offer a refund, more sushi, or anything else for the problem. I don't know if it's a Sushi Mania thing, but I've been disappointed several times at the store in Nørresundby, Aalborg. Hope this will be taken into account. I'm not usually a reviewer (and not a grumpy one at all)

12/08/2026: I tell the man on the phone that he has to wait because I just need to ask my girlfriend what she wants and they just hang up. Bad customer service and mediocre pizza. There are many other good pizza places in Aalborg, maybe Bella Italia with excellent customer service and food and is located 100 meters from Flamestone.

28/07/2026: Super service, service-minded staff. We ate there. Only 3 stars because the quality of the pizza was not great. I think it was baked with pure wheat flour without the use of tippo flour. There was supposed to be Gorgonzola on it, but it couldn't be tasted at all. There were many Wolt delivery people picking up pizzas. So maybe I'm just better used to it! Top marks to the staff and nice and clean everywhere.

30/07/2026: We bought an Ølandsbrød. What are you thinking?? It tasted like it was from yesterday (48 kr is not reasonable). We are staying with some friends and have bought expensive cheeses that we are going to present with an old bread??

30/06/2026: You can get delicious sandwiches here for breakfast or lunch! Also delicious bread, pastries, and tasty juices. There are a few tables. In nice weather, you can also have a picnic at the next stop along the road.

18/07/2026: Incredibly good food, and fast service. Plus the kids get to do drawing while you wait for the food. Free ice cream for the kids with the purchase of a main course is so good 👏

21/08/2026: The sandwich was actually nice, but the experience with the staff was unfortunately not very good. I specifically asked for Tabasco in my sandwich, but I couldn't see or taste it. The employee said he had put it on, to which I said it might be at the bottom, since I couldn't taste it. He then rolled his eyes, after which the other employee handed me the Tabasco bottle and said I had to put it in myself. It's of course fine to find a solution that way, but the way the situation was handled seemed unnecessarily condescending. The most unprofessional thing, however, was that when I later came back to return the Tabasco bottle, I could hear the employees standing around talking about the situation/me. As a customer, I find it very unpleasant and unprofessional to experience staff discussing a customer right after an interaction - and even right at the counter. I hope that a little more focus is placed on customer service and professionalism in the future

17/07/2026: Bought a power shake… was more ice in it rather than taste of the ingredients of the shake… tried it all over Denmark and they taste good… but here, nah, should just have taken ice cubes in my mouth it would be the same

28/09/2025: Delicious pizzas. We bought 2 and shared to taste different things and both were really good - yum. The restaurant is nice and clean and there was a nice young girl to serve us - definitely helped by a good chef in the kitchen 👍🏼 I would like to send the best recommendations for this pizzaria👍🏼

13/05/2026: This is not a homemade lasagna, they get it from Netto 😂 I saw them speeding in the gold car from Netto's direction with a lasagna in their hand, I naturally ask about this, as I'm currently waiting for my lasagna + pizza. They confirm that they get it from Netto, as it tastes good. Yes, I kind of agree that it tastes good, but we chose this one because we were interested in a homemade one. Their menu card says the following: 96. Lasagna Classic homemade lasagna with meat sauce, cheese and pasta sheets.

29/04/2026: The food tastes good, if it is lucky enough to be hot when it is delivered, and if it is delivered. I assume they were busy, but they show up half an hour after it was promised, they don't read the delivery comment. The food wasn't hot, is not a problem when you have an air fryer, but that I don't know when it will be delivered? Immediately worse. I tried calling them 3-5 times. The first few times it went to voicemail, but then it just hung up. Again, can be explained by being busy, there is not much to do about that. But the uncertainty is no less frustrating. However, I want to emphasize that the pizza tasted GOOD. The food is not bad. Service and delivery time are another matter, though. Maybe it is more worth picking up the food, rather than delivery.

02/09/2026: We had booked all you can eat and drink for 90 minutes but we waited over an hour to get our food and during the first hour we only got 1 drink.

18/07/2026: Everything with this hotel is horrible. It’s dirty and has no ventilation. It smells like an old gym and combined with no ventilation it was unbearable to stay inside. There were almost 30 degrees in our room and we were told to «just keep the door open to the hall, because maybe you will get some of the AC from there». This is quite a thing to say to paying customers in itself, but we actually did this - kept our door open to try to get some ac and it didn’t work. At night we obviously couldn’t keep the door open so we had a long sleepless night. We have tried to get a refund, but they answer late with automatic answers and now a week later we finally heard back and they will not refund us because they claim this is what we ordered. Most horrible experience ever.

12/05/2026: This hotel is more like a shelter than a hotel. The room was very small, the bedsheets were filthy, and the mattress had stains. The smell in the bathroom was unbelievably bad and was spreading throughout the room, even through the closed doors. The only good thing about this place is that it is close to the city centre. Take into consideration that it is located on a party street with bars and clubs open until 5 am, so it is very noisy; you will need earplugs for a good sleep, if you can cope with the uncomfortable beds
