17/07/2025: On the Dot is practically a take-away. And what a fantastic take-away it is! Delicious burgers with juicy meat and exotic variations with a twist. In my opinion, On the Dot simply delivers the best burgers in town, and they are good enough for guest food at the better end!

24/10/2025: Bad service. Waited for over 10 minutes in front of Mc Café with our daughter. Said hello several times and was seen by the staff. But no one ever came.

06/10/2025: We stopped by Guys Pizza at 5pm one afternoon – three friends who wanted a quick pizza each and a couple of cocktails. The restaurant was completely empty, not a single other table was occupied. To our great surprise, we were told that we couldn’t order a pizza alone, but had to take a full menu with both a starter and dessert (at least). Since we weren’t particularly hungry or in the mood for dessert, we had to leave again – and the restaurant was still completely empty. It was a shame to say no to an income of over 1000 kr when you don’t have a single guest in the house. It really felt like bad business sense and a lack of service understanding. We ended up at Ulla instead, where – as always – it was full of happy guests, a good atmosphere and the freedom to order exactly what we wanted. Good service shouldn’t be that difficult 👍

27/09/2025: Very friendly staff! The pizza oven is a real eye-catcher and creates a lovely ambiance.

18/09/2025: I asked for medium rare but i got an uneven cooked steak. It was ranging all the way from blue to medium, bad sear and also I believe I got the wrong sauce twice - unless their whiskey sauce is the same as their ”favorite sauce”. The overall conclusion, I’m not satisfied, would not recommend but it sure could have been a bad day for the chef. - see for yourselves :)

15/09/2025: How can you manage to cook all the steaks wrong? Four pieces, the medium was a little more cooked than medium and the medium completely cooked through, so much so that they were not only dry, but completely dead. A 230g lunch steak is about 10cm in diameter and max 10mm thick. A bit reminiscent of a cheap thin-cut steak from Rema. Staff not terribly service-minded, fortunately the steaks were replaced with new ones, but when asked about size, you get the answer. That's just how they are! It's probably fifteen years since I last had a good experience at Jensens Bøfhus, and I've walked around it many times over the years. I'll just keep doing that. My advice is to visit Bones instead. It works every time.

19/08/2025: We found hair in the strawberry ice cream and took it to the person who works there.. she says that from the color she could tell that the hair belonged to the person who makes the ice cream in the morning. We got another round and we chose strawberries and got a new box.. this time there was hair in the hazelnut and we gave up... never again ice cream from there.. The store in Reberbansgade

16/08/2025: Seriously this place has the location and had everything. Unfortunately they have a problem with the person pr people who run it. A dat like this with the blue fedestival, they should have enough staff to run the place and just one menu through out the whole festival. Seriously, something is on the menu and can't be ordered because they are short on staff is very bad signal. I am surprised even the place is still running. It's not the staffs fault, it just the people who run the whole restaurant that don't really don't care or just too lazy to run the place. They have the menu, the food isn't good though. You eat cause its close to the music, the service is ok. The owners or who ever is running this place should always remember, when there is an event in town they should make sure there is enough staff and a concept for the whole concert. People don't care about the price, it all about what you have to offer to your guests and that's happening in town. That's how you earn 🤑 because this place has alot to offer 😉. I come every time but I am always disappointed. Won't eat hear again and I don't recommend the food!

18/06/2025: Crispy chicken was very bland and dry, it also had a rotting piece of salad inside the burger. Would not recommend it. Update: they claimed the salad turned yellow and black from the hot chicken. In my 12 years in a kitchen that’s news too me 😅😅😅

27/09/2025: I got food poisoning after eating their food yesterday :( I knew something was wrong, because the food tasted really awful. But I was hungry, so I ate it all.

25/08/2025: Wanted to buy cake take out at 17:08 and got rejected) even there were a lot of things to buy (not like they were empty). And even on door it says opened til 18:00. Hmm..

07/07/2025: Expected quality of a place that is mostly used as a waiting room for the man in the shopping family. The coffee is ok, no more (automatic coffee) and some of the bread is bakeoff similar to what you can get in Lidl. In the name of justice, it must be said that they also offer delicious pastries and real bakery bread, which I unfortunately have not tasted. That will have to be next time. The friendly and service-minded staff is a big plus. The place is pleasantly decorated for a shopping center café.

21/06/2025: I'm about to move from Nørresundby, so I'm enjoying my last meal at this place, which is the only place I've bothered to eat at on the Nørresundby side. A huge recommendation from here.

28/07/2025: Lamentablemente uno de los peores filetes jamás comido. La carne fue recomendada por los empleados, y finalmente llegó un ojo costal (Entrecôte) que se ordenó de medianamente trasera a rara. Llegó una picada gris de carne, extrañamente sazonada (probablemente para ocultar el sabor viejo y rancio). El filete estaba más cerca de estar bien hecho, pero medio raro o raro probablemente no sería posible servirlo ya que la carne pasó por esa etapa hace mucho tiempo. Las porciones son grandes, pero IT hace aún peor tirar, me siento triste por el toro que dio su vida solo por ser tirado... Tengo una sugerencia al dueño del restaurante, “despide a tu chef” o si eres el chef, cierra tu negocio y haz otra cosa, los restaurantes no son para todos... La foto es solo para que el dueño sepa cómo se supone que es un Ribeye.
