13/08/2025: I don't quite understand the concept of Cafe & Restaurant. But okay, easy to get a table. The food here in my case, a grilled chicken, nicely prepared, at a very reasonable price. The wine glass was not properly washed, limescale dripped in a big way. When paying, I could see several other glasses that were also filled with streaks of limescale. The cutlery can be changed from the Ikea model to something else. Nice view of the center's hallway area, which did not disturb.

16/08/2025: Attention violation of hygiene rules !!! Oh, it has gone downhill, so a review where people write badly about others who have given more than 1 star. That's not true, the place has been good. But for the last long time it has gotten worse and worse. Chaos with orders, no number system. And if 2 people ordered exactly the same thing, there is a quick mess in who should have it first. Therefore, chaos and dissatisfied customers. The food has started to get worse and worse, poorly prepared, for example, today the fries were very overcooked. And today was our absolute last visit. There is clearly no adult present. No one at the top responsible for the young people to ask for advice or call in emergency situations. This went beyond hygiene safety today. The young girls were struggling with a problem with the parts in the freezer for old-fashioned ice cream, i.e. the one with open tubs. They fuss for a long time and when customers come for ice cream, the situation becomes so desperate that one of the customers himself helps fix the freezer. A completely random person, without hygiene proof, and without even being asked to wash / sanitize their hands. Standing with their hands in the freezer. Then I personally get pretty worried about where else cleanliness is overlooked. No thanks, otherwise thank you.

12/08/2025: Huge parking space by the grill/ice hut and benches with tables. Pure coziness if you have the weather with you. Recommended!

23/08/2025: Jeg har spist rigtig mange gange på Jensens Bøfhus, dengang der var en sådan i Vejle. I tirsdags, den 19. august var jeg på Jensens Boefhus Aalborg (City Syd) og jeg var skuffet over maden. Som sådan var der ikke noget der ikke var i orden, men jeg bryder mig ikke om af fritter pludselig smager af andet end det de plejer at gøre, nemlig fritter med salt på. Nu fik jeg fritter der smagte af alt muligt andet. Det samme gælder sovsen. Jeg er vild med pebersauce, men den jeg fik serveret var ikke den pebersauce jeg igennem årene har fået serveret på Jensens bøfhus. Nu er den også lavet om til noget som jeg ikke ved hvad er. Hvorfor denne forandring?

05/08/2025: Esta fue una experiencia gastronómica muy extraña. Pedimos nachos para empezar, luego 2 platos de pescado y patatas fritas y costillas. Nachos llegan a tiempo, pero 5 minutos en una camarera trae nuestros platos principales, diciendo "sí, la cocina era rápida hoy! " Luego procede a trabajar estos dos grandes platos de comida en una mesa que casi NO tenía espacio en IT. Una limonada golpeó como los platos que nos bajaron y se derramó parcialmente sobre el pescado y las patatas fritas. Había mucha comida. Ahora teníamos que ser tácticos, comer los platos principales antes de que se enfríen (las patatas fritas son horribles) o comer los nachos primero para que el queso en ellos no se enfríe y duro. Lo intentamos, pero la limonada remojó pescado y papas fritas no eran comestibles. Por mi propia experiencia trabajando como chef, no estoy seguro de por qué en la tierra la red eléctrica estaba lista cuando la mesa ni siquiera había tenido algunos bocados en su entrante. El restaurante no estaba ocupado, tal vez otras 10 mesas como mucho. Muy decepcionante y no voy a darle una segunda oportunidad IT tristemente.

15/08/2025: I have been a customer for several years, but recently the quality has unfortunately deteriorated significantly and the taste is not up to previous standards. It's a real shame, because it used to be a good place.

12/06/2025: The pizzas are unfortunately overrated and do not live up to the high price. There is nothing special about the taste or quality that distinguishes them from pizzas at an average village pizzeria – and thus nothing that justifies the pricing. On the other hand, the service was accommodating, and the food was served impressively quickly.

09/08/2025: Boring taste experience Ordered a no. 36 combo - the fries were dry and the pizza tasted ONLY of salt, a lot of salt - even though I had ordered chili garlic and dressing on it, it couldn't drown out the taste of salt unfortunately

03/08/2025: Good food, good service. But paying 50kr more per pizza (159kr each instead of 109kr) and 25kr more per soda (65kr each instead of 40kr) is absolutely outrageous. We end up with a bill of more than 300kr more than we would have paid if we had taken take-away - to sit outside on seats that are not even comfortable... So if you are going to get food from here, I would definitely recommend taking it with you - as it is robbery to charge so much extra for sitting at the restaurant..

16/07/2025: Sweet and friendly owner. The pizzas are super good but a bit too expensive for what you get. Still a nice place and super nice new restaurant!

06/08/2025: Hope a standard kebab is better than the family menu because that's not positive One star from here

17/07/2025: The food is good as always, but if you're going to eat there, you should consider bringing your own cutlery, as you get a really small, wooden fork which ruins the taste a bit. They've also become more expensive to eat at Pita Mix, on par with all other fast food restaurants, unfortunately..

10/07/2025: I sat outside, and the tables around were dirty. The food was also very average. I expected better quality.

22/07/2025: Nice brown warehouse with atmosphere. Always buy a red mother beer. They often have interesting types of beer.

05/08/2025: We went there for an afternoon pastry and coffee. The coffee and drinks were good! The gateau marcel was delicious. The brownie was cold and the compote was a little sour. The ambience was great! The young lady who was responsible for the sitting of the customers was very polite with a nice smile. However, the stuff was very slow. They seemed inexperienced and they lacked the “eye of the tiger”.

03/08/2025: It was 2pm. The restaurant was empty, and about a quarter of the tables outside were occupied. We came with two small children and were told that we could choose a seat ourselves, but we were NOT allowed to move the tables. So we sat at two tables for two - a bit awkward when you are a small family. After 10 minutes with the menu we were ready to order. But 35 minutes later we still had not managed to catch the attention of the three working waiters so that we could order food and drinks - we were completely ignored. It felt downright rude when several guests who came after us were served in the quite empty restaurant. It makes no sense! Would never recommend the place to anyone - expect a minimum of service as the price level suggests that it is a well-run place.
