14/08/2025: Classy pizza and classy people! My friend was feeling sick and they brought her water. And the pizza itself was world class. Shut up, some good people!

12/09/2026: If you experience something wrong with the food, you should definitely NOT contact them. You will just get a real scolding from the owner. Last time I will get from there!

15/09/2026: Their is all sorts of options, even vegan which I have to mention as they were great and delicious and quite fulfilling. The taco hap,sides was great.

12/09/2026: If 0/10 was an option, this experience would have gotten it. We are 2 people who came in to get “all you can eat” tacos. It doesn’t really say anywhere how it works and the employees don’t speak Danish and almost no English, so they weren’t able to explain it. We choose some of the meat that costs extra, so we end up paying 70 kr extra for a meat sauce that was cold. 40 kr extra for a tiny “bowl” of cheese, where there wasn’t even enough for all the tacos. Furthermore, we had to carry it all down to the table ourselves, after which they ask us to get up again to come back with the trays. Really bad service. There wasn’t enough of the green side dishes, but if you wanted extra of it you had to order again and it would cost 250 kr on top per person. So “all you can eat” it’s definitely not. It’s so overpriced it’s insane. We ended up paying 800kr in total… We were in shock. It wasn't even close to being worth it if you compare the service and experience you could have gotten at one of Aalborg's many other restaurants.

04/09/2026: Hi I have bought several times from you and the fries are good, but they were not the same this time we got them tonight. They are soft. They need a few more minutes. They will be better next time. Vh

31/08/2026: No longer worth buying food from here. The burger was overcooked and dry. What used to be pickled red onions is now just chopped red onions.

13/05/2026: This is not a homemade lasagna, they get it from Netto 😂 I saw them speeding in the gold car from Netto's direction with a lasagna in their hand, I naturally ask about this, as I'm currently waiting for my lasagna + pizza. They confirm that they get it from Netto, as it tastes good. Yes, I kind of agree that it tastes good, but we chose this one because we were interested in a homemade one. Their menu card says the following: 96. Lasagna Classic homemade lasagna with meat sauce, cheese and pasta sheets.

29/04/2026: The food tastes good, if it is lucky enough to be hot when it is delivered, and if it is delivered. I assume they were busy, but they show up half an hour after it was promised, they don't read the delivery comment. The food wasn't hot, is not a problem when you have an air fryer, but that I don't know when it will be delivered? Immediately worse. I tried calling them 3-5 times. The first few times it went to voicemail, but then it just hung up. Again, can be explained by being busy, there is not much to do about that. But the uncertainty is no less frustrating. However, I want to emphasize that the pizza tasted GOOD. The food is not bad. Service and delivery time are another matter, though. Maybe it is more worth picking up the food, rather than delivery.

21/07/2026: We ordered online an hour before pick-up. The order was not approved, but kept loading - when we arrived it was because they had not set up their ordering iPad. They took our order in the store, and when we got the sandwiches they were made incorrectly, and also assembled in a strange way that meant you didn't get a bite of everything at the same time. In addition, one of the employees was not wearing gloves, but was standing with his phone to check the menu online what was supposed to be in the sandwiches. There were 3 people ahead of us, all of whom came because something was wrong with their order they had just received... last time I went there. I have otherwise had good experiences with other Bogø restaurants, but not the one on Reberbansgade

21/09/2026: Rib Sandwich without skin and fat. And far too little ribs. It has nothing to do with a traditional rib sandwich

06/09/2026: I think we have tried twice from two different ones in Aalborg. One time a complaint was sent at the start of the week. The first time most of it was missing. The second time one was super good and the second time the bread was soft.

22/07/2026: Simply a completely terrible experience! The food tasted like knorr snack pots, and we were allowed to sit with our plates for 13 minutes before the waiter came and wanted our plates, as a signal that we could leave. I will simply never come back it was simply terrible

06/07/2026: I have otherwise been very satisfied with the service here. But today I had bought my coffee and my family had also bought cake and coffee. The clerk came and took their plate and cup when they were finished. But they stayed seated for a while afterwards. Then the clerk came back and said that we were sitting in the best seats without buying anything. I hadn't even finished my coffee. Besides, there were plenty of empty tables.

09/05/2026: Expectation vs. reality. It doesn't look like it's supposed to at all.

26/01/2026: I had reserved a table, but when we showed up we were told that there was no waiter and therefore we could not get a table. I chose to go to Catch sushi instead - it is recommended. I do not dare to reserve a table at Karma again…

25/01/2026: I had reserved a table for 3 people for a birthday celebration. When we arrived we were told that we could only order take-away because the restaurant had no waiters for the evening. We had even spoken to an employee on the phone an hour before, but we were not told anything. A very disappointing and disappointing experience that makes us not dare to try Karma sushi again.

16/08/2026: Absolutely worst behavior of courier / staff ever. The food was supposed to be ready ESTIMATED between 19.50 - 20.10. I didn't get any confirmation of the delivery, so I assumed it was 20.10 or later as usually happens via. Wolt. Suddenly I get a call from the courier, possibly the pizzeria staff, and am immediately scolded for not being at my door. I go down to my depot 15 min before delivery time, and expect the food to be delivered only 20.10+, as no CONFIRMATION came. The order is still not completed on Wolt. I go out in a hurry, and forget my key. This leads to me being locked out of my apartment block, and the person on the phone doesn't understand I'm locked out. He doesn't hear me at all that I need help, and completely ignores what I say, but continues to complain and scold me because he has been waiting 3 min. He comes down and scolds me, leaves and the door slams again. I then have to wait for others to show up and lock me in. Total rude behavior!

29/06/2026: It's a pizzeria. The pizzas are good. If you're in the area and want to pick up your own, you can safely order from here.

05/09/2026: I wasn't allowed in because I asked about the opening hours with a beer in my hand. I don't know how tall the receptionist is, did he sit down or stand up? I was banned for the rest of the evening, huge situation when we had agreed to put a lot of money each at the casino

13/06/2026: If you like casinos, it's definitely worth a visit, but it's a bit demanding to get in the first time, you had to show your ID and address, but after that you were registered in their system and everything was easy the next time you came there, I recommend the place.

07/07/2026: Simply wow!! I've rarely seen such a great place. I love the slightly "different" approach; the juices are freshly made. They even have smoothies with extra protein. The calorie count is listed for each smoothie, which I really appreciated. They also offer breakfast bowls, salad bowls, and sandwiches, all made with fresh ingredients. The wait isn't very long, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. I would always choose this place over fast food chains or similar options. I had the overnight oats with berries and a freshly squeezed juice. You made my body and soul very happy. Thank you to the three lovely girls who prepared everything with love ❤️ Greetings from 🇩🇪

06/05/2026: I would like to draw attention to an experience in your store today at lunchtime. The employee in the black shirt appeared very unengaged and clearly irritated by the continuous flow of customers. As a customer, it is an unpleasant experience when you do not feel welcome – especially during a busy period when good service should be the focus. I hope you will take this seriously and follow up internally so that the service level lives up to what you as a customer can expect.
