12/09/2026: I ordered a menu today. The fries were served cold and half of them were burnt. The burger was also cold. The food took about 20-30 minutes to be prepared. I would recommend going anywhere else than this. It is better to walk a few minutes to another similar place than to overpay and eat bad food here.

02/09/2026: It's just so dirty and disgusting.. I don't understand why they don't clean. Even their table signs are filthy.

10/05/2026: Insanely bad service and the buffet is really lacking we waited 35 min for drinks then approached me at the bar and they basically didn't care 20 min later as they showed up with 2 glasses of juice and a milkshake the coffee they had forgotten when we were going to pay the bar man wanted to argue if we should pay for coffee or not 👎👎 Can't recommend this place at all The owners should do something they are good at and that is definitely not running a restaurant

10/05/2026: Lousy. Don't waste your time. They will definitely get your order wrong, more likely than not they will get it right. The amount of bacon in the burger is completely ridiculous and the meat is from Frost. Hurry up and get out of this place, it is extremely expensive for what you get - you can get better on the tank

21/05/2026: Really bad pita !! Described as fresh pita with extra filling and picture indicating super delicious. Received as day old dry pita with minimal salad and meat.. flat dry and boring.

20/12/2025: My friend was telling me to try their Durum for last 2 weeks. We went there last Sunday. But they were closed. So we went today again and bought two durum. Cheap durum with kebab. But unfortunately, it was super cold. We bought and started eating right away. But still it was cold. Doesn’t seem like they have warm it. Otherwise it can never get cold in Couple of minutes. The kebab tasted good, also I liked the Garlic inside. But again, everything was cold

17/08/2026: My son and I were passing through Aalborg on a Tuesday evening and wanted to order sushi. By chance, we discovered this sushi restaurant in the Kennedy Arcades. We were pleased that the restaurant still looked open and started placing our order at the designated ordering screens right outside. Once we had finished ordering and paid by card at the screen, we went inside. There, the server informed us that the restaurant had already closed. When I asked her why she had watched us placing our order and even paying without telling us that the restaurant was closed, she simply said she thought we were just playing around with the screens. We did receive a refund, but it was less than we had paid, as the exchange rate for foreign cards apparently differs for payments and refunds. My main criticism is therefore directed at the staff who, despite seeing us order, failed to inform us that the restaurant was already closed, and for the fact that the order screens were still switched on. This is simply very poor service overall and deserves a corresponding rating.

04/06/2026: Very disappointing experience at Wasabi Sushi in Kennedy Arkaden. I had ordered sushi for pick-up, but the service was unfortunately very poor. When I picked up my order, I had to make the employee aware that I wanted soy, wasabi and ginger. For 40 pieces of sushi, I initially only got one packet of soy. When I asked if I could have more than one for 40 pieces, the employee said yes, but generally seemed unsure about what should come with the order. I had to repeat my requests for wasabi and ginger several times before another employee came and helped. When I got home, it turned out that there was no soy container at all, and only 3 bags of soy. The amount of ginger was also so sparse that it was almost nonexistent. The quality of the sushi was also not impressive. The pieces were very small, several no bigger than half/the tip of a thumb. The sushi pieces were cut so thin that some of the pieces couldn't even hold their shape or stand up. They were almost as thin as chopsticks. The presentation in the trays wasn't very inviting either. The sushi was lying down in the trays and looked like something that had been placed carelessly, which gave a very messy and unappetizing impression. The most disappointing thing, however, was the taste. The sushi was dry, boring and very tasteless. It didn't taste at all like the quality I usually associate with Wasabi Sushi. Compared to the branch at Østerågade 11, the difference was very clear. Here, both the quality, presentation and taste seemed significantly inferior. All in all, an experience that doesn't live up to 400,-

06/08/2026: It's seriously comical how awful joe & juice's iced matcha latte has become. The last three times I've been there, they could have just given me 450ml oat milk (large is 16oz); but they didn't - they just put so ridiculously little matcha in it that it doesn't taste or look like anything that's ever been close to matcha. Challenge to the reader of this review: can you tell the difference between an iced matcha from Joe's own marketing and the one I got today? After two purchases of basically oat milk for 55kr each, I decided that I would never buy one from there again, because what do I need 450ml oat milk for, for 55kr? Luckily it was free today because of points, BUT it was ultimately poured out #foodwaste.

22/06/2026: Very poor service as the young girl rolled her eyes when I ordered. Then some of her friends came in after and ordered where they would get their food for me and I'm pretty sure they didn't pay.

30/09/2026: In no way above average. The service was a bit sluggish in terms of getting the already finished food delivered. The pizzas were a bit thinly coated in the filling but the taste was okay.

14/06/2026: Once great, but now there is almost no sauce in their China box.

04/04/2026: It fell off well. Breaded chicken might have a 5 gram piece of chicken if you're lucky. My boyfriend's duck in sweet and sour sauce smelled rotten and was thrown out. Won't be back

17/05/2026: There's not much of a smile on our bald friend at the bar.. Quite a rude attitude to be met with😵‍💫 But you can handle it.. I hope you're not the man who gets customers haha

03/05/2026: Poor service - overcharged for 30 minutes because we paid 5 minutes late after our 2 hours had passed.

13/09/2026: Really disappointing! My pita for 55 kr. was not even half full, and when I asked for more filling, the rest was filled with salad and a little dressing. My friend's durum was about 95% salad and 5% chicken, which also tasted like ready-made supermarket chicken. Not worth the money.

01/06/2026: A bad experience... got a dürüm, which they advertise as the best in town... it must definitely only be at night when that's the case... because it was really bad... limp yellow salad, cold dry bread and kebab that tastes sour... a few cucumbers and tomatoes were the only other filling - clearly it's just a place that intends to sell to drunk people in Jomfru Ane Street... add, can't be recommended - so better go to bed hungry.

14/06/2026: Really bad paid 100kr to get in and 40kr for a jacket, pay 1700 to sit next to the DJ. We got 1 Absolut vodka and Jack Daniels 2 cokes and 3 energy drinks. Really bad.

25/01/2026: They had a DJ come all the way here just to play the same songs they play every weekend – mostly Arabic music. Today was supposed to be an Afro party, but the owner somehow took over the DJ desk without telling the DJ. Because of that, a lot of people went home. The event didn’t live up to what was promised at all, and it’s really disappointing. Some people came all the way from Copenhagen and Aarhus, so it’s really sad that the evening ended like this.

22/09/2025: We had an awful experience at this hotel. Upon check-out, we politely asked whether all bills were settled and mentioned that during our stay there was no hot water. The receptionist told us we should have notified them directly—which we had. When we reported the issue, we were told to wait 10 minutes, but in reality it took more than 20 minutes before lukewarm water appeared, and even then the water pressure was extremely low. When I explained this at the desk, the staff member dismissed our concerns, even suggesting that I had perhaps called another hotel or another tourist by mistake—boldly refusing to acknowledge the problem, despite the fact that all three of us experienced it. We raised the issue only as constructive feedback to help improve their service, yet the employee immediately began yelling at us, calling us liars and insisting hot water had always been available. This unacceptable behavior ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay in Denmark. We felt threatened by the aggressive response of the hotel employee, and we are now considering legal action. The hotel failed to provide the basic services we paid for, and instead treated us with hostility when we tried to report the issue.

29/08/2025: Beautiful place that is not well maintained. The staff seems welcoming. But everything is fake. No one takes responsibility. Just pretends. No one cleans. Just pretends. We cleaned the mirrors in the banquet hall ourselves. The main course had to be served twice. Only the host table got it. There should be no shortage of wine. We got a glass of white and red wine. The hotel hid the rest. The host couple did not realize that they were being cheated. And the envelope price could have been more professional with the hotel. - Like all other reviews, I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend this hotel. I hope for a change of ownership and people with good morals. This beautiful place deserves it.

05/08/2026: Well well... The service was friendly and in time. The Calzone...the dough was nearly perfect, it lacked just a little bit of salt...the ham inside was too plenty and of not so good quality...less with better quality would be more...cheese inside was good...oregano ok, but could be more... I missed at most a personal signature...something what one doesn't get everywhere.

14/07/2026: Amazing food, ice cream and amazing service and very fast, and also very considerate service to kids and pregnant women. Highly recommend and enjoy amazing ice cream in the summer!
