29/08/2026: We're back at Café Kysten again this year. As always, the food is excellent and the portions are huge. I've enjoyed a variety of dishes over the past few weeks, and they've all met my expectations. A new addition is the salad bar, which you can help yourself to before your meal at no extra charge. The fresh salad before the main course is just what you need and really whets your appetite. As always, we received a friendly welcome and excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

21/09/2026: Reading some of the reviews worried us a bit. Luckily, we went anyway. The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The menu is extensive and varied, and everything is presented cleanly and attractively. The wine selection is vast. The staff is attentive and friendly. Even with the freshly prepared dishes, the wait was very short. The layout is well-designed; our only complaint is that the interior felt a little cold. We'd gladly come back.

18/09/2026: Will never come back ..540 kroner straight out the window .. their spareribs are completely dry o shame .. the noodles were hard it was missing and be filled up by expert corn sushi and whatever else they were missing .. then the owner just stands as a question mark .. worst buffet in hjørring without a doubt .. he should be ashamed ... good advice from here .. better go out to my restaurant or another dining establishment in hjørring .. then do yourself a favor . 00000 stars from here.

14/08/2026: Javad Sandwich in Hjørring has a really large selection. Here you can get sandwiches with many different types of fillings, durum, pita kebab, burgers, kebab, chicken, falafel, fish & chips, french fries, grilled dishes, salads and various snack menus. There are also children's menus and a large selection of cold drinks. I have been here several times and think you get good food and good portions at reasonable prices. There are many choices, so there is something for most people. I know the owner personally, and he is a really nice, hardworking and diligent man who spends a lot of time and energy on his business. He takes his job seriously and does a lot for his customers.
