08/06/2025: We ordered 7 sodas and they all arrived without soda… they tried to fix this but in the end we asked for tap water instead.
7 dishes arrived in a reasonable time, but we had to say we didn't want the last dish because we waited so long.
In addition, one of the dishes arrived with a hair in it and the dining experience was kind of ruined.
We haven't received a single apology or attempt to improve the experience. The staff didn't behave very professionally and even allowed themselves to talk badly about colleagues.
All in all a very bad experience, and if I could give 0 stars I would.
Don't come here.

04/07/2025: Dry schnitzels, missing "boy", dry frozen fish fillets for the shooting stars. Boring steak in the burger. There was a general lack of seasoning and love. Very hot in the restaurant. However, nice and attentive service.

07/07/2025: Ordered some starters and main dishes.
We had the salmon tartar, which was enjoyable. For mains we had the ribeye and the mussels.
The mussels had were riddled with pieces of styrofoam and plastic, the ribeye was frozen.
Serving your guests frozen product and dishes that are tainted with pieces of plastic is a mortal sin for any restaurant that has standards and respect for their customers.
None of the staff ever asked if we enjoyed our meal.
Shame to see the quality of this restaurant has taken such nosedive. Avoid this place.
(To the member of staff who took care of us, you seem very nice and involved, you deserve better than this restaurant. I hope you find a place that serves food you can be proud of.)

08/06/2025: An incredibly good place to eat. Fantastic service. Both their tartar and trout roe with blinis were just right. The fried plaice was also just right. The ribeye was perhaps just a tad too cooked, but there was fantastic service and willingness to correct it, so the service should almost have 6 stars. The house wine for just 225 is incredibly reasonable, really well done!

08/06/2025: It was raining cats and dogs, it was even warm on the covered terrace with heater! But delicious.
Tried the recommendation of the menu of dark beer with beef stroganoff. It was both delicious. The stroganoff tasted a bit different than usual, but just delicious.
Service was fine, several waitresses and waiters came to the table but it all went smoothly in English.
It was nice to hear the rain tapping on the semi-permanent roof of the terrace and in the meantime look out over the harbor and the sea.

30/05/2025: We had high hopes for this dinner at Iluka, but we were very disappointed. The produce is fresh and of very good quality. But the flavor and accompaniments are lacking. At this price, the produce should be sublime. The cooking is not mastered, langoustines and fish are almost raw. Vegetables and aromas are missing. A rather disastrous experience compared to the culinary promise...
27/05/2025: Great restaurant with some really innovative dishes at surprisingly decent prices. I really loved my experience here and I'll definitely be back.
The seafood tartare particularly was incredible!

22/05/2025: Really good prices on fresh fish. Their Stjerneskud is like in Hanstholm. Unfortunately the selection is not as large. That's why they get 4 stars and Hanstholm of course gets 5 for their menu and selection

The staff were really nice and great at creating a good atmosphere.
However, they forgot some things. For example, the bread came a little late and there was no bowl to wash our hands while we ate the pilselv reis.
