03/08/2026: Beautifully situated. 1 hour 45 minute slots for dining. Friendly service. For our meal, we had the "Shooting Star" platter with various types of fish. The breaded fish was very thin and had twice as much breading as fish. The salad was typical of the region, without dressing, with lots of crab, buttered toast, a prawn, and fish tartare. Delicious beer 😜

27/07/2026: The fish of the day for 329 kr was quite boring and with potatoes, a little peas and carrots. I think they are better for burgers and shooting stars. But nice staff and nice view.

10/09/2026: Nice coffee and makreel in different seasoning. Great outside view over the port. Very friendly staff.

31/07/2026: Highly recommended! We had mussels and shrimp. Both were huge portions that would have satisfied even a teenager. Absolutely fresh and deliciously prepared.

06/07/2026: Cozy restaurant. Not particularly good food, almost cafeteria-like. Last year it was really delicious. Too bad you can't buy children's menus, expensive to throw away so much food. I did take a fish fritter home from the meal. I bought fish and seaweed salad in the store, which is delicious.

16/07/2026: This is a good restaurant. The view is excellent and so is the atmosphere. The make OK burgers. The taste is well balanced and with the supplied double cheese and bacon it is quite good. The other dishes they serve are also very good. Enjoy your meal with good wine or beer Prices are very reasonable, the service is great so this place gets my recommendation.

07/08/2026: An authentic, small restaurant on the island of Livø. The buffet offered local cuisine in all its forms, from the unusual to the exquisite – there was something for everyone. We certainly enjoyed it and will fondly remember this restaurant.

03/09/2025: If you enjoy sitting by the harbor and appreciate authentic Danish fish dishes, this is the place for you. Self-service (very efficiently organized), very friendly staff with excellent English skills. The price-performance ratio is decent by Danish standards: 400 kroner for two people.

02/09/2025: It was OK, but nothing more. We've had better fish restaurants in Denmark. I can't say whether the restaurants next door would have been any better.

14/09/2026: We went to the cafe. Good food! Friendly service! I was pleasantly surprised, because sometimes places that have a monopoly in a popular location don't make much of an effort. But that wasn't the case here. Very nice!

04/09/2026: Food....pufffff....fish&chips.....all potatoes and 3 pieces of fish... Bad service and expensive. We won't be back

06/09/2025: We were greeted by smiling and friendly staff, and the service was quick. Unfortunately the food was not very good, my husband got chicken salad, a very small portion, and there was more salad than chicken!!! My fish fillet was fried in rancid oil! So we were not as satisfied as the last time we were here.

30/08/2025: The atmosphere was nice and cosy until a pungent odour of drain suddenly hit us! We sat just opposite of the kitchen door and next to the toilets. It was awful but luckily we were done eating. The fish was too salty, unfortunately. Main meal very small with a little piece of cod and 3 tortellinis. Dessert was a chocolate mousse, quite nice but topped with a tasteless and chewy merengue. Unnecessary! More chocolate mousse and less trying to be chichi. Most surprising part of the dinner: the bill If you choose entry of the day, main of the day and dessert of the day you pay less then for the 3-course menu consisting of the exact same 3 dishes. The waitress argued that if’s the chef who sets the prices and this is how it’s done in Denmark. Well, so be it, but we won’t return in this case and felt a bit fooled. However, lovely Pinot Noir!

26/08/2026: We tried various fried fish dishes in all their variations and with a variety of sauces. Crispy and flavorful. The view of the harbor was pleasant, with the sun shining brightly, which at those latitudes never disturbs—quite the opposite.
