30/03/2025: I am writing to express my great displeasure with a recent experience I had with you. Me and a friend ordered pizza from your restaurant, and unfortunately both the quality of the food and the service were far below the expected standard.
Firstly, we ordered a deep pan pizza, which unfortunately did not correspond to the type of pizza we had expected. It was flatter than a regular pizza and the dough was raw in the middle, making it inedible. This is not acceptable as one should expect the food to be prepared correctly.
Additionally, my friend had specifically requested a pizza without tomato sauce, so we called the restaurant to confirm that this change was correct. The first time we were informed that the pizza was without tomato sauce, but when we subsequently called to double check, we were confirmed that the pizza did indeed contain tomato sauce. This could have posed a health risk to my friend and we were not properly informed which is extremely worrying.
Furthermore, the way the staff handled the situation was completely unsatisfactory. When we tried to get a solution, we were met with a rude and unprofessional attitude. The staff refused to acknowledge the problem and insisted they had made the pizza correctly, unwilling to find a reasonable solution. Also, we were promised that we would be contacted within 5 minutes, which never happened.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! Find another pizzeria

02/03/2025: This pizza tastes awful – like vomit or urine. Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever tasted. Would never buy here again!
02/02/2025: Be careful, their dishes cost DKK 10 more per dish than they say on the website. When I said I was surprised that they didn't wait to put the prices up until they had them corrected on the website, I was told that I could read the correct prices in their brochure. Which I was first given with the food.
The food is now ok, but is now too expensive and they can NOT figure out how to make a pastry.

23/04/2025: Shell Korskroen stands as a DHL service point, I am trying to send a package that has a DHL label as it is a return shipment. Day 1 there is a problem with a scanner and the clerk tells me to come back the next day, and peace be with it. The second day I drive by again to have my parcel sent. But the incompetent employee realizes that you cannot send this DHL package because it is not an express shipment.
15/03/2025: The place was dirty. There were coffee stains and soda stains all over the floor by the seating. Although the staff had been told that the tables needed a cloth, nothing was done. The staff were clearly standing with their phones at the till. Good thing the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration had not been there!

17/02/2025: Maden var god, men i vores mening giver det en dårligt stemmning at personalet gør det ikke hemmeligt at de “overvåger” en som fx en af vores venner skulle ikke ha mad og de blev ved med at glo og gå ned til vores bord også selvom hun vitterligt ik spiste noget..
25/11/2024: Her får du det, du betaler for - kedelig mad, forvirret betjening, hvor en pige bag disken skulle have peget retterne ud i menuen (hun talte fint dansk, så det var ikke sproget, der var problemet). Vi fik forkert mad... Som en positiv ting - vi fik uden diskussioner leveret nye portioner ret hurtigt. Maden smagte ikke specielt godt. Ingen under,at der altid er ledige pladser...

15/01/2025: I was there at the end of December 2024. Unfortunately, the place has a new owner and new staff. Unfortunately the food was not very good. Got a salad pizza where the salad tasted bitter.
On the other hand, drinks, soft drinks, were incredibly cheap. Nice man showed us to the place. A woman who did not know about Danish coins settled with us. Without our help, she would have had trouble getting the box to vote.
10/01/2025: Sommerlyst has gone from being Bramming's best pizzeria to being the city's worst after a new owner has arrived. The dough is dry and weighs nothing... very similar to ciabatta bread and it tastes nothing. The bottom is not even in thickness, almost no filling, they often forget to add all the filling, etc. You won't get full. And they overcharge, especially if you have to wear extras. And delivery is also expensive. Sometimes your order is lost, so you have to call down there and wait even longer for your food. I will be switching pizzarias in the future as I have been giving them a try for several months now. Not worth the money, in my opinion.

27/03/2025: I called to order food, the only thing they say when they answer the phone is Hello, let me just ask if it's a grill bar I've called, I ask about the portion size and am told that they only have large sausage mixes, the food can be picked up after 10 minutes which was true, it was probably the only positive thing to say about this visit, for one and a half hundred kroner I got two sausage mixes made from leftover sausages with a sparing amount of curry ketchup and remoulade and some dried pickles, the portions do not live up to what you understand by a large sausage mix, this was dry and miserable, now we can expect it to be a long time before we set foot there again.

01/01/2025: The worst club I’ve ever been to. The security staff is absolutely unprofessional – rude, arrogant, and act like they’re on some sort of power trip. Instead of ensuring safety, they create problems, behaving aggressively even toward calm and respectful patrons just waiting for friends or trying to enjoy their night.
The entrance checks are a nightmare – a complete disregard for personal boundaries. On top of that, the club itself is chaotic, with long lines and no organization. It’s clear the management doesn’t care about their guests. If you value your time and your mood, stay far away from this place.

06/06/2025: I ordered volt, so I didn't go inside the restaurant. But when my pepperroni pizza with dressing arrived, it was a 10 out of 10 pizza. You could taste that it was a delicious homemade tomato sauce, and there was a good amount of filling on it. So it was a good experience from here👍🏼
28/05/2025: We order a pizza at 9:46 PM, which after 1 hour and 15 minutes has not arrived. We call and ask for it, and each time we are told that it will arrive in 5-10 minutes. It takes 30 minutes.
I speak to an employee and express my dissatisfaction, who chooses to hang up.
We call again, where a new employee answers the phone, and tries to tell us that they are very, very busy here at 11 PM, and that is why it is delayed. We do not receive any compensation. It was simply the most unprofessional and disrespectful handling. If you could give 0 stars, that is exactly what they should have.
