De bedste restauranter i Esbjerg

03/12/2024: A nice grill bar that is tucked away but deserves more attention. I always think that I get value for money here and with nice and friendly service. Their beef steaks are really good and their burgers can do something many of the other grill bars in town can't. I think the atmosphere is often good and I often strike up a conversation with other friendly customers. I can highly recommend it!

25/01/2025: The food does not live up to the description at all. Their "waffles" are apple slices printed in a waffle maker without jam. The "Greek yogurt with fruit compote and coconut crunch" is vanilla yogurt with blackcurrant jam and coconut flour. Their "pineapple with mint and pine nuts" was old pineapple chunks and completely soft old mint with pepper pieces in between (evidence of old pineapple from another dish?). The bread was tasteless. The service was nice but terribly slow. The place is nicely furnished with good acoustics. All in all a miserable experience and we will NOT be coming again.

08/03/2025: Nice service by friendly staff. There is nothing wrong with bread or cakes. But it's also not something that I feel is particularly good. For example, the rolls are mediocre. Have weighed craftsman who weighed between 37 -41 grams. Best roll, in my opinion, is their grovbirkes, and the only one to my taste that is better than average. The prices are at a reasonable level for both cakes and bread.

31/03/2025: Had a great experience at Esbjerg Street Food! I tried the Rocky Road Burger, and it was fantastic—juicy, flavorful, and well-prepared. The thin fries were also delicious, and I really appreciated having the salty fries alongside the burger. The indoor atmosphere was very comfortable, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. My wife ordered the Butter Paneer from the Indian stall, which tasted great, but the portion of paneer felt a bit light. She also ordered naan separately, but we later realized rice was already included—this wasn’t very clear, so maybe we missed something in the ordering process. The staff were very friendly, which added to the positive experience. The only drawback was the toilets, which could have been cleaner. Overall, a great place for a casual and tasty meal in Esbjerg. We’ll definitely be back!

29/03/2025: I got food from the Indian place, I waited 35 minutes outside of 'rush hour', but the food tasted really nice. The place is also quite cozy.

05/06/2024: I went for roast pork alivitum with lemon and rum fromage for dessert the pork was really delicious and I can only recommend it but the fromage it was not so good the rum fromage tasted of alcohol and the lemon fromage didn't taste of lemon unfortunately otherwise a really good evening

16/01/2025: This is a wonderful place with wonderful people, there is a language cafe where you can learn and practice Danish at least 1 day a week, there is an amazing women's club and wonderful teachers.

19/11/2024: Often comes to the folkehuset, nice coffee, good atmosphere, it's family friendly and the kids love to come by for ice cream or something. Hot bun and what else goes with it.

31/10/2024: A nice place where you not only get delicious coffee and cake, but also nice things made of fabric, such as warmers for French press pots, pillows or bags. These are made together by people with and without disabilities. People with and without disabilities also work together inclusively in the café 😊

22/03/2025: Many kebab places try to serve döner, but it never tastes like it does in Germany. That's what Döner Deluxe does. It's definitely the best döner in Denmark - and probably also Denmark's best kebab. Atmosphere only scores 3, as it's a small place where you don't really sit down and eat. However, that doesn't take anything away from the overall score.
