18/05/2025: Received this response from the owner after the review below of the restaurant. It is under all criticism. They have subsequently deleted the response again. Their response: Shut up, you are just a picky eater and have the taste buds of a three-year-old My review: The food does not live up to the description at all. Their "waffles" are apple slices pressed in a waffle maker without jam. The "Greek yogurt with fruit compote and coconut crunch" is vanilla yogurt with blackcurrant jam and coconut flour. Their "pineapple with mint and pine nuts" were old pineapple pieces and completely soft old mint with bell pepper pieces in between (evidence of old pineapple from another dish?). The bread was tasteless. The service was sweet but terribly slow. The place is nicely decorated with good acoustics. All in all, a terrible experience and we will NOT be back.

Really good buns, warm pretzels & the layer cake & it was really good & extremely tasty... The staff were really friendly & very service minded...👍👍👍👍👍 Can only be HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all kinds of Parties/Celebrations… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

18/06/2025: Good ice cream, unfortunately there was no toilet paper in the toilet shed. Only accepted cash and mobile pay, which probably poses challenges with tourists.

17/07/2025: A hotel that claims to be luxurious but doesn't do anything to make it so. No reception, a processed breakfast, and a tiny room. Add to that mold in the bathroom, and you end up in a shabby hotel! The only positive is its location in the heart of Ribe... be careful, parking is limited to 2 hours or is subject to a charge.

16/07/2025: The food was delicious, but the service was poor. It looks very elegant, but they leave the plates on the table and take a while to bring the sauce.

21/07/2025: For French people passing through the area, this is a good place to enjoy a Danish hot dog. 😉
