12/09/2025: The buffet is perfect, featuring a wide variety of ingredients, some of which are freshly prepared by the chef. Everything is delicious.

12/09/2025: Great restaurant, the food is good, especially the barbecue where you choose your food which the chef then grills. The atmosphere is quite noisy (the Danes like to talk loudly apparently)

07/09/2025: It was not clear when we booked our "standard double room" that "standard" apparently means without a private toilet/bathroom. Toilet was shared between 3 rooms, which I wouldn't call ordinary/standard these days. Small rooms with crooked floors - as you would expect in this type of building, so that was fair enough. Bed was narrow but nice. Service friendly, breakfast nice.

10/09/2025: Somewhat ironically: The battery cage for RVers. Very nice, lots of space and nice bathrooms and common areas. But subjectively, a bit sterile. Otherwise, highly recommended!

20/09/2025: We were here yesterday at the mall, and it was simply so good. We had ordered to go but we wanted to eat at the restaurant anyway and we were allowed to do so with good service and really delicious food. It's definitely not the last time we'll come here. Great place!🤩

30/08/2025: We got stranded on the island because we didn't get back to the mainland before high tide. Which is why we were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and we found this cute restaurant. They only had one vegetarian meal but that one was amazing tho. The service was also really nice and happy to answer all of our inquiries regarding the islands history and make up.

01/09/2025: We HAD to come to Ribe as it's twinned with our hoe town of Ely, UK. The whole town was wonderful, and choosing somewhere for lunch was difficult. Pinnochios is a street based Italian restaurant, perfect for an afternoon of people watching on the cobbled streets. Staff were good, although busy. Food was absolutely top notch. Priced about right for the location. Would visit again.

05/08/2025: Highly recommend their fantastic coffee table. Inviting and tasty cakes. Smiling and welcoming staff, we felt welcome.

03/08/2025: Cake table. Both a detour and worth the money. Total experience with super, delicious Cake table (incl. Super delicious buns). Warm reception, where you really felt welcome and also seen. Cakes well-made and just like it should be for a cake table in Denmark. Yeast dough, layer cake, baking pan, pies and cookies and everything in between. And at a nice price below value.

16/08/2025: We're here on a Saturday night at 8:00 PM. Food: They had run out of arugula so we got the starter with iceberg salad, a bit of a shame not to be informed when ordering. We got the main courses served while we were still in the process of the starter. Our soda was forgotten, we had to remind a waiter about it in the middle of our main course. We ordered Carlsberg Sport, but it had apparently run out, so we got a sparkling water.. After saying that we got another sparkling water. Only the 3rd time we got a Sport. The food itself was pretty good. Service: We were served as soon as we came in, we got a table for 2 without a reservation. The waiter had snuff in his mouth, which he had to take out before he could taste if there was any flavor in the soda. The service was generally ok, they were nice and easy to talk to. Decor/atmosphere: The decor is really cozy, you get an Italian “vibe” mixed with a bit of Esbjerg (fishing culture). I give them the benefit of the doubt and believe that they can do better here at Kim Anto. It's probably just an unfortunate first impression. Because everyone I've talked to about Kim Anto has clearly recommended it.

16/08/2025: Wonderful food. Great portions. The chef personally checked to see if everything was okay. Excellent. Very friendly staff. Only the men's restroom could use a refresh.
