10/11/2025: How can you be familiar with charging 115kr for a potato pizza when you throw in sliced ​​potatoes from Flensted!!! That's the worst bad potato pizza I've had to date in my life... Still completely disgusted by the idea of ​​throwing in frozen potato slices Phew that's BAD... Last time we buy from there and will definitely advise others to do the same I can hear you can't stand constructive criticism regarding potato pizza. Thick previously frozen slices of potatoes are just a huge no go potatoes should be sliced ​​on a mandolin iron deliciously thin. That's the way otherwise stop with it!!! And 115kr argh and in 100 years I highly doubt you've made pizza in Gørding 🤣😂 you have to hope some people like your pizzas which are probably good enough but stick with potato pizza or make it right!!!

02/11/2025: Lovely evening - Just celebrated my 60th birthday at Posthuset, with the big party package. It was a really good experience - Beautiful venue, delicious food and great service from Anders both before and during the party.

31/10/2025: We were a group out to eat. The restaurant had asked to get the menu several weeks in advance, in order to be able to follow the food. Absolutely fine. However, this was changed so that everyone in the party would have the same main course. It is not known why it was changed - possibly because there was less waiting time or because too many different dishes had been ordered. The entire restaurant was full. The starter came as ordered. The main course was served, but was cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen. So we ended up waiting for the food anyway. Sold out of certain drinks. The service was experienced as confused and even though all the food had been ordered in advance, as the restaurant wanted, they did not know what we had ordered. The whole experience was sloppy and we feel that the restaurant does not have the skills/capacity to have so many guests in the restaurant at the same time, despite plenty of staff. The food tasted good though. However, I still would not want to come to Backhaus again.

20/09/2025: We were here yesterday at the mall, and it was simply so good. We had ordered to go but we wanted to eat at the restaurant anyway and we were allowed to do so with good service and really delicious food. It's definitely not the last time we'll come here. Great place!🤩

30/09/2025: A bit of a long wait, which the staff also regretted. Nice big plate but a bit boring. The shrimp were good, the salmon small and nothing special. The steamed one didn't taste of anything and the breaded one wasn't crispy. Overall impression, it was quite filling but not something you'd want to try again.

23/09/2025: We ordered some take away, picked it up on time, walked 3 minutes back to our hotel and I think this is in the top 5 worst food experiences I have had. The "Stjerneskud" cost 249 kr. and consisted of one cold piece of what's supposed to be steamed fish, one small, burnt and fatty fried fish, two miniscule oysters, one "1" soggy asparagus, two pieces of bread that dripped with fat (according to the menu it's supposed to be fried in butter, not drowned in it) and a few pieces of salad and two tomatoes, the tomatoes were tasty. After checking pictures of other visitors, I believe that several things were forgotten in my meal (the smoked salmon and the shrimp) and the food was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes before I picked it up. To be fair, the staff were friendly when I picked up the food and maybe did not know that this was incomplete. Unfortunately, I cannot reccommend this location or at least this particular dish
