29/09/2024: Told the pizza to be without the kebab and spaghetti and they hadn't removed it. It was otherwise clearly stated on the receipt. In addition, the customer service is bad - they seem grumpy.

17/09/2024: I never received my order. They have not even contacted me or given me my money back. I will never buy there again.

13/02/2025: We are usually very satisfied when we buy from here (and would gladly do so again), but this time the otherwise freshly made pizza was rock hard and the bread super dry - Unfortunately, nothing that the otherwise delicious filling on top could do anything about. The bottom was almost like a biscuit. (Is there a difference between your pizza and sandwich dough? It felt more like the bread you get when you get a sandwich)

24/01/2025: Used to live next to Brandts, aka. close to both Papa Cucina locations. Best local pizza and sandwiches, don't be afraid of the gorgonzola. Don't start getting too experimental, stick to what works and you will not be disappointed. If you are feeling funky, try the Scarface pizza, it is great. Never had anything bad to say about the service. Atmosphere... It's a cozy joint, but honestly that is besides the point in my humble opionion. It is the food that counts. I miss the place.

12/03/2025: The story of the little cafe There was once a small café at Odense Banegård called TFS. Here the travelers were greeted by the smell of freshly baked bread and crisp salads – a true respite from stress and fast food. Everything was Scandinavian, fresh and well made. But alas! In the middle of the good company, two strangers had crept in: Starbucks and Pepsi. Why import coffee and cola from the other side of the Atlantic, when here in the Nordics we can brew and mix with the greatest finesse? TFS could have been a real gem. But as long as they insist on making room for the American goods, the adventure will have to settle for three stars. — And the travelers went on, full, but without letting the dollar bills dictate the taste.

01/03/2025: Really dried out and sloppy salad buffet, which had clearly been standing out from the day before, even though I only shopped there at 1pm. The clerk claimed the food was fresh, which it very clearly was not. I deeply regret that I paid over DKK 50 for a tray that was not even half full. If it wasn't because I was pressed for time and had children who needed to have some food before we went on the train, I definitely wouldn't have chosen this place. I will definitely NEVER buy anything from there again.

12/02/2025: If you are in any way into this kind of food, then the place is not the worst of its kind in Odense. There are many seedy places, this is not one of them. The food seems fresh and crisp and the service is friendly and relaxed!

08/02/2025: This is my absolute favorite place to eat! The food tastes really good, especially the shawarma with their chilli sauce is really good. The price is fair and the service is always excellent. I have been eating here for more than 15 years and continue to pass Shawarma Huset.

18/02/2025: I order pizza no 11 and prosciutto on pizza wasn’t fresh and stinky . When I complain on it owner said I should be like that.

29/12/2024: Delicious pizza my new favorite pizza nice man who gave me a lollipop good service and we got the pizzas quickly inside the restaurant someone shouted so yes some bad things and very good things

04/01/2025: Lousy food, poor service and bad atmosphere. What was once quite a skillful roll with fresh parsley, pickled cucumbers and presentable meat has gone and become an indifferent roll with a little iceberg, tomato and the world's thinnest dressing. Shut the shit up.

08/03/2025: We were 12 people who had to eat at the restaurant, after 1 hour we had only got half of 2 starters, and they had sold out of Pepsi Max and a variant of beer and still had to wait 20 minutes for our food, and at that point they hadn't even started with our sushi, so we chose to go to Kawasaki sushi instead as they always have good service

14/02/2025: About 8 degrees inside the restaurant, some of the food never arrived. What came was sad. Stay away.

14/12/2024: Absolutely disgusting pizza. Completely brown and disgusting salad, the dough was not fully baked and the filling was thrown on. Now I sit on the toilet every 5 minutes with thin shit. And got food poisoning. Really can't recommend downright disgusting.

03/12/2024: Gives out advertisements despite CLEAR "No advertisement". This is a valid review because how else should we prevent unethical practices like this?

11/03/2025: Lousy menu. Sluggish and rotten salad. Almost no dressing. Dry mega dry bun. Cold soft fritters. Not the soda that was ordered.

04/03/2025: Their loaded fries with chicken are okay, but unfortunately the quality of the food has taken a dive. The chicken is a bit dry and overall the food feels more mediocre than before. However, the biggest disappointment is that they have removed anything with beef from the menu. My favorite dish, the Philly Cheese Steak loaded fries, is gone, as are all their beef burgers. If you were a fan of their beef dishes, there isn't much left to come.
