07/06/2025: They still can't figure out that the cheese should be warmed on the steak and apparently you have to discuss what you want in your burger. And remind them about the cheese. Not the regular staff but the female manager. She has to talk nicely to the regular staff so they do their best for the customers.

09/05/2025: Come here often and usually the service is top notch - but today d. 9/5-25 at 7:00 p.m. the two most miserable, rude, arrogant and COMPLETELY incompetent employees were at work! There were four customers in the grill when I arrived - and they had been waiting a long time. I was allowed to order and pay immediately, but despite the fact that the counter was completely full and ready for serving, it took a total of 20 minutes before I got my box... The staff continued to accept orders and payments from new customers, without serving the customers who were already waiting. Serving the guests was completely arbitrary. Worst service I have EVER experienced!!

25/02/2025: Super fine smørrebrød, regular Cafe prices, fast service. Good atmosphere, many visitors, on an ordinary boring Tuesday.

23/03/2025: Bad food, my durum was plain bread, ordered a large fries and I'm not lying when I say there were only 30 fries in the tray

27/04/2025: Bowling with strings!! We were going in to play bowling for an hour and bought some drinks with +500 kroner. We then get lane 8 super, we go down find shoes and our lane, then the monitor starts up where we can enter our names, mysteriously I thought, I had done that online, but then we do it again. Then nothing really happens, I thought it was because the first ball will start the course but no. Then we contacted the staff and they opened the track. After my first throw, I see that they have replaced their old cone set-up with cones with strings at the top, it pretty much ruins the experience, even at that price. 10-15 minutes in, our lane stops, there are also 10 people who obviously also have to bowl on our lanes. Everything is chaos, now we spend 10 minutes getting another lane. We are told that because we have a new appointment due to mistakes, but we cannot use much of that when we have also booked a table in the city. But we think we can manage to play 10 minutes. extra, but it turns out that the course closed again when our original time had passed, we couldn't take it anymore, and didn't have too much time either, so we slipped away. We will not come again. The only reason we went to Bowlnfun was because City Bowling was fully booked, which I now understand why.

18/04/2025: Terrible service, the ice cream was like water, and the staff didn’t wear gloves or seem to care about their work. Very disappointing experience

17/04/2025: Nice mcdonalds like many others me and my sister had our dinner there. When we drove through town and had to get some food on the way home. It went quickly through the drive-thru after we ordered via their app and we got nice fast food food as expected from McDonald's.

11/05/2025: We were 5 friends on a trip to Odense and had booked a table for 17. I had called in advance and asked if they would make sure there were margaritas ready for us when we arrived and they wanted to - so far so good. We arrive and get our table… there are no margaritas, but that's fine. One of us asks if they can sweeten her margarita with some syrup or something, to which the young girl replies that she has to ask about that (?!) A gentleman comes out of the kitchen and says that they can't change anything as they have already been made, which surprises us a bit, because they aren't there. And they weren't made... the young girl is now getting on with it and she's figuring out how to sweeten it with syrup, so why did we even have to go through that talk about them not being able to change them? One of us has an extreme allergy, and it is obviously a challenge that the place is not responsible for, but we ask them if they can make nachos (not on the menu) - just chips, chicken and cheese. They can't do that... they don't have an oven or grill or anything else... they can only cook what appears on the menu card. There is NO flexibility and of course there is an oven - how else are you going to cook hot food? We find a solution and shake it off... drinks... there is neither cola zero nor pepsi max - there is some (to us) unknown brand, so we just ask for water. Some want water without fizz, one of us would like with fizz, but since it's obviously only possible to get a whole JAG of water, we have to make do with water without fizz. We ask for one more round of margaritas while the young lady is making drinks for another table, and to that we get a sour answer "yes, when I'm done serving the other table" - there are many ways to say "just a minute, I'll be there" - and this is not one of them! Most of the food tasted really good, but it doesn't make up for the lousy (and unindependent) service and the lack of flexibility. We will never come back, that's for sure.

30/03/2025: Ohne Reservierung einen guten Tisch bekommen. Aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Verschiedene Speisen, die alle sehr wohlschmecken. Und Durst muss hier auch niemand leiden...

15/06/2025: We were at our first event out there. The food tasted good but they were too lazy to fill it up and forgot to tell us that there was only one dessert per person. If it's a buffet, you shouldn't only charge one dessert per person and if they want to make sure you only take one, they put up a sign or serve it at the table. The actual experience of the race was fantastic but it would be great if the staff came to the table and asked if we knew about the game.

10/07/2025: Breakfast is not suitable for allergy sufferers. When asked if they had anything without milk, they said fruit and oat milk. Then they found out that they also had bacon, which was oversalted, so you couldn't eat more than one slice.

05/07/2025: Small and cozy. small creamy room but it was fine for a day. Self serving beer was the best thing about it (in the common room) 😁 breakfast was good, a lot. Longer than 10 am end

16/03/2025: Good pizzas, but when you choose a medium pizza and pay more for it than a normal size, then it should also be bigger and not just 30cm like a normal one.. Just bought a regular and medium, and both are 30cm🤦‍♀️
