You can tell both in the taste and the service that it is made and given with the heart every time. We have been there many times now and will continue to do so. If there were more stars to give, they would have gotten them.

04/11/2024: Fint originalt restaurant lokale med et pænt interiør, der får en til at slappe af. De tre retter bestemt af kokken var fortrinlig og velsmagende. Morgenmaden bord serveres og var overvældende. Men stolene med høj lodret ryglæn passer ikke en dårlig ryg og en pude kunne ikke desværre ikke skaffes.

29/12/2024: Definitely South Jutland's best coffee and so on. The bread is specially selected and local cold cuts only make the experience even greater. The place is very cosy, and the decor is different from the usual cafés. The local butchers are really good at their craft. A big thank you to Michael, and the coffee trunts who serve, especially "Queen Ida", which unfortunately is NOT there anymore!! Give yourself an experience and try this cafe.

13/02/2025: Hotel Bella Italia, Sønderborg - 2 days ago, room and service perfectly OK. The Italian dinner included in the deal was a disappointment. The appetizer (Tapas) is a Spanish appetizer. Chorizo ​​sausage has never been Italian and the main course: veal fillet in brown sauce, has never been part of Italian cuisine. The very thick sauce was baked and captured all the flavor from the veal, which was tender enough but could not taste through and was added in such large quantities that everything tasted of sauce. Most reminiscent of Danish brown sauce, as our mother thought she made it. The apple crumple dessert was a very small blob. It tasted OK, but could well have deserved a corresponding dollop of whipped cream or creme fraiche. Not exactly part of an Italian dinner either. All in all, the room and service were fine, but the dinner did not live up to the description: Italian and therefore a big disappointment.

06/11/2024: A thoroughly fantastic evening with delicious food and wine. Super serving staff. If I have to make a small complaint, it would be that there is a little too much "vegetarian food". I think you could have had some delicious fish and or seafood, as well as, since it is game season, a bit expensive fillet, made in some delicious way. Just a suggestion. Etc. Flemming Kjær.

14/02/2025: The service was very good, very sweet and friendly. And their food, including sushi, tasted excellent😋. The atmosphere was very good and it was really cosy, you could, among other things, look out over the city + it is very close to the pedestrian street and the castle. So I would highly recommend it!🫶🏻. Ps the price was really good and you really got something for the money!.

Beliggende lige på havnefronten, er det det perfekte sted at nyde et glas vin med udsigt over vandet og den smukke havnefront. Vinbaren er kendt for sit imponerende udvalg af kvalitetsvine, og det er ikke overdrevet at sige, at de har Danmarks bedste udvalg af vin på glas. Visselulles Vinbar har modtaget anerkendelsen Star Wine List Best By the Glass, og de tilbyder et af de mest omfattende og varierede vineudvalg, hvor du kan finde alt fra elegante rødvine og hvidvine. Du vil helt sikkert finde noget, der passer til din smag, og du kan få hjælp fra de erfarne og vidende sommelierer, der virkelig ved, hvad de taler om. Derudover har Visselulles Vinbar også et stort udvalg af Macallan whisky, hvilket gør det til et perfekt sted for whiskyelskere. Sommelierne er yderst kompetente og hjælpsomme, og deres passion for vin og spiritus smitter af på oplevelsen. Selvom vinbaren er lille, lever den op til sit ry som en af Danmarks bedste. 01/12/2024: Had found this wonderful place online and it certainly lived up to the reviews. Although smørrebrød in nicely large portions, I would like to recommend freshly fried mushrooms and bacon for the liver pâté, instead of cold from the fridge. Top class service, from a very nice and professional young man. We were the only ones in the restaurant for this lunch, but it was just lovely. Definitely worth a detour 😍

18/12/2024: The quality is simply too bad. The meat is of poor quality, which is why it is so overcooked that it tastes of nothing. The fritters are soft and indifferent and the dip is absolutely bottom shelf. Now when you make a burger restaurant, you should make some delicious burgers with crispy and delicious fries. OTHERWISE CLOSE. It is probably not without reason that there were only 3 guests at 1830, when many other cafes were packed. The 2 stars are for the good service.
