12/04/2025: Excellent Indian restaurant with good and reasonable food. Choose the buffet so you can taste several different dishes. Waited a little too long to get the menu but otherwise sweet and nice service who explained in detail about the buffet.

09/05/2025: Syttende is a fantastic restaurant which exceeded my expectations for a 1-star Michelin restaurant. In my eyes you deserve 2 Michelin stars. The food is at a very high international level, tasty, beautiful, delicious and creative. Big plus that you focus so much on local ingredients (even from Barsø!) The service is probably the best I have ever experienced. All waiters are suitably attentive and present food and wine with an appropriate level of detail, where they do not dwell unnecessarily long on small details, e.g. about the wine. Furthermore, there were several top examples of pairing food and wine (which were at 3-star Michelin level), for example at dessert. Although we were there for 5 hours, the time was not long. Perhaps also helped by a perfectly timed break, where you just stretch your legs. Great experience that I would like to try again another time.

10/03/2025: Really nice gem, but some super committed staff who were constantly around to see if we were missing anything. The food was also right in the eye, and we went home full and happy. We didn't come until after dark, so will probably come by when it's light and you can see out over the water. Thank you 🙏

A man who knows how to deal with people and enjoys his work - simply contagious. We were there for the first time but certainly not the last time. Thank you for a highlight of the day.

19/04/2025: Der kom baguette og dejligt fransk smør på bordet fra start. Jeg fik den lækreste mad - østers og derefter flotte, friske hvide asparges med rejer og sauce hollandaise. Husets Sauvignon Blanc var helt perfekt dertil og til kun 65kr/glas. Personalet var ikke dansk, men meget servicemindede og skabte en hyggelig atmosfære. Priserne er absolut rimelige. Det var en helt perfekt aften på denne hyggelige bistro med udsigt over havnen. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen <3

29/12/2024: Definitely South Jutland's best coffee and so on. The bread is specially selected and local cold cuts only make the experience even greater. The place is very cosy, and the decor is different from the usual cafés. The local butchers are really good at their craft. A big thank you to Michael, and the coffee trunts who serve, especially "Queen Ida", which unfortunately is NOT there anymore!! Give yourself an experience and try this cafe.
