20/10/2026: This golf course is one of the most beautiful in Denmark and the most beautiful on the Flensburg Fjord. The only alternative is the Glücksburg Fjord Golf Club. The green fee at Benniksgaard is cheaper all week, and the view of the fjord is stunning on many holes. A fine-dining restaurant is part of the attached hotel, and golf club guests have access to a separate pavilion with a beer tap, a refrigerator stocked with wine, snacks, and refreshments. Payment can be made by EC/debit card on an honor system. There is also a large driving range and a par-3 course.

04/10/2026: The reception at the pro shop was friendly and helpful. The green fee is reasonable. The course is in good condition. However, the fairways aren't properly mowed, so they're barely distinguishable from the semi-rough. Some holes are tricky. The course is playable, though a bit strenuous in places due to the slope. There are beautiful views of the water. Unfortunately, the hotel offers very little service outside of mealtimes. There's only a refrigerator with drinks and a coffee machine. A bit of a shame after a day on the golf course!

24/09/2026: Affordable by Dutch standards and a delicious meal. Super friendly people. The chef came to ask if everything was to our liking.

23/09/2026: Visselullas – it doesn't get much cozier than this 💯 Hygge 🇩🇰, plus exquisite wines and select liqueurs. Even the excellent coffee in the evening, combined with the harbor atmosphere, is something truly special.

12/09/2026: It's always a pleasure to visit this place when we are in Denmark. Pick up countless books at no cost and their delicious landgangsbrød on Fridays. The staff is always very friendly, thank you for that. Occasionally you also come across a good piece of clothing.

27/07/2026: Great place with amazing homemade dishes like our grandma used to make them and lots of recycled gold to look at. We had great food and great service and came away with a few extra things from the shop. Big kudos to the volunteers who run the place.
