01/04/2024: I love Leanders and look forward to buying baked goods there every year until summer finally arrives and we travel to Denmark again. The bread is wonderful. The croissants are among the best I have had - even better than in France. And lastly, the most marvelous item of all: the cardamom pastry. I have bought several of these and then successfully hidden them from my family because I love them (the pastries, not my family 😉) so much. If you want to be sure to get what your heart desires it is best to inform them a day before. That way, everyone gets a share of the fantastic products.

17/03/2024: Usually this is the place in Svendborg where you get the tastiest durum.
The last 2 times I have visited, it has been pure disappointment. Half-brown salad, tasteless meat and watery dressing. In addition, staff go out and smoke without washing their hands. I think that is really shameful. Usually they cook their food without gloves which I can live with as I expect hands to be washed. But after this episode, where they don't even wash their hands after smoking a cigarette, I really have my doubts.
07/03/2024: My car is greased into fluid from durum. My clothes are ruined because I can't get the stains off. My car seats are ruined with stains now.

13/10/2023: A lovely corner shop. You can also have a coffee/tea there.
13/09/2023: Today we visited Troense and had a coffee and cake in this shop run by volunteers.
We received a very friendly and warm welcome and the woman told us a lot about the history and sights of the Valdemars castle and the village of Troense. Very interesting and great to see the passion of the woman in this store.
This way we know why there are so many apple trees in Troense.
