23/11/2025: Cozy little grill, stopped in on the way home from Langeland and ordered 2 French, good selection of sausages and dressing and polite service. Will stop there again if I'm in the area

22/11/2025: A little too greedy. Had bought a menu for 120 kr. I asked for ketchup for the fries and was given a small bag with basically nothing in it. When I asked for a little more ketchup, the answer was that it cost an additional 5 kr. per bag. According to my calculations, it will cost about 15 to 20 kr. extra to get enough ketchup for the otherwise large portion of fries. SET THE PRICE RIGHT FROM THE START. That is, in my opinion, simply too greedy. I left the grill without eating my fries and, admittedly, closed the door a little hard. The boss, who had been hiding behind an employee, then came out and puffed himself up. He thought that if Mac Donald can charge extra for dipping, so can he. I have been to the Lundby grill quite a bit - precisely because it is not, again in my opinion, down to Mac Donald's level, but ok if that is the ambition then peace be with it.

25/10/2025: I'm not going to say I'm a pizza specialist, but I've eaten quite a few. There's not a day on a holiday in Italy that I don't eat one. And call it what you want, but I always eat the same one. And of course I also do it when I'm at an Italian restaurant in Denmark. My expectations are also different, compared to my local pizza. I would have liked to have given the last star, because no doubt I was in Italy here. But 1 raw material, wasn't. And I don't know if the one in Italy comes from Italy. But regardless, the ham is not in strips. And maybe the quality is the same, but for me the taste didn't do anything to make me doubt. I was in Italy, but didn't quite get into a restaurant and sit down.

24/10/2025: I would like to draw your attention to a very unpleasant experience I had recently. (on 10/24/2025) One of your regular customers openly believed that he had the right to stare down an 18-year-old girl's breasts. I therefore called a doorman to have the situation handled. However, the doorman's reaction was simply that he knew the person and said: "I know who it is, don't worry about it." Shortly after, the regular customer came to our table and started berating me for asking him to leave when he was behaving unpleasantly. He insisted on sitting with us because he believed he had the right to an explanation for why I asked him to leave. When I tried to explain the situation, he started shouting at me and telling me to shut up. I asked him to leave again, but instead of reacting to it, the doorman let him keep coming back - a total of five times - without any consequences. Only after repeated incidents did the doorman try to physically restrain him so that he could not come over to us. While the doorman was holding him, the regular customer continued to yell at me because I stood up for my friend. Where again the doorman sends him away but no more than that. The doorman stands by our table in an attempt to keep him at a distance. After about five minutes the doorman left our table, after which the regular customer continued to yell at us every time he passed. I find the situation extremely unpleasant and unsafe, and I do not think that the doorman handled the matter in a proper or responsible manner. I hope that you will take this inquiry seriously and investigate the matter further so that similar situations do not happen again as no girl should feel unsafe and feel they cannot be there in peace when it is a regular customer. Everything else about this place is absolutely fantastic but this episode is now of Sir importance and means that I will probably not come here again unless he is gone.

10/09/2025: I'm writing this because I want to let others know that they are not proud and professional enough to take feedback, I have a 2 or 3 star review on them and when I wanted to try and see if they got better a few weeks later they called me and indirectly demanded that I take my review down, when I said that I don't do reviews based on 1 order, since it's not fair since everyone can make mistakes, they got angry and cancelled my food, you don't call customers and make them go away, then you have to be a little professional. All in all, I recommend their fries, they are the best in town, but I can't say more now. Edit: response to feedback, it doesn't make sense to give 3 stars when you want free food, and it should also be said that the review was on just-eat, and they don't let people change feedback, probably because they know people will abuse it, so whatever this feedback says is just trying to blame me.

26/08/2025: Top, only three guests on a Tuesday where we just had to have coffee/tea. Everything was served by a nice helpful waiter. I have only seen the place late on a Saturday with lots of people and live music going on. So you can also get a late coffee and bottled beer here on a Tuesday when the city is otherwise closed down
