08/08/2026: The fish was cold and raw inside, and when it came the second time, the piece had been halved and the garnish was gone. The steak was also raw inside, and when it came the second time, they still couldn't get it medium done, and it wasn't tender. Very bad experience, will never come again.

19/09/2026: SO bad service. Inadequate food. There were three of us who ordered the world's simplest, and in terms of ingredients the cheapest, dish. Namely sausage mix. 4 ingredients. A quarter was missing - namely the onions. We called and pointed out that we wanted a new dish, or our money back. Many, many, many discussions later, the agreement was that we would be fully compensated....... 90 kr. for a small blob of sausage mix.. No money came, but 3 cups, brought by courier, ONIONS arrived. A pure insult. The food had been sitting for an hour, and had become cold. We had an agreement with the place, didn't we? Full compensation... And then they send onions, without even agreeing with us. Finally.... Rings, rings. But suddenly we couldn't call. The woman we spoke to asked us to call "in half an hour".. I wonder if she knew that the phones were closed there? We are COMPLETELY done with this place. Except for..... At some point they have to pick up the phone so they can be guided on how to reverse on MobilePay.

03/02/2026: Cool baker clearly having a great time while working the dough—good vibes all around. It’s self-service, and he accepts cash, PayPal, and mobile pay, so no stress there. The kanelbullar were *excellent*: soft, packed with flavor, and dangerously easy to eat more than one. Worth stopping by just for those.

10/08/2026: Bendixens Fiskehandel is definitely worth a visit. You can get most fish and good homemade fish salads. The prices are ok. Note that the store also has a smaller fish grill shop that is open when the store selling fish is closed. A portion of Fish and Chips costs around the price is approx. 100 kr. I myself use Bendixens Fiskehandel a lot when I want to serve lunch with a number of small fish dishes. Guests usually ask with interest where they can buy the tasty fish themselves(?) In Svendborg the answer is always - Fish is best bought at Bendixens Fiskehandel!

11/05/2026: This is a very nice little baguette and kebab place. We ordered food from there one day when our lunch order was out of stock, and even though we have some relatively picky employees, the types who always have to have without this and without that and extra this and extra that, No.1 managed to do it all 100% right! I actually think that's great, considering it was a phone order!
