14/03/2026: It is a sad, "Trumpified" trend that is spreading in our society. Trust has always been one of many Danish virtues, but if you choose to pay cash at McDonalds, all trust is gone. The order is only processed when the money is in the till. I perceive that as distrust, as if I would automatically run away from the bill. I have never experienced having to pay for my food before I ate at a Danish restaurant. And McDonalds likes to call itself a Family Restaurant, but unfortunately I cannot agree with that predicate. 13/12/2025: I was actually close to giving Maximum 2 stars, so a smaller one I ended up doing and there is a good reason for that I think, but the rest simply drags it down a lot. The whole idea of ​​Maximum is really good and you have to say that the new activities are good, BUT how sad it is that the rest of the facilities just don't follow suit. This is about the restaurant which I remember was really good when they opened, but it almost looks like itself from back then and unfortunately you can see and feel it. The food is OK, but not worth writing about I think, it's the same as it always has been and it doesn't seem like there's much innovation there. The furnishings are worn out and it may seem like a silly thing to mention, but I personally think that helps create a good experience. The staff seems more like they would rather talk internally than be present on the floor and that's a shame. I know it's not a gourmet restaurant, but that's why I still think the employee should make themselves visible and be attentive, I think that's the minimum requirement. The toilet facilities are also a separate issue. It doesn't look like they are cleaned regularly and like the rest of the equipment, really worn out. It's really a shame because I remember Maximum as a really good place and it can probably be that again if they just get the last few things sorted out. You can always hope. 🤞

To most meals in the buffet had sugar been added so that mushrooms, red pepper, onions, chicken filets, beens all tasted as if honey had been poured over it. It must be very fattening and surely cannot be called green or healthy. I hope this will be corrected.

24/10/2025: I would like to draw your attention to a very unpleasant experience I had recently. (on 10/24/2025) One of your regular customers openly believed that he had the right to stare down an 18-year-old girl's breasts. I therefore called a doorman to have the situation handled. However, the doorman's reaction was simply that he knew the person and said: "I know who it is, don't worry about it." Shortly after, the regular customer came to our table and started berating me for asking him to leave when he was behaving unpleasantly. He insisted on sitting with us because he believed he had the right to an explanation for why I asked him to leave. When I tried to explain the situation, he started shouting at me and telling me to shut up. I asked him to leave again, but instead of reacting to it, the doorman let him keep coming back - a total of five times - without any consequences. Only after repeated incidents did the doorman try to physically restrain him so that he could not come over to us. While the doorman was holding him, the regular customer continued to yell at me because I stood up for my friend. Where again the doorman sends him away but no more than that. The doorman stands by our table in an attempt to keep him at a distance. After about five minutes the doorman left our table, after which the regular customer continued to yell at us every time he passed. I find the situation extremely unpleasant and unsafe, and I do not think that the doorman handled the matter in a proper or responsible manner. I hope that you will take this inquiry seriously and investigate the matter further so that similar situations do not happen again as no girl should feel unsafe and feel they cannot be there in peace when it is a regular customer. Everything else about this place is absolutely fantastic but this episode is now of Sir importance and means that I will probably not come here again unless he is gone.

22/02/2026: I had ordered food for pickup at Jettes Diner, but the experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. We were given a pickup time, but ended up waiting over 30 minutes extra without any proper explanation or apology. It's frustrating when you order to avoid waiting. There were some young guys behind the counter, and to be honest, their tone was quite flippant. Instead of a welcoming or professional approach, it felt more like an annoyance. It didn't seem like they were taking the situation very seriously - more like they would have rather been somewhere else. Busyness can happen, but lack of respect and poor service really drag us down. Unfortunately, it makes us not want to come back.

03/02/2026: Very good burger. I had their classic with a local beer, and it was a solid combo. The staff were nice and friendly, and the interior design was great - cozy, stylish, and the kind of place you want to hang around in after finishing your food.
