02/12/2024: We were on a trip to the Tirpitz museum and chose to eat here in Varde and found this little curiosity. Incredibly exciting restaurant and we were quickly assigned a table. Chose their smørrebrød and were presented with a board with the most beautiful and delicious pieces of smørrebrød, despite the fact that we had chosen the small pieces. We each ate 2 or 3 pieces. I got herring and tartar and my friend something else. It was extremely delicate and I dare not even think about how big the big pieces are? On enough home-baked toasted rye bread which was very delicious. Even though it was busy such a midday dinner, they had time to come down and ask if everything was as it should be and we ate it all. An affordable bill when we left. Can highly recommend the place. We also got a bit about the history of the place when we asked about it.

09/11/2024: Atmospheric restaurant with a great location by Hvidbjerg Strand and with a cozy fire in the open fireplace. Few, but exquisite dishes on the menu and a wine list with a voluminous selection. I missed a selection of juices.

03/11/2024: Uprofessionelt 2 gange har vi været ude og spise ved Ellas Coffee Shop i Varde, og det bliver ikke til flere. Den 1. gang måtte vi vente i 25 min på vores ret enkle fastfood mad. Da jeg følte mig nødsaget til at henvende mig, fik jeg simpelthen at vide at der var så mange take away kunder! Dvs vi kom i anden række. Da maden endelig kom fik min kone den forkerte ret som de ikke ville tage tilbage men godt ville kompensere for med en tilgodebevis. Det resulterede i nr 2 gang spisning hos dem. Vi fik anvist et bord og da vi ville sætte os, kan vi se at det under bordet flyder med affald, såsom gammel kage stykker og en slags fedtet bagepapir, samt plastickrus stykker. Og så var bordet fyldt med krummer. Jeg henvender mig og der bliver gjort rent. Dvs ca halvdelen af affaldet på gulvet lå stadigvæk tilbage. Jeg valgte ikke at kommentere det. Da maden kom manglede der grovbrødet til veggie bøffen. Da den blev serveret rørte tjeneren brødet med sin bare fingre for at lægge det lidt mere lige på skålen. Total ulækkert og vi spiste brødet ikke. De hele virker yderst upproffesionel og det gør det ikke bedre af, at køkkenet lyder som et hønsehus, og virker ufokuseret. Maden var alt for salt og fedtet men det er selvfølgelig smag og behag. Dato for oplevelse: 02. november 2024

19/11/2024: Very tasty food of fish fillets and various offers of burgers. Had dinner there with family and grandchildren. Nice service from young people.

03/11/2024: The Eatery in Blavand is simply great. The atmosphere is great, the location in Blavand is great and the team is convincing across the board. In addition, the kitchen is very quick and the service also gets a grade 1. The Eatery is highly recommended when staying in Blavand.

22/10/2024: Short for head and sour operation Tried to order but was just told to find a table even though everything filled up.

22/10/2024: A nice little cafe. The atmosphere is rustic and the cake served is very tasty 😋

28/10/2024: Good bakery and very nice staff, for us they have the best cinnamon sticks here (with chocolate and glaze coating).

20/10/2024: As with every Blavand holiday, our bakery is here again! Such delicious buns! The Danish rolls and the fabulous Copenhageners are simply delicious! And in the afternoon the incomparable little strawberry tarts! The entire staff is really friendly and speaks perfect German for us clumsy Germans! See you next time!!

16/11/2024: The pancake had not just come out of the oven, and was probably more lukewarm than warm.

05/11/2024: We tried the pancake buffet at Pandekagehuset Kvie Sø. Unfortunately, you couldn't eat as many pancake pieces as you would like to try. The pancakes were all very, very tasty. The service is super friendly and was very quick. However, it is important to reserve a table in advance, otherwise there may not be a table available. All of our family and friends were absolutely thrilled. On our next visit to Kvie Sø we will visit the Pandekagehuset again.
