Thanks to the kitchen for the gastronomic experience, again, the food was mind blowing. Von Lügenhals is an oasis, a perle that was created to take you back in time, with real candles and real flowers on the table. Beautiful vintage style restaurant, where the service is at its best. 08/01/2025: Kaffekoppen is a real gem! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and the friendly staff make you feel at home straight away. The selection of food and drinks leaves nothing to be desired - everything is fresh, prepared with love and simply delicious. Breakfast is a particular highlight, perfect to start the day. The smell of fresh coffee and rolls, which seduces the senses as soon as you enter, is simply irresistible. The selection of drinks is remarkable, and you can clearly feel that a lot of passion goes into every cup. When we travel this route, Kaffekoppen is an integral part of our journey. We always like to come here to enjoy a perfectly prepared coffee. Absolutely recommended!

30/12/2024: In Denmark it is often difficult to go out for breakfast spontaneously. We enjoyed it all the more because we were able to order bagels and have breakfast here easily and without a reservation. The concept is simple and ingenious: You receive a card, enter your name in the top right and tick what you want the bagel to be topped with - without any restrictions, because the price remains the same regardless of your choice. The premises were clean and the staff was extremely friendly and even spoke German. Overall, a great experience that I can recommend!

09/11/2024: Atmospheric restaurant with a great location by Hvidbjerg Strand and with a cozy fire in the open fireplace. Few, but exquisite dishes on the menu and a wine list with a voluminous selection. I missed a selection of juices.

19/12/2024: Gourmet in West Jutland is quite telling. Incredibly delicious and tasty food. The service is very friendly, we were served extra bread when they discovered we were running out. The youngest didn't want cheese with the food, so this was made into a mini dessert instead. It was a very good experience in a cozy place. Can be highly recommended.

Cozy surroundings that match the area's history and atmosphere. 👌 Friendly staff and the food comes quickly - maybe just fast enough, and generally the only thing that slows down is the pace. It goes too fast with serving and cleaning up. No presentation of the food or follow-up on the serving. The wine is OK, but there is no recommendation for the dishes. The food is really good, but it will stand a bit on its own. If the rest had followed suit, it would not be a problem to take 2-300 kroner more per person. envelope in our opinion. Thanks for the food. 😊

22/10/2024: Short for head and sour operation Tried to order but was just told to find a table even though everything filled up.

22/10/2024: Oh how delicious it was!! We saw this cute café as we drove past and it immediately caught our attention. We had to stop! And we weren't disappointed... After a friendly greeting, our order was taken, which consisted of homemade cake, waffles, cocoa and tea. While we waited for the food and drinks, the kids were able to play and run around in the garden. The lovingly designed garden invites you to sit in the sun. It was also very comfortably furnished inside.

03/01/2025: Super great baker! The rolls here taste better than anywhere else. Here you can even get vegan and gluten-free baked goods upon request.

03/11/2024: Uprofessionelt 2 gange har vi været ude og spise ved Ellas Coffee Shop i Varde, og det bliver ikke til flere. Den 1. gang måtte vi vente i 25 min på vores ret enkle fastfood mad. Da jeg følte mig nødsaget til at henvende mig, fik jeg simpelthen at vide at der var så mange take away kunder! Dvs vi kom i anden række. Da maden endelig kom fik min kone den forkerte ret som de ikke ville tage tilbage men godt ville kompensere for med en tilgodebevis. Det resulterede i nr 2 gang spisning hos dem. Vi fik anvist et bord og da vi ville sætte os, kan vi se at det under bordet flyder med affald, såsom gammel kage stykker og en slags fedtet bagepapir, samt plastickrus stykker. Og så var bordet fyldt med krummer. Jeg henvender mig og der bliver gjort rent. Dvs ca halvdelen af affaldet på gulvet lå stadigvæk tilbage. Jeg valgte ikke at kommentere det. Da maden kom manglede der grovbrødet til veggie bøffen. Da den blev serveret rørte tjeneren brødet med sin bare fingre for at lægge det lidt mere lige på skålen. Total ulækkert og vi spiste brødet ikke. De hele virker yderst upproffesionel og det gør det ikke bedre af, at køkkenet lyder som et hønsehus, og virker ufokuseret. Maden var alt for salt og fedtet men det er selvfølgelig smag og behag. Dato for oplevelse: 02. november 2024
