28/09/2025: Scam or extortion? Buffet service from 5pm. For a family of four (two small children) we only ordered 0.5 Fanta between my wife and me. We don't give that to the kids; they bring their own water. The waitress came over and started rudely telling us that we were all OBLIGATORY to buy a drink and if not, we were OBLIGATORY to compensate for the drinks we didn't order. What? When we asked if it was on the website or in the restaurant's rules, we were met with grunts like: "Well, most people order drinks, so you should too." They were basically trying to scam us out of our money. When they failed, they ostentatiously stopped clearing our plates and there were 10 of us. We pay for the buffet and we decide how much and what we drink, not your arrogant waitresses. Update: When the four of us left, our friends were charged for drinks they hadn't ordered, with the explanation that their children had had cocoa, which costs 20 kr. per cup. Coffee and tea are free from the same machine, but cocoa costs money. This is of course a lie, and the receipt shows Coca-Cola, not cocoa. WHAT'S HAPPENING?

14/09/2025: I was invited, but I didn't want to choose to come there and spend my money. The staff was nice. The food was there, but it wasn't anything special. I'm on team sushi and could have eaten my fill of it. Right next to it were Karen Wolf cakes that I could have bought in Rema1000. I didn't think that was what I expected when I went out to eat. But now I was invited as a guest by my mother and she thought it was fine. We were full. There was way too much noise on a Saturday night for what I can be in. I was stressed when I left. But then we tried it.

21/10/2025: Just wanted to have some breakfast, and here we had a delicious Croque Madame and a cup of coffee.

19/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was a fantastic experience! I ordered pancakes with Oreo and vanilla ice cream – and they tasted truly heavenly 😍 The taste was perfectly balanced and the presentation was beautiful. Cozy atmosphere, definitely a place I will come back to 👏.

01/08/2025: Small gas station but with everything you need. Really good coffee as expected. Nice and clean customer toilet.

29/09/2025: Good café with absolutely reasonable prices. Sale of various things. Update summer 2024... Brunch has been discontinued, but the breakfast plate is absolutely delicious too. Their panini is also extremely tasty. Once again we had a delicious brunch.

08/08/2025: The coffee is too expensive 30 kr for a small cup. But a lovely shop with a good atmosphere and they make sure that the dogs that are in the café are served cold water. AND there is a plastic bucket for leftover food that you can put down for the dogs. Nice things for sale in the shop... nice to sit here and have grandma on guard.

28/05/2025: Vi havde en helt fantastisk oplevelse på Restaurant Lyst i Vejle! Smagsoplevelsen var intet mindre end sublim, og de mange små amuse-bouches var en sand fryd for både øjne og smagsløg. Hver bid var gennemtænkt og spændende, og det var en fornøjelse at udforske Lyts's kreativitet. Deres vinkort er en skattekiste i sig selv, fyldt med gode vine til meget rimelige priser – en sjældenhed for en restaurant af denne kaliber. Det gav os mulighed for at finde et par perfekte vine, hvilket kun løftede oplevelsen yderligere. Vi har besøgt flere Michelin-stjernede restauranter, men dette var uden tvivl en af de bedste 1-stjernede oplevelser, vi har haft. Service var uovertruffen, med et opmærksomt og passioneret personale, der gjorde aftenen helt speciel. Hvis vi skal nævne en lille ting, var den sidste tur ud for rense "smagsløgsrenser" lidt unødvendig. Frem og ilbage. Alt i alt var det dog en vidunderlig oplevelse, som vi varmt kan anbefale. Restaurant Lyst er en mad perle, der kombinerer kreativitet, smag og enestående service til perfektion. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake.

02/01/2026: Nice schnitzel with both cooked vegetables and a fresh salad. Large plate of fries on the side, all crispy and delicious. The food and service were top notch. The only thing that let it down was a radio playing loudly on a Chinese channel.

13/10/2025: For a very ordinary and classic grill bar, it was a really good and cozy experience to eat there. You got what you expected and knew, but with a little more, at a very nice price. Service and mood were top notch from the owner!

25/10/2025: Had coffee and cocoa. As well as freshly baked buttermilk croissants It was enjoyed in a good atmosphere. And the customer service was top notch.

08/11/2025: Convenient charging stop right next to the highway with the option of a hot snack; open 24 hours. Very friendly staff, excellent.

14/11/2025: The staff was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately the stake I was served was an old meat and even had a smell. Returned it to the kitchen. However, still wondering how a professional chef could have missed that.

26/11/2025: Perfect spot to grab a quick sandwich and so much more! Definitely worth the stop. While visiting from Canada we came back several times because the baked goods were so awesome. Both our servers were excellent! 👌 🇨🇦 🇩🇰 🎂

24/11/2025: I've had sandwiches from Palle's bakery twice now, and I have to say it's been a disappointment both times. You expect a delicious, crispy piece of bread from a bakery, but it's boring and completely soft bread. The greens in the sandwich were nice and fresh, as you'd expect. However, the sandwich mostly tasted of the dressing, as there was a lot of it in it. Will not buy sandwiches from there again, unfortunately.
