18/11/2025: As you approach the hotel complex, it quickly becomes clear that this place is something special. The beautiful historic estate sits on the fjord hillside, offering a stunning view over lush, wide meadows. You are welcomed very warmly, and the staff throughout the entire hotel is incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The hotel interior is surprisingly modern, not nearly as lavish as I expected. The spa is definitely worth recommending—there is nothing missing. There are lovely outdoor pools, and even in that area you are well taken care of with drinks and everything you need. The hotel’s gym is also exceptional: very modern equipment, clean, and overall excellent. However, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with the hotel room. We had booked an expensive room with a fjord view and a balcony—both of which were indeed beautiful. But the room itself, in terms of furnishings, did not meet the standard of an average city hotel and only offered basic amenities. There were not even any cold drinks available, very limited storage space, no sound system, little thoughtful furnishing, and an unattractive brown carpet. The room did not feel premium, and this could certainly be improved. Another constructive point of criticism is the large number of additional paid services. For example, at breakfast you had to pay extra for a cappuccino, and there was no staff going around to offer coffee refills. You really had to get everything yourself, which I honestly find disappointing for a hotel of this class and price

11/01/2026: Even though it's under construction they still have a nice shop and toilets.

10/01/2026: Free truck parking, plenty of spaces, showers 30 kroner, toilets free. Wi-Fi is available for an hour. Overall, it's a good parking lot, nothing to worry about. I recommend it for a weekend break.

Both sight, taste and stomach were satisfied beyond expectations - it was a lovely holistic experience 👍🏼😁😍😍 We had both a tapas and wine menu and everything was good in a nice cozy atmosphere. The service was also service-minded, professional and nice. We can definitely recommend this place - we will definitely come again 👍🏼😎

19/09/2025: Spectacular Raw ingredients of unique quality, literally. The chef told us about his exclusive suppliers and their level of quality. They prepared everything, from the bread, sauces, toppings, everything. It's a feast for the senses: the textures, the blends of flavors, there's a nod to world cuisines. I would go back tomorrow ❤️‍🔥

The food is super delicious and with the finesse and expertise that we love and still with a price level that doesn't run away even though there is quality above the things. 02/11/2025: We stayed at Bredal Inn for 2 nights. A good, large room, completely free from noise from Horsensvej, which is heavily trafficked. The seafood buffet was very extensive and delicious. We also had a really good 2-course menu. The waiters were good and caring, the red wine was perfectly tempered and the plates were preheated. Not a single thing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay!

02/11/2025: Haven't been there so don't know the place.

13/12/2025: The pizza was expensive, but the underside of the pizza was burnt to a significant degree, with the coal black areas covering maybe 50% or more of the underside of the pizza. It affected the taste significantly negatively, and coal is not healthy to eat as far as I know regarding risk of cancer. The top of the pizza seemed good, and it was not undercooked, which is also good. I recommend not ordering pizza at this place. They do have many other options than pizza. Reading other reviews, some other reviews also experienced burnt pizza, but not all. Do they have different chefs working different days? Maybe the quality of the pizza and other food depends on which chef is working that day.
