12/08/2025: I have stayed at Comwell Kellers Park many times in the past, but my most recent visit was shockingly poor. The corridors smelled stale and unpleasant, like an old, unventilated museum. My room was in unacceptable condition: mould around the windows, hairs on the bathroom floor, yellow stains on the sink, and a drain partially blocked with old hair. The restaurant experience was equally frustrating. Despite arriving on time for our dinner reservation, we waited 20 minutes before being seated. After choosing a wine from the menu, it took another 30 minutes for the waiter to inform us it was unavailable, forcing us to choose again. The final insult was my first course arriving with a large, half-dead fly in it. What shocked me most was not just the poor conditions, but the complete lack of response from staff. There was no apology, no offer of compensation, and no sign that anyone cared about the experience we had. As a loyal returning guest, this was deeply disappointing, and it has made me question whether I will ever return.

The restaurant left the biggest impression - it is not just a place to eat, it is a high level of culinary art. Dinner was a real symphony of flavors. Each dish looked like a work of art, and the combination of ingredients was thought out to the smallest detail. I was especially impressed by the veal steak, which I recommend - its freshness and quality are impeccable. The staff was professional, attentive, and the service was at the highest level. The hotel itself is an aesthetic pleasure. Spacious, clean rooms with a view of the fjord, silence, SPA area - everything contributes to complete relaxation. The atmosphere at Comwell Kellers Park combines luxury with coziness, which is rarely found. I recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates refined cuisine, tranquility and luxury service. I will definitely come back😊
