09/03/2024: Truly an evening to remember. Without mentioning too many details (not to spoil the surprise), this immersive adventure into the creative minds at Alchemist was a once in a lifetime experience. The selection and variety of the ~50 impressions that are carefully crafted and meticulously executed, already make the evening worthwhile. In addition to this, your journey is thoroughly enhanced with the help of a well trained “host/sommelier/waiter” that is guiding you through the impressions and is there to answer any questions you may have. Although the overall experience was great, the last set of impressions outside the “dome” missed the mark. The way in which we were addressed by the waiters was inching towards unprofessional, especially considering the fact that we could overhear two employees speaking French about another client - they were not aware that they weren’t the only two people that spoke this language. Overall, the evening was fantastic and would strongly recommend it to anyone who is open to experiencing something unique, even if we had a slight bitter taste left in our mouths from the last few impressions.

19/03/2024: Absolutely magical atmosphere and vibe. The food was very interresting with combinations of flavours I’ve never tried before. The service was outstanding, personal and cozy! They made you feel like you were in focus and the only one in the restaurant. I will tell everyone that they should step by this hidden gem. Thanks for food to the genius headchef Maximillian and the rest of the kitchen for a great meal. And thanks to our waiters Emil, Nanna and Rodri who did a wonderful job! 29/03/2024: We ordered spaghetti bolognese and spaghetti carbonara. The price was absolutely cheap compared to the other restaurants in the area. We didn't wait long for our food and it was absolutely delicious. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant is a bit small and it was very warm, but otherwise really great and we would come back at any time.

28/03/2024: What can you say more when they play italian radio in the restaurant, speak italian, the staff has a lunch next to your table and they treat you as if you are their family. The best experience in Copenhagen so far. Serbian couple recommends! 🇷🇸❤️🇮🇹

17/03/2024: Exquisite pizza and pasta dishes with homemade pasta. Even in Italy, restaurants of this caliber are far between. Their Bresaola for starters can also be clearly recommended.
