13/10/2024: Ate at jensen's steak house in tilst 23.9. Very bad and expensive experience. Ordered a salad bar at a price of DKK 169. Many of the "buckets were almost empty. When I asked if they should not be filled up. The answer was that they should not until they were completely empty. Food waste should be avoided. Not very delicious to give DKK 169 for almost nothing. We got 25% off the bill. I thought it was a mistake to pay DKK 129 for a glass of white wine. Totally unheard of. At a wine bar in Aalborg a glass of white wine costs DKK 80.

25/11/2023: They should start by telling their few customers that you can't pay with Dankort and then they refer you to an ATM machine that costs money to withdraw so that you can pay for the food we have eaten.
You get the feeling that customs and tax should be looking at that place

30/08/2024: Party of 10, we had booked a table well in advance - when we arrived nothing was prepared, the waiter pointed to a table where he thought we could sit, but there were only 8 chairs, so he found another place where the tables could be set together, so there was room for all of us - we had to serve our drinks ourselves with a key system for a drink system - and since only a vegetarian menu could be served for DKK 239.00 and you then had to buy additional meat from the counter, we gave up we the visit, we felt absolutely not welcome -
Very poor service and absolutely not recommendable
25/08/2024: Ok buffet, fint udvalg af diverse bøffer, men det hele samlet i forhold til prisen, så tag på Restaurant Flammen i stedet. Alle i vores selskab fandt det for dyrt i forhold til service, kvalitet samt den samlet oplevelse. En kraftig grundrengøring vil også gøre underværker, da alt indendørs er meget klisteret af mange års stegefedt..😕

18/10/2024: Overpriced. We came with high expectations and were very disappointed. We waited for over an hour for the food, when it came the orders were not correct. The food was overall just ok nothing special, my son had the ribeye and he almost couldn't chew it. I will not go there again.
23/09/2024: I recommend it to everyone, the food is excellent, the service is fast and nice, the mashed potato ribs are perfect

07/10/2024: First, last and only time I throw money there. Really bad food and non-existent service. The only good thing is that the beer was cold after all. The meat was tough and without sauce or just anything to take away the nasty taste. Incorrect serving of fries, which were instead both like crumbled and completely violently deep-fried. Impressive that, after all, you can get a potato boat transformed into a dry dark brown bun. The staff would apparently rather be on the mobile than serving customers. In any case, it was difficult to let go. I apologize for being there as a customer and taking up your time. And I'm sorry if I had to remind you after fifteen minutes that I was missing the fries you were supposed to bring. Another time, it would probably be a good idea to have a different attitude when handing over the food after you have forgotten something as simple as fries. I didn't ask you to work there. I just came as a customer and wanted to enjoy a meal. Sorry - it won't happen again. Terrible food and service. As a rule, the two things can offset each other a little. Just not in this case.
25/09/2024: Ordered a club sandwich and a pasta with chicken. You had to look for the chicken in both dishes. The salad in the sandwich was bad.
Waited 35 minutes for disgusting food. Not worth the money

22/10/2024: Fast service. First time I ever had poke bowls, did not disappoint, very nice. Good selection of options for everyone with good vegetarian options as well. Small inside seating area but outside area is nice if the weather is good.

29/10/2024: I have always liked KFC, but I am puzzled by the price level. There are various relatively cheap lifts of different quality, but if you want to have chicken pieces, which are probably the chain's flagship, then they cost 25 kroner a piece - 25 kroner for, for example, a thigh, which is even relatively small. I also bought a large chicken popcorn and was amazed at how small the box was. I can't even imagine the small size, it must be the size of a matchbox. And then there is the shop itself, which is very small, almost claustrophobic and always with staff who do not speak Danish. When I was last there, there were 30,000 people standing right outside on the Town Hall square, but it was still not busy in the shop and there was plenty of room. Still, there was trash all over tables and in overflowing trash cans. In addition, the toilet was closed and there was no milk for the coffee - when I ordered it, the clerk just mumbled something unintelligible and then just gave me black coffee. Thanks for that. The two stars go to the good view from the four window seats and then the chicken pieces - I still think they are expensive, but also good. Update: Now I've also tried to get it delivered from here, but they couldn't figure it out, and I didn't get everything I ordered.
