29/08/2025: Stresset personale, lang ventetid på maden, smagsløst kød og lidt sejt. Igen lang ventetid på at få lov at betale.
En øv oplevelse og vi kommer helt sikkert ikke igen 😩
08/08/2025: Ubehøvlet service. Fik da i hvert fald skræmt os væk som kunder. Fik smidt menukort på bordet foran os, intet hej, for at få afvide at næste gang skulle vi checke ind indenfor, fremfor at sætte os udenfor. Ikke en måde at behandle kunderne på.

17/03/2026: I can really understand that Jensen's steakhouse can't make it work. The service is absolutely terrible and the food is boring. My husband and I visited Jensen's steakhouse in Wawes on Saturday. My husband wanted a Tuborg squash sport without sugar which was shown on the menu but no they really didn't have it anymore! He ordered a sirloin steak and potato slices the plate screamed for attention and oh yes the sauce of course has to be bought 😳!! I ordered grilled salmon (definitely tasted better) and wanted hollandaise sauce the waiter glared at me as if I had just fallen from the moon "we really don't have that on our menu" I couldn't help but say what? Jensen's steakhouse has hollandaise sauce in their range but not in their restaurants? Bearnaise sauce etc. doesn't belong with salmon! The last time I set foot there
15/03/2026: Waited 45 minutes before the order was taken Even though it wasn't busy at all. Had to ask the staff to come. Served 70 minutes after arrival and then the food for one guest wasn't registered. Wait another 10 minutes. Stay away!

23/10/2025: The steaks were cool today which they haven't been the other times we've been there, why not keep the same standard and quality as before
20/09/2025: Disaster, first we got our drink, but we had to send it back because there was stuff floating around in it. Then we had to wait 50 minutes for the food which was completely tasteless. Ordered a t-bone that was inedible, got a different kind of meat instead but had to pay for the t-bone. Old fries, tasteless meat, Unfriendly staff. Also extremely expensive, compared to what you get

12/08/2025: Laaang ventetid på maden.
Vi havde ikke forstået konceptet at vi også skulle krydse af ved pommes frites eller bagt kartoffel, da jeg havde krydset af ved kyllingbryst til 169kr.
Jeg havde en forestilling af at det blev spurgt, hvor der står at det en af delene altid følger med til hovedret.
Da maden ankom fik jeg et kedelig koldt kylligtbryst - UDEN noget andet!
Som i INTET andet.
Kontaktede tjeneren og spurgte hvornår resten kom. Men det kom ikke, da jeg ikke havde krydset af.
Ingen nedslag i pris eller andet!
169kr for en kold kedelig kylling uden tilbehør af nogen slags.
Og det var manageren som besluttede dette. Bare ærgerligt sagde han.
Min anbefaling til andre: Hold jer lang væk!
29/05/2025: Utrolig lang ventetid på at blive sat til bords og svært at få fat i tjenerne når man skal betale eller har spørgsmål. Dog er de super hurtige til at komme først og spørge om drikkevarer og tage mod bestillingslisten. TripAdvisor siger at 3/5 er gennemsnitlig og det er vel der det er.

13/08/2024: The bowling alley/indoor playground/arcade was demolished, and the place no longer exists, just the restaurant in front; there's a collection of leftover items. There's also still miniature golf.

30/12/2024: The food (two different burgers) was really good. We were a bit unlucky with the drinks. The elderflower juice I'd ordered was out. I ordered apple juice instead. Unfortunately, there was such a tiny amount left that they only brought me a small (instead of a medium) glass mixed with soda water. After the meal, we ordered two espressos. They didn't have those either. So they offered us black coffee. It was halfway okay, but unfortunately not really hot, because it had probably been sitting in a pump jug all day. That really wasn't that great... The staff, however, were friendly and accommodating.

01/10/2025: We were there this afternoon for coffee and cake and enjoyed the beautiful weather on the large terrace. The staff first brought water for our dogs, which I really appreciated. The service itself was incredibly friendly and in a good mood. There was always someone nearby without being intrusive. The food was delicious, and we also loved the atmosphere. We'd love to come back next time we visit Skagen.
08/09/2025: Friendly service, including a water bowl for the dog. The food wasn't cheap, and the portions were relatively small, but very tasty. We highly recommend it!

14/07/2025: Rask levering av mat og utrolig god👍 fin atmosfære og hyggelig betjening. Skal definitivt tilbake hit. Anbefaler familier å gjøre et besøk her.

Las papas fritas eran de rema 1000 y lo mismo que la salat en la hamburguesa.
Toda la hamburguesa estaba fría.

25/11/2023: They should start by telling their few customers that you can't pay with a credit card and then they refer to an ATM that costs money to withdraw so you can pay for the food we've eaten.
You get the feeling that customs and tax should look into that place

04/01/2025: Vi havde bestilt bord på forhånd.(31.12) Fik ikke nogen særlig venlig modtagelse.
Vi bestilte brunch. Vi fik beskeden, at de ikke havde forventet at sælge noget, så vi kunne ikke få æblejuice, Caffè latte, eller juice med bl.a gulerødder og appelsiner.
Ekspedienten virkede sur og irriteret/ frustreret.
Forstår ikke at de ikke havde de nødvendige varer, der var kun 1 lukkedag før de skulle have åben igen.
Da jeg skulle betale virkede dankortterminalen ikke, hvilket gjorde ekspedienten endnu mere irriteret.
Vi har været på flere Vivaldi restauranter, men ALDRIG haft så dårlig en oplevelse.
29/12/2024: I hope it was just today that it was a bad experience.
The bread is generally bad, but today there were big holes. The food was cold.
Some of the staff didn't speak Danish.
There were no signs on the things, so you didn't know what they were.
There were missing plates.
App didn't work.
