15/03/2024: I usually eat there 3-5 times per month, and have always recommended the place, but today will be the last time I come here, I paid DKK 700 for one out of 2 steaks to be completely red, to be medium. Was completely fried after they took it back and I couldn't wait for a new one. Had waited 45 minutes in advance. Our starter basket with various snacks was fried for far too long, which made them completely dry. They forgot all about our dip for the fries. You should also probably train your young staff in your meat. When I ask them about the difference and they answer, well, it should be the same, but there is a price difference of DKK 100-150. It was a nice place before renovation. Good luck in the future, but unfortunately jensen doesn't see me anymore

13/03/2024: Price and quality do not go together. The best advice is to stay away. With their new prices, there are many other steakhouses in Copenhagen that are cheaper, better and nicer.

09/03/2024: Large industrial kitchen with an invitation of hustle and bustle, those who work here know well who gives good tips.... Waited 50 min to get my main course which consisted of the picture below, I paid DKK 35 for the sauce then was a bitter foam that should have been a béarnaise, very disappointed...

25/03/2024: Never experienced not being able to get a steak that was as badly fried as that. And have eaten there before. 3. I ended up eating steak because I was so hungry. But too bad a steakhouse can't fry the steak properly. It was probably quiet and the waiter walked around and apologized a lot, and was upset on my behalf. But as I told her, it wasn't her doing anything wrong.

16/03/2024: There was a lack of filling in the salad bar. It was cold and it was drizzling a lot. Lovely food.

15/02/2024: Good value and very filling burgers. The place isn't far from Tivoli and is way cheaper than the places round there. We both enjoyed the food. I got a governator and my partner got a breakfast burger. Both were filling and fairly priced. You can get a bigger version of the governator which must be a challenge😀. The staff were friendly and the service was quick.

12/02/2024: Well this burger was a shambles! I had a burger from the cocks & cows in the Tivoli food hall and I honestly would not bother! DKK 255 (£30) for a burger with cheese and bacon, curly fries and two beers. I could honestly make a better burger at home. The beef patty was so small there was only 50% coverage on the bread. Honestly avoid at all costs if you want a fulfilling meal! Would not visit again!!

25/03/2024: In short, Jenses Bøfhus is not what it used to be. It has to pretend to be an affordable mediocre family restaurant. But unfortunately the quality and the price do not go together anymore. The price is too expensive for what you get.

28/10/2023: Ordered food for 7 people. After an hour we hadn't heard anything and I therefore called in. There I was told that my order had been canceled due to busyness. It would have been nice to be informed about it a little earlier

18/10/2023: Had a blast of a welcome in the shop, the staff's mood was sky high and smiling! 🤲🏻 - However, the music was extremely loud, and with my already poor hearing, it was a challenge to communicate... We ordered: 1 regular size poke bowl with Duck, and 1 regular size with Beef Bulgogi, and both tasted just so delicious. Really tender beef, and Duck suitably marinated. Adjust amount of dressing, however the carrot pieces were huge, they should adjust to the size of the other vegetables. 🔪 Ordered their chicken meatballs at the same time and they were quite okay. They did not beat the grilled broccoli on the other hand, was pleasantly surprised that I preferred them to the meatballs. On the other hand, I wasn't a big fan of their juice, ordered 1 Green Spin, and it really only tasted of lemon, which I was a little disappointed about. - Thank you so much for a healthy and refreshing meal! 🥗🥢

28/02/2024: Yesterday I was at Jensen's steak house in Holstebro and I got a shock when the bill came. We got a lunch steak with some inedible potatoes.. think they had lost the whole bucket of spices. The steak should be cooked medium, but was close to well done. There were 2 of us who shared a jug of water and right here I thought it must be a mistake... but no!! Jensen's took NOK 60 for a jug of tap water that was equivalent to 4 small glasses 🤬 So I will NEVER set foot in Jensen's steakhouse again.

23/12/2023: The food tasted really good. Can easily recommend Jensens Herregårdsburger and Nachos.

16/01/2024: Always nice to eat a healthy alternative to "fast food". Definitely a healthier choice, plus it actually tastes good. The price can always be discussed, as it is on the high end, but do junk food too, so rather choose the healthy choice. Wish there were more OliOli's around Denmark.

27/12/2023: The quality has dropped a lot in recent years. There is no difference between medium and large apart from the container they come in. The last time I ordered there was even 100g more in a medium portion than in a large. Incidentally, the last two times I have received the wrong rice, and it seems to happen often.

03/03/2024: On the positive side, it can be said that the place has a good selection of beers and is generally a cozy place, but the service seems bordering on the unpleasant, the chef loiters a bit and talks to someone who sits and hangs behind the counter, and the snacks we ordered are almost theft. DKK 75 for half a bag of standard pork belly with a small bowl of aioli. DKK 55 for 15 standard fries without dipping. And then it's crazy that you have such a large beer selection when the waiter doesn't hand out an overview of it. Too bad for a place with potential

02/03/2024: We were going out to get something to eat. We entered and were assigned a table and we got to see what we were going to have and eat. But we had to contact the waiter ourselves to order. We order 300 g of steak and some fish. When the food arrived it looked fine but I had ordered a medium steak and it was totally red and far from it. I get in touch with the waiter again and say it is completely red and he takes it back. When 20-25 minutes have passed and no new steak has returned, I go up to them and can see that the chef is pulling a steak from the grill into the top and out again to the grill and then back to the top where after I say to the waiter that they just forget about that steak and say it can't be right that it can take 25 minutes for them to make a new steak. And what I found out is that it is very difficult to grill a 300 g steak where the waiter comes and says what the problem is. Where I then had to tell him that it can't be that difficult for a chef to grill a steak where the head waiter gets very angry. So I pay for what we got and have to leave so I could get us some food. Sad experience.
