28/05/2026: Really sad experience 👎 the waiter seemed totally indifferent and lethargic, it was a really bad start, the burger was genderless and tasteless, the side dishes had been given way too much, and were rock hard 👎 definitely the last time I come here 👎 cannot be recommended in any way 👎

24/12/2025: We visited the restaurant based on the strong 4.3-star rating, but our dinner experience was deeply unsatisfactory. Upon arrival at 5:30 PM, the empty restaurant was our first concern. The issues began immediately with the complementary bread, which was strangely cold on the outside yet steaming inside, as if microwaved. A serious hygiene lapse occurred when a bug was found in one of our drinks. While the waiter promptly replaced. the starters (tomato soup and garlic bread) were good and tasty, the main course was a complete letdown. The ribeye steak, though cooked medium-well as requested, tasted charred and excessively salty. The vegetables were soggy and bland, and the fries were served cold as cooked hours ago. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional, with staff shouting loudly from the kitchen while preparing the food. Most distressingly, we later learned from neighboring diners that the recommended stake suce name "Champagne Sauce" contains alcohol. We believe the staff, who were unable to speak english, at least be aware we are Muslim, and should have identified this when serving it.

21/12/2025: The food is really good - but the prices are also quite high. However, I find the music annoying, which creates a high noise level.

18/04/2026: My and my friends ate two beef tenderloin with madagascar. It was very amazing taste and we will come again

09/04/2026: We 4 people had Fried Pork yesterday 8/4. It was so hard fried in deep fat that you couldn't bite into it. They need a Dane to make it, bread it and fry it in a pan in margarine. We don't do that anymore. 490kr too expensive for the dish. First and last time.

02/04/2026: Incredibly delicious place. Bearnaise sauce you get addicted to, it is really top class. Got a fantastic 300g tenderloin, cooked medium and absolutely perfect. The wine list for single glasses is a bit skimpy though. Nice and delicious salad bar, with a good selection. The service was fine, even though some waiters were a bit "green" they did a good job. The premises are super cozy and it is very nice to be. Thank you for a good evening, we will be back again soon and give you our best recommendations.

18/01/2026: We booked a table and were looking forward to trying this restaurant for the first time. We chose this place because we wanted to celebrate an important day for us and therefore we wanted to eat well. But we got a small table at the bar (like many others), the bar and kitchen are open and you can't hear your own words. We got an English speaking waiter who we think we'll have all evening (because that's what more expensive restaurants do). It takes a long time between the different waiters coming and they are called almost every time. There is only salt on our table even though other tables also have pepper, wine glasses are left standing even though we didn't order wine and we ask the waiter to remove it ourselves, as there is almost no space on the table in advance, dull knives that can even cut butter and not a steak. The light in the ceiling flashes all the time and is actually super annoying. There is not much space as mentioned earlier - the table next to it has a small child in a high chair who is sad and tired since it's 7 pm, and the table behind it also has a small crying child. In the poor acoustics you want to get up and leave... Then the main course came - it's ok, but for the price it's not that exciting. The salad bar is probably the only thing that gets praise! After a rather long wait, dessert comes - waiter no. 4 or 5 at the time serving us puts it in front of us and leaves without a word - the menu card says that it's the seasonal dessert, but not what it is, so I ask the waiter directly what it is we're getting - but funnily enough she can't hear anything either, so she doesn't answer and runs on. A couple behind us asks nicely about when we came in and we could tell that it was only 5 minutes before them, well they were still waiting for their food, and they immediately tell us about their disappointment. We start talking and a waiter finally notices them - they were completely squeezed and forgotten behind the wall and didn't have a chance to approach the waiter - and basically you expect them to walk around a bit and keep an eye on it, but of course it's quite difficult when a waiter doesn't have their regular tables. For us, first and last time... way too expensive food and no experience... I think the owner needs to start thinking about acoustics, staff who neither smile nor are welcoming (get contact or dialogue with the customer), chaos (no fixed tables and forgetfulness) and improve the dining experience - maybe you should take a trip to Ribehøj to learn how things should be done because in terms of price, the restaurant is almost at the same end.. Nice no thanks from here 1500 kroner can be spent elsewhere next time..

14/10/2025: Really poor quality today. baked pizza with spaghetti and beef burnt on it and if you saw 25 grams of beef in that pizza then I did too. Spaghetti badly cooked the only thing that pulls up to 2 stars were the fries. It doesn't look like a pizzaria to make such poor quality. Okay I'm disappointed.

24/09/2025: The half chicken and the Mexican burger were very tasty. A little more burger sauce would have been nice. The fries were good. The price/performance ratio was right. The young woman who served us was incredibly friendly and attentive. I wish I had service like that all the time. I would eat there again. The pizza at the next table looked delicious.

12/12/2025: 1 hour and 35 minutes wait for food poisoning. We came with two children aged 7 and 10. Ordered 4 steaks with sides. We waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for our food with a child hanging over the food and half asleep. The waiter was friendly and apologetic and although we got a discount on the bill, we went home feeling like we had thrown money out the window. Unfortunately we took a souvenir of food poisoning home with us. I have been visiting Hereford since I was a child, but this "new" Hereford is not worth the visit.

11/12/2025: Delicious food and good atmosphere

11/12/2025: My most recent visit to MASH was a mixed experience. I ordered a burger, which was okay, but not quite on par with what I've had in the same place before. It wasn't bad or disappointing, but I remembered it as better than it turned out to be this time. On the other hand, MASH's cocktails really impressed - especially their Risalamande cocktail, which I simply HAVE to learn how to make myself. Their cocktails were well-mixed, of high quality and clearly a highlight of the visit. This is definitely an area where MASH still delivers strongly. The service was overall good and welcoming. The staff were helpful and present when we needed something, although there wasn't quite the same personal attention that you can sometimes experience. All in all, the service worked well and contributed to a pleasant evening. As always, the prices are on the high end, which is to be expected for MASH, but it also means that as a guest you have slightly higher expectations for both food and service. All in all, an excellent visit with really good cocktails, a burger that could have been better, and service that is at an acceptable level – but for the prices, one could wish for a more complete overall experience.

09/03/2026: Urgh. Manor steak. Was a sad water-bathed grill bar steak. Almost not fried so more gray and boiled than actually fried. Sorry I didn't discover that you had to choose your own potatoes, because the default was some spice fries that went really badly with a really soggy bearnaise. I'm well aware that I should have left it alone... Now it has been emphasized that it is simply too soggy. The poor young man did what he could and everything he had learned to make the experience good.

28/08/2025: NEVER AGAIN!!! I order Kentucky Chicken as take away 360 g 141kr yeah okay food is better for free but then you pack like that once… I mince words….. 2 dry chickens from some assorted supermarket and overturned salad and soft fries that I hadn’t had enough of and then served in a pizza tray for a UFO pizza I even checked your website first regarding the chicken and sure enough it says breaded chicken fillet…. Yes that’s good

03/03/2026: The food was excellent, but not overwhelming. Their wines were surprisingly good. Excellent concept with one price and then ad libitum. The price is probably just a bit too high compared to the time you get and the quality of the food.

11/02/2026: Damn a dirty place. I understand when we came yesterday there were no people at 7 pm. The food tasted very boring and completely tasteless. The best thing was what they didn't make themselves. The wine etc.. Was incredibly bad. Wow we won't be going there again. It's seriously not worth it. Add. Better go to Dalle Wahl where there is more change and fresh dishes. It was impossible to pair a dish with potato salad? haha ​​omg so. It's a bit like food doesn't matter to a place like this.

08/10/2025: The fries are delicious and the soft serve ice cream is delicious, comparable to the ones in Hokkaido.

18/09/2025: We were the whole family at Jensen's Steakhouse, and ordered a little bit different. In general, the food was excellent for the price, however, we ordered two Jensen's special steaks and they tasted completely different, one didn't taste particularly good, the other was fine. The burger was excellent. The fries have a strange spice mix on them that 50% of the table didn't like. The salad bar was quite nice. However, I will say that our visit was a bit ruined by the fact that they are infested with fruit flies in both the salad bar and at the table. I had to stop drinking my soda halfway through because there were fruit flies in it. The food itself is what you pay for, 1600kr for the whole family, and exactly the same at Bones costs about 2200kr. Unfortunately, we choose not to come again, but I can understand families pressed for money choosing Jensen's Steakhouse.
