21/11/2024: Lækkert mad, men næsten umuligt at få fat i personalet for at få en opfyldning eller bestille dessert. Ikke en eneste gang kom de forbi os og spurgte, om alt var fint, eller om vi manglede noget. Dette resulterede i, at jeg måtte henvende mig til en tjener og spørge, om hun havde tid til at hjælpe os. Hun svarede ja, men sagde, at hun lige skulle nå noget andet først og lovede at komme over bagefter. Herefter ventede vi 20 minutter mere på at kunne bestille ekstra pomfritter og sovs. Jeg synes, dette er dybt uacceptabelt, især når de promoverer, at man kan få alt, hvad man vil spise. Da det endelig blev tid til at bestille dessert, sad vi igen og ventede i 20 minutter. Alt i alt en uheldig oplevelse. Jeg vil anbefale, at de fremover er mere opmærksomme på deres gæster.

19/01/2025: Usually good food for the price at Jensen's, but this restaurant in Aarhus was a bad experience on a Friday at 17.30 - Virtually empty salad bar, no pepper sauce, meat filled with tendons for DKK. 675,-

26/06/2024: Fiskerestaurant , vores retter rødspætte og laks ikke imponerende. Vinkortet stæber højt med tilsvarende priser 350-450 kr. for en flaske. Vinen vi fik var udmærket men dens høje pris harmonerer ikke med madens kvalitet. Vil tilråde man finder nogle billigere rød og hvidvine der kan serveres som et glas vin? Dette efterspurgte flere kunder mens vi var der.

06/02/2025: Ordered a porterhouse. Received a piece of short loin and a piece of tenderloin. Later edit: I sent them an email, they asked for proof of visiting the restaurant, I sent them the receipt and they never answered. Amateur hour from table to corporate.

19/01/2025: We have been to MASH bredegade many times before, and it has always been a good experience. Last Friday there were 6 of us at MASH Frederiksberg to celebrate a 30th birthday, where we experienced that the waiters didn't care about us. A long time passed between the orders and the dishes, and we did not get everything we had ordered. The starter came quickly, but it wasn't cleaned up after it until the main course arrived on the table, it wasn't even completely cleaned up. Side dishes were missing for the main course, and when we asked for more or the missing dishes, we experienced that the waiters thought we were a nuisance. After the main course, it took 45 minutes before they came over to our table and even offered us the dessert card. We would have ordered some dessert dishes, coffee and cocktails, but when 45 minutes had passed since we got the dessert card, we started to put on outerwear, and none of the waiters in the restaurant reacted to it. We then got no dessert, and when we told the waiter that we were sorry, we just got an arrogant answer like, "yes, thank you". He turned around and didn't even apologize or acknowledge the situation. He didn't care at all. We are really sorry for our experience, we think we have been treated badly and felt inconvenienced, which is not related to the price level.

30/12/2024: The food (two different burgers) was really good. We were a bit unlucky with the drinks. The elderflower juice I ordered was no longer available. Alternatively, I ordered apple juice. Unfortunately there was only such a tiny amount left that they only brought me a small (instead of a medium) glass mixed with soda water. After dinner we ordered two espressos. There wasn't that either. So we were offered black coffee. It was halfway okay, but unfortunately not really hot because it had probably been in a pump jug during the day. It really wasn't that great... The staff, however, was friendly and accommodating.

17/03/2025: El bistec estaba muy sabroso. Fue como lo ordené, quiero decir medio - raro. Fish & chips también agradable. La camarera era amable y servicial. La ubicación es genial.

11/03/2025: The food better than expected. But service far below average. Very untrained staff. As always, not Danish-speaking. No problem for us as we are all multilingual, but it became a problem since the girl who took orders could not convey that water in a jug with bubbles is expensive compared to water, which was also expensive. We spent a lot of money that evening and were ripped off for 200 kroner for 2 jugs of water with a little fizz in it. It was not about listening to our objections. They admitted that the waitress had not been able to tell the price, but they did not waive the 200 kroner. Never ever experienced anything like it. Not our fault that their staff do not speak English or Danish and do not provide relevant information. There are many other places with customer friendly behavior.

25/02/2025: Got a good steak and a good beer, service was very good, but the prices have since gone up a lot.

03/12/2024: We were 4 guys out eating with the company, all 4 of us got pizza and I have never had such good and so much filling on a pizza, I only have positive things to say about this place!

29/10/2024: Totally delicious pizzas 🤩 good with filling. Ordered a Mexican, strong and with good gorgonzola. We got takeaway.

11/01/2025: Vi hade bord 20:00 kom dit 19:50 stod i kö kom fram 19:58 dom sa bordet inte va rede fick ställa oss längst bak i kan fick bordet 20:30… skit ställe hade vi vetat de va så här dålig service hade vi häldre beställt hämt pizza!

27/12/2024: 1000 kr. for en lille menu med smag af mayonnaise.. Dårlige burgerboller, smagløs bøf, sauce fuld af sukker. Oveni har du 1,45 minutter til at læse menuen, bestille, levere og spise/drikke din ordre... Følte dig bare stresset over, at vi ikke kan nå det. Dette er fastfood ikke en restaurant. God service dog De berømte Spareribs "svømmer" i marmelade marinade Så meget sukker har de😝

02/03/2025: Really good fish and chips, only complaint was that the chips looked like someone from frost. Nice place with a fantastic view and very friendly service.

22/02/2025: I have NEVER had a worse restaurant experience. The food and service under all criticism. The bread was dry, the starter missing several elements and the wine they opened at the table and left with it to return 20 min with a flabby answer. The main course was a disaster - ice cold meat and roasted side dishes. They had forgotten the sauce. We sent the main course back, something I've never had to do before. When it came back, they had charred the meat and slapped it on the plate - it was the same that came back, but not to the same people in the company. When we politely pointed this out, the chef came out and didn't understand that we didn't want to eat the now charred meat, but agreed to make something new. The new one was unfortunately inedible - tough and full of fat and tendons. And the accessories were forgotten. Cutlery and crockery were dirty The waiter didn't bother to serve us and chose to do the dishes instead, and the woman who took his place pointed out that she wanted our glass so she could go home. This is only a small part of everything that went wrong. Can't recommend the place in any way!!

15/03/2025: Perfect evening and food, had beef tenderloin ordered as medium, sat right in the cupboard well done. starter was classic shrimp cocktail which was super good and an avocado waffle which was also super good thanks for good food

11/02/2025: Had a bit of a joke with my girlfriend about Jensen's being as bad as their reputation is. I get a nice burger, like Halifax level just a little more expensive. In return, you can get cheap sides for the burger. (Funny how a snack basket costs DKK 90 for 6 pieces, but you can get 4 pieces for DKK 30 for the burger). My girlfriend orders a RIB EYE, but is then served spare ribs. Okay, you make a fuss and get it fixed quickly. However, they are not asked how it should be fried, and fortunately it is medium (close to rare), but that is fine enough. The fries are hardly worth the calories. But when you add both spare ribs and rib eye to the bill, I just think that something is out of control. But okay, there were 4 waiters at our table, so the communication must fail. If they had offered an apology, compensation, maybe a drink or a soft drink, I would probably have forgiven it, but instead the people were right that Jensens Bøfhus is not worth visiting.

01/02/2025: Sammen med en veninde gjorde jeg brug af åbningstilbuddet 1 1/2 time med mad og drikke ad libitum. Vores søde og smilende tjener forklarede konceptet, og så var det jo bare at gå i gang. Der var noget for enhver smag, og drikkevarerne var et godt udvalg af både med og uden alkohol. Da vi havde ca. 20 minutter tilbage mindede tjeneren os om tiden med et smil, så vi kunne nå at få dessert. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse. Men skal man nå at snakke ind i mellem maden, så er 1 1/2 time faktisk for lidt. Men det er jo ikke deres skyld.
