08/10/2025: The fries are delicious and the soft serve ice cream is delicious, comparable to the ones in Hokkaido.
18/09/2025: We were the whole family at Jensen's Steakhouse, and ordered a little bit different. In general, the food was excellent for the price, however, we ordered two Jensen's special steaks and they tasted completely different, one didn't taste particularly good, the other was fine. The burger was excellent. The fries have a strange spice mix on them that 50% of the table didn't like. The salad bar was quite nice. However, I will say that our visit was a bit ruined by the fact that they are infested with fruit flies in both the salad bar and at the table. I had to stop drinking my soda halfway through because there were fruit flies in it. The food itself is what you pay for, 1600kr for the whole family, and exactly the same at Bones costs about 2200kr. Unfortunately, we choose not to come again, but I can understand families pressed for money choosing Jensen's Steakhouse.

24/12/2025: We visited the restaurant based on the strong 4.3-star rating, but our dinner experience was deeply unsatisfactory. Upon arrival at 5:30 PM, the empty restaurant was our first concern. The issues began immediately with the complementary bread, which was strangely cold on the outside yet steaming inside, as if microwaved. A serious hygiene lapse occurred when a bug was found in one of our drinks. While the waiter promptly replaced. the starters (tomato soup and garlic bread) were good and tasty, the main course was a complete letdown. The ribeye steak, though cooked medium-well as requested, tasted charred and excessively salty. The vegetables were soggy and bland, and the fries were served cold as cooked hours ago. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional, with staff shouting loudly from the kitchen while preparing the food. Most distressingly, we later learned from neighboring diners that the recommended stake suce name "Champagne Sauce" contains alcohol. We believe the staff, who were unable to speak english, at least be aware we are Muslim, and should have identified this when serving it.
21/12/2025: The food is really good - but the prices are also quite high.
However, I find the music annoying, which creates a high noise level.

09/03/2026: Urgh. Manor steak. Was a sad water-bathed grill bar steak. Almost not fried so more gray and boiled than actually fried. Sorry I didn't discover that you had to choose your own potatoes, because the default was some spice fries that went really badly with a really soggy bearnaise. I'm well aware that I should have left it alone... Now it has been emphasized that it is simply too soggy. The poor young man did what he could and everything he had learned to make the experience good.

25/07/2026: I may be a bit old school, but it bothers me when I have to go up to the bar and stand in line to order my food even when I would rather relax and enjoy my vacation. We had to sit and take notes ourselves before we went up and ordered, where there were a couple of young people who were not in a hurry. Then I had to carry my drinks down a few steps myself. All the “waiters” were nice and friendly when they brought the food. It was ok burgers at an ok price and we tried a little of everything. But nothing special and the same for the fries. The menu is just narrow enough for a Steak & Grill restaurant. It is primarily a burger restaurant. The place is cozy and is nicely located in Rørvig close to the harbor so you can take a short walk after your burger.

28/08/2025: NEVER AGAIN!!! I order Kentucky Chicken as take away 360 g 141kr yeah okay food is better for free but then you pack like that once… I mince words….. 2 dry chickens from some assorted supermarket and overturned salad and soft fries that I hadn’t had enough of and then served in a pizza tray for a UFO pizza
I even checked your website first regarding the chicken and sure enough it says breaded chicken fillet…. Yes that’s good

31/05/2026: They cook very slowly, and the dish advertised as "all you can eat" should have more food on the plate. 179 kr isn't bad, the only drawback is the slow cooking. Also, when there are many customers Waiter service is good
07/05/2026: One of the few Jensens left, we tried their Roast Dinner (ad libitum). We arrived at 7:30 PM and when the first serving came at 7:50 PM, the waiter told us that the kitchen closed at 8:00 PM.
Over 50% of the meat was fatty, the fries and gravy were cold.
Waste of money.

10/09/2025: There were two of us there for dinner, the only ones, so the rest of the restaurant was empty.
We got our food at 5:00 PM sharp.
There was no one else in the restaurant when we left at 5:50 PM.

23/07/2026: Friendly staff. All you can eat, including (alcoholic) drinks. It is a buffet with cold and hot Danish dishes. Also dessert with ice cream and other types of sweets. Child under 9 half price.
03/03/2026: The food was excellent, but not overwhelming.
Their wines were surprisingly good.
Excellent concept with one price and then ad libitum. The price is probably just a bit too high compared to the time you get and the quality of the food.

25/09/2025: The food was quite nice. It was a steak, potato slices and whiskey sauce. A basic steak and I would recommend not buying the small one of the cheap ones. It is not particularly big. But of course tastes good anyway.
I think it is quite expensive for what it is, but I like the food, and will probably come again.
03/09/2025: I was there today to have a nice lunch with my daughter.
When I receive the chicken, and am about to eat it, it was raw. I call the waiter and tell her about it. When she sees it she says, yes I can see that, I will do something about it. 2 minutes pass, then she comes back and says, it's just the juice that is red, we have checked the temperature. I am not convinced at all and express concern. I ask if it is possible to send the food back as I am not comfortable eating it. Tom she answers that it is. When I get to the checkout to pay for the things I actually got and ate, the waiter says “that is a big difference, if I were to give it to you for free, the only thing I can do is give you 20%”
So I was forced to pay for something I did not get, and was allowed to return.

01/04/2026: Ordered beef tenderloin torndios and got 2 pieces of beef fillet with bacon slices on top. Not ok for that price 😬 we celebrated a birthday and expected a good dish. Can't recommend betting on quality 😒
07/02/2026: Got plastic in the food. Drove down there and was told I could get my money back. When we got there they didn't bother to give me the money back. The manager chose to argue with the customers and throw them out. And call the police where they couldn't help. They even said they had experienced customers getting hair or plastic in their food several times and didn't even bother to give me the money back. We drove twice with a driving time of 15 minutes each way without getting anything out of it. We are usually satisfied but this is far from service.

24/09/2025: We order Food to take away last saturday 20 of september, but when we Came it was close everyone was sick.
We did not get food and still not have the money back,we have came back to try to get the money and send email, but still no money
11/09/2025: We entered an almost empty restaurant and were greeted kindly, but with a "warning" that they couldn't serve draft beer at all.
We could live with that, so the husband ordered 1 glass of red wine and I ordered sparkling water.
The husband ordered and received an excellent piece of beef.
I was tempted by the special offer sign on the table, which showed a schnitzel with a pile of fried mushrooms and accompanying fries and sauce.
It was brought to the table by someone other than the one who took the order.
I was told that it was a mistake, that I had not been told that they had run out of mushrooms.
Despite this, the kitchen prepared the food, without taking the initiative to suggest to me whether I would rather order something else.
Instead, she suggested a salad without charge and coffee after the meal.
I said, as it were, that it was a poor substitute for what you have just been looking forward to. I asked if there were any mushrooms in the salad bar that they could fry? But no, there weren't any.
At that point, it was finally suggested to me that I might want something completely different.
I said no, a bit of the fun disappears when one person has eaten and the other has to sit and wait.
I poured sauce over my meat and it slid down.
Then the man looks at me and says "you'd almost think they're going bankrupt"
A little later, the waiter came over and asked a little awkwardly if it was good after all.
To that I replied: "When the draft beer system doesn't work and you don't have the ingredients that were marked on an offer on the table, you'd think you're going bankrupt"?
She answered YES to that, the restaurant is closing at the end of September.
She told me a little more, which I won't repeat here, but it's not fun to be a part of.
We wished them luck in finding a better workplace.
