28/02/2026: Nice place. But I personally think the food was tasteless. The staff was okay, but not the best service you can get.

17/11/2025: We forget that Jensens Bøfhus is actually a fast food chain adapted to families with children. No, this was a sad affair. Sad steak, lousy service... too bad!

10/09/2025: There were two of us there for dinner, the only ones, so the rest of the restaurant was empty. We got our food at 5:00 PM sharp. There was no one else in the restaurant when we left at 5:50 PM.

17/11/2025: We had dinner at this cozy place with really good service and a really perfectly cooked steak. The garnish was nothing special, but homemade and the dessert was also really nice

04/01/2025: Vi havde bestilt bord på forhånd.(31.12) Fik ikke nogen særlig venlig modtagelse. Vi bestilte brunch. Vi fik beskeden, at de ikke havde forventet at sælge noget, så vi kunne ikke få æblejuice, Caffè latte, eller juice med bl.a gulerødder og appelsiner. Ekspedienten virkede sur og irriteret/ frustreret. Forstår ikke at de ikke havde de nødvendige varer, der var kun 1 lukkedag før de skulle have åben igen. Da jeg skulle betale virkede dankortterminalen ikke, hvilket gjorde ekspedienten endnu mere irriteret. Vi har været på flere Vivaldi restauranter, men ALDRIG haft så dårlig en oplevelse.

29/12/2024: I hope it was just today that it was a bad experience. The bread is generally bad, but today there were big holes. The food was cold. Some of the staff didn't speak Danish. There were no signs on the things, so you didn't know what they were. There were missing plates. App didn't work.

03/03/2026: The food was excellent, but not overwhelming. Their wines were surprisingly good. Excellent concept with one price and then ad libitum. The price is probably just a bit too high compared to the time you get and the quality of the food.

11/02/2026: Damn a dirty place. I understand when we came yesterday there were no people at 7 pm. The food tasted very boring and completely tasteless. The best thing was what they didn't make themselves. The wine etc.. Was incredibly bad. Wow we won't be going there again. It's seriously not worth it. Add. Better go to Dalle Wahl where there is more change and fresh dishes. It was impossible to pair a dish with potato salad? haha ​​omg so. It's a bit like food doesn't matter to a place like this.

09/03/2026: Urgh. Manor steak. Was a sad water-bathed grill bar steak. Almost not fried so more gray and boiled than actually fried. Sorry I didn't discover that you had to choose your own potatoes, because the default was some spice fries that went really badly with a really soggy bearnaise. I'm well aware that I should have left it alone... Now it has been emphasized that it is simply too soggy. The poor young man did what he could and everything he had learned to make the experience good.

04/03/2026: Delicious food and good service

25/09/2025: The food was quite nice. It was a steak, potato slices and whiskey sauce. A basic steak and I would recommend not buying the small one of the cheap ones. It is not particularly big. But of course tastes good anyway. I think it is quite expensive for what it is, but I like the food, and will probably come again.

03/09/2025: I was there today to have a nice lunch with my daughter. When I receive the chicken, and am about to eat it, it was raw. I call the waiter and tell her about it. When she sees it she says, yes I can see that, I will do something about it. 2 minutes pass, then she comes back and says, it's just the juice that is red, we have checked the temperature. I am not convinced at all and express concern. I ask if it is possible to send the food back as I am not comfortable eating it. Tom she answers that it is. When I get to the checkout to pay for the things I actually got and ate, the waiter says “that is a big difference, if I were to give it to you for free, the only thing I can do is give you 20%” So I was forced to pay for something I did not get, and was allowed to return.

08/10/2025: The fries are delicious and the soft serve ice cream is delicious, comparable to the ones in Hokkaido.

18/09/2025: We were the whole family at Jensen's Steakhouse, and ordered a little bit different. In general, the food was excellent for the price, however, we ordered two Jensen's special steaks and they tasted completely different, one didn't taste particularly good, the other was fine. The burger was excellent. The fries have a strange spice mix on them that 50% of the table didn't like. The salad bar was quite nice. However, I will say that our visit was a bit ruined by the fact that they are infested with fruit flies in both the salad bar and at the table. I had to stop drinking my soda halfway through because there were fruit flies in it. The food itself is what you pay for, 1600kr for the whole family, and exactly the same at Bones costs about 2200kr. Unfortunately, we choose not to come again, but I can understand families pressed for money choosing Jensen's Steakhouse.

11/05/2025: Min mand og jeg har flere gange være her - men denne gang var maden uspiselig!!!! Det startede som, det plejer - meget søde og imødekommende unge tjenere, der gjorde alt for, at vi havde det godt. Desværre gik det galt for maden - da den kom var den så salt, at det faktisk var uspiseligt. Vi bruger tit selv meget salt, så derfor tænker jeg, at det var godt, det var os, der fik det. Det var eftermiddag og vi var meget sultne - vi havde været på farten hele dagen. For engang skyld kom de ikke og spurgte om vi var tilfredse eller vi ville have mere - så havde vi sagt det. Men vi var sultne og tjenerne havde travlt. Da vi sagde det til den meget venlige og ordentlige unge mand, sagde han, at det var anden gang den dag, nogen havde klaget over for meget salt. Ærgerligt - det varer længe, inden vi kommer igen.

10/05/2025: Had to send the steak back twice because it was very red, it was ordered to be medium rare.

15/08/2025: We are deeply disappointed with the room where we held a big event. Food and drinks were fine, but the room in the back was extremely hot. Radiator on full blast on a summer evening. The staff said, we know that…… Such bad style. Ugh ugh ugh. Total sour smiley.

30/12/2025: Lovely restaurant. It is difficult to find the restaurant by car, and there are not many parking spaces.

22/09/2025: Dear Mast, Thank you so much for a fantastic experience with your 5 courses with wine. It was such a delicious end and last evening of our holiday. The food was completely out of the ordinary and the wines were perfectly matched. I would love to come back and recommend everyone to have the same experience. Thank you to the lovely staff. 22/09/2025: Fantastic place and fantastic food and service! We ordered their 5-course menu with wines and we can't find a single bad thing to say about it all! The food was really good and exciting, the service was top notch and the restaurant itself and the view what is not to like? We were glad that we live in a camper right next door - because we were so full and a little drunk that it was nice that we were close to our "home"! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! 🙏🏻❤️

25/02/2026: Your Playroom really needs an upgrade. It was sad and filthy. One of the air vents is very dirty. A baked potato is usually not the size of a table potato like ours was. You must be able to do better. We missed more fresh vegetables that weren't covered in dressings.

24/09/2025: We order Food to take away last saturday 20 of september, but when we Came it was close everyone was sick. We did not get food and still not have the money back,we have came back to try to get the money and send email, but still no money

11/09/2025: We entered an almost empty restaurant and were greeted kindly, but with a "warning" that they couldn't serve draft beer at all. We could live with that, so the husband ordered 1 glass of red wine and I ordered sparkling water. The husband ordered and received an excellent piece of beef. I was tempted by the special offer sign on the table, which showed a schnitzel with a pile of fried mushrooms and accompanying fries and sauce. It was brought to the table by someone other than the one who took the order. I was told that it was a mistake, that I had not been told that they had run out of mushrooms. Despite this, the kitchen prepared the food, without taking the initiative to suggest to me whether I would rather order something else. Instead, she suggested a salad without charge and coffee after the meal. I said, as it were, that it was a poor substitute for what you have just been looking forward to. I asked if there were any mushrooms in the salad bar that they could fry? But no, there weren't any. At that point, it was finally suggested to me that I might want something completely different. I said no, a bit of the fun disappears when one person has eaten and the other has to sit and wait. I poured sauce over my meat and it slid down. Then the man looks at me and says "you'd almost think they're going bankrupt" A little later, the waiter came over and asked a little awkwardly if it was good after all. To that I replied: "When the draft beer system doesn't work and you don't have the ingredients that were marked on an offer on the table, you'd think you're going bankrupt"? She answered YES to that, the restaurant is closing at the end of September. She told me a little more, which I won't repeat here, but it's not fun to be a part of. We wished them luck in finding a better workplace.
