19/12/2024: Lucky us that Google suggested this hidden gem and that Noma was booked solid for the entire year. If you want to experience a first rate banquet, with emphasis on local ingredients under the hands of a master of sophisticated northern cuisine you must book a table at Terra. The rewards will far exceed the trepidation of going to a place that is not within the natives radar. The locals' loss but our win. Since this review is taking place a few weeks after we dined here, will be unable to name the ingredients of each dish. Sufficed to say that it was a Seasonal menu, which means by the time you read this review, those ingredients will no longer be available. But whatever is available rest assured that il signor Valerio Serino, as the true chef and conductor of this enterprise will enact a masterful performance, coaxing all the ingredients at his disposal like a consummate conductor does with an orchestra, extracting unimaginable flavors from his vast repertoire and training. He is aided in delivering astonishing dishes to your table by Lucia, the most gracious hostess one can wish for. We felt we were treated like royalty, and each dish transported us to new heights. Bravo Valerio and Lucia for giving us your all on a memorable evening. Tanti auguri di buon anno.

27/10/2024: This review is overdue. I had the immense pleasure of dining with Terra in August of this year. It was an amazing experience. I've travelled around the world and Terra absolutely ranks in my Top 10. Their menu is constantly evolving so I will just say that the food was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The work done by Valerio in the kitchen is outstanding. Lucia is amazing as your guide through the experience and a fantastic sommelier. The wine pairings were each well tailored for the matching dish. We opted for the large pairing which is six pairings, one for each course. Speaking of the pairings do not let the "juice" pairing escape you. Think of it as liquid cuisine. The art of flavor made possible by blender and press. It was a close fight between the wine and juice pairings throughout the meal as to which paired better with each dish. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. It's worth a flight to Copenhagen just for the chance to dine with them again.

28/12/2024: Always good food. Interesting combinations of the menu and the contents of the dishes, and a good and varied menu, so you can always find something. Lovely staff who are always good at finding a place for us, even if we are not out in good time.

21/12/2024: I arrived at about 1pm. Even though it was busy, they were quick to provide the food. It is the WORST chicken salad I have ever tasted. The chicken pieces came from a freezer bag and were super salty. The portion was really small and the bread was half a bun which was baked off. I will never come again DKK 155 and 45 for a 25 cl Coke. Ring ring ring

20/12/2024: Esta fue la experiencia Michelin 2 estrellas perfecta. Menú de 13 platos y aparcacoches. La razón por la que era perfecto era que ni una sola porción era una falta. He estado en muchos restaurantes Michelin y de mi experiencia siempre hay 2 - 3 rellenos en el menú - cursos que solo está allí para traer el número de porciones. Pero aquí no. Un menú bien equilibrado en términos de sabor, textura y uso diferente de carne, mariscos, verduras y granos: perfección. El parring de vino no era barato, pero era muy buen vino y las copas eran más grandes que la media. Volveremos.

06/12/2024: 'Had the great opportunity to dine at the ⭐⭐️ Michelin restaurant ‘ Restaurant Frederikshøj’ and was in for a treat. The combination of taste, craftsmanship, atmosphere and true art made this experience a fulfilling one. The staff were very friendly and had great knowledge of what drinks that were best combined with the food. This all together made me leave with a truly satisfied stomach, taste buds and smile. Highly recommend a visit.

31/12/2024: Great place to eat, highly recommend ! The wraps are amazing and there is plenty of choice. Everything can be made in vegetarian or vegan option. The wraps are massive and the price is fair. The place is cozy and comfortable.

29/12/2024: Not worth the money. Falafel tasteless from the freezer, halloumi stone hard. Both burger and wrap not edible. The only positive thing: large portions. But it's not tasty.

02/01/2025: Have visited Herthadalen before in connection with a wedding and now also got food from there in connection with New Year's Eve. And both times it has been a really good experience. The restaurant itself is located in the most beautiful surroundings, and is perfect for all kinds of parties. The food is simple and sublime, and worth paying for. Had their new year menu this new year and again the food was amazing! And there was plenty of it. Herthadalen is one of the places I will definitely hold my next party at.

12/01/2025: Pingvin leverede en fantastisk tapasoplevelse! Konceptet, hvor man selv vælger sine tapas og antallet, er virkelig smart, og alt blev serveret smukt anrettet på én tallerken. Maden var lækker, frisk og fuld af smag. Perfekt sted til en hyggelig aften med god mad. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen.

11/01/2025: Fredag d. 10. januar var min datter og jeg på Restaurant Pingvin i Aalborg. Vi var spændte på konceptet; om det var noget for os. Vi havde bestilt bord til kl. 19.30 og fik en fantastisk oplevelse. Da vi var kommet til bordet, fik vi serveret Serano skinke m/ syltet agurk, sprøde snacks m/ dressing, saltede mandler samt et glas bobler. Derefter valgte vi 6 tapas hver. Hertil fik vi et glas hvidvin og et glas rødvin. Til dessert fik vi 3 tapas m/ kaffe og avec. ALT var perfekt og næsen for meget. Jeg vil fremhæve særligt hummersuppen, kinesisk inspireret munchorian samt cremebruléen og citrontærten. Virkelig høj kvalitet. Derudover var vinen helt i top. Personalet var enormt imødekommende og konstant opmærksomme på, om vi havde det godt. De tog hensyn, spurgte - og vi følte os så velkommen. En af de bedste restauranter jeg har besøgt!

18/12/2024: Really excellent food, very courteous service and cosy atmosphere. I had the Christmas menu with salmon, duck and delicious dessert. My wife had perfect lobster.

26/11/2024: The two of us went there for dinner - and everything was perfect! The menu was “manageable” and the portions were quite small... ... but that's the hallmark of top restaurants and therefore there are no deductions. In return, there was the very nice ambience (very high room, lots of living plants), the well-positioned staff (not too intrusive, but always available) and, above all, the fantastic food (we had salmon and duck) ... and last but not least, the reasonable ones Prices... ...with no room for improvement. Hence 5 stars

12/09/2024: Venø Kro leverede en fremragende oplevelse, da jeg besøgte stedet i anledning af en familie-sammenkomst. Stemningen var hyggelig og indbydende i de charmerende lokaler, og maden var udsøgt. Menukortet tilbød et bredt udvalg af retter, så der var noget for enhver smag, både til voksne og børn. Jeg nød en saftig okse entrecôte med bearnaise og fries, som var perfekt tilberedt, mens andre ved bordet fik friske og velsmagende muslinger samt den populære Venøbøf, der fik stor ros. Servicen var venlig og opmærksom, hvilket gjorde aftenen endnu bedre. Venø Kro kan varmt anbefales!

05/12/2024: Venlig modtagelse, lækker kaffe med æbleskiver. Retterne er vel komponerede, saucerne helt fantastiske - spec. en sauce på vermouth til den bagte selleri var fantastisk. Rammerne er hyggelige, betjeningen opmærksom og vidende. Vi kommer bestemt gerne igen
