04/07/2025: Too dark - almost tripped at cloak room. Maybe can hire 1-2 more staff. Response time is slow. Water is DK20/person (studio x kitchen on Dronnigens provides 4 pitchers of water free). Food was ok.

10/07/2025: We were excited to go to this restaurant, we had high expectations and it is safe to say that it did not dissapoint. This was without exagerating the best meal we've ever had. From the entree to the dessert, everything was so well balanced and of course delicious. We recommend this restaurant fully and will be definitely going back.

19/06/2025: Amazing resturant in the heart of Copenhagen with an amazing atmosphere. Food and service was absolutely on point and from our interaction with waiters, server and seater you clearly get the vibe that this is a great place to work and hence a great place to dine. You can get better food elsewhere, but for the price I have no complaints. Only thing that took this place a peg down was that when paying with card you are asked to enter the amount of the tip when you expect to enter your pin... I was not warned by staff about this exceptional process and was about to give several thousand in tips 🙈 Please do not add Tip in the payment process. Tipping should be voluntary based on an expressed wish not set up as the default option after accepting the amount

13/06/2025: Absolutely fantastic service and experience. We had booked a table for 11.06 at 6.30pm, but we had obviously forgotten/missed that we had to pay for our booking and they could therefore not see our order in their reservation. I was about to panic inside when Christoffer said, "wait a minute, we'll figure it out" and within three minutes they had set up a new table for two! We chose a 7-course wine menu and it is highly recommended!. The waiter is well versed in the world of wine and of course we had wishes beyond the usual wine menu, but he quickly found something that suited our taste, in combination with the dish served. We chose their cheese platter with honey from Bjarne's farm with great skepticism and it lived up to our expectations 110%. Taste, experience and expectations have truly deserved the Michelin star 🌟 and it is not the last time we will make our way past Aro

03/06/2025: I have visited Aro a number of times - and every time a new and good experience. We travel a lot - also for food experiences. Aro is value for money. The photos are from 24/5-25. Highly recommended.

30/06/2025: Denmark = Hygge. Doesn't this mean anything to you? Aarhus in East Jutland boasts several Michelin-starred restaurants. We visited two. Nordic cuisine used to intimidate me. Too dogmatic. They rake the forests and meadows, ferment whatever they find. Bycatch, no problem. Oh, an ant, great, who needs lemon? You know every producer personally, ideally for generations. Food that can't be shipped to the kitchen by cargo bike because the producer is located too far from the kitchen is taboo. And what do you end up with? Perhaps a Redzepi 😊? That's quite biased, because there's no doubt that Mr. Redzepi, together with Ferran Adria, has significantly shaped the culinary world over the past twenty years, and that deserves recognition 🏆. We saw Wassim Hallal, the chef of the Frederikshoj restaurant, as a guest chef on Ikarus (Servus TV). We liked his style and personality. The restaurant has just been redesigned. It appears elegant and tasteful. Dark tones dominate, but the overall impression is anything but cold. The ambiance exudes quality. There are no tablecloths, which, in my opinion, seemed rather out of place here. There are a few works of art on the walls. Overall, it's rather minimalist. We felt very comfortable, as the details we appreciated were present. The tables are generously spaced. The chairs are comfortable. From our table, we had a magnificent view of the sea. The air conditioning was pleasant, as was the background music. There was a small side table for the phone and the lady's bag. Parking was available in front of the restaurant. The guests were a diverse mix and mostly dressed casually. We appreciated all of this. We were greeted by the restaurant manager and co-owner, Jeppe Lund. He was supported by a friendly and attentive service team. Mr. Lund was the one who played a key role in ensuring that I enjoyed the evening so much, despite my mediocre English skills. Eating out in Denmark is more expensive than in Germany. This is partly due to a sales tax rate of 25 percent. We enjoyed 14 courses (including two desserts). The "Greetings from the Kitchen," as we are used to in Germany, was not offered. Bread was also not served. Water was not charged. The wine list is extensive. The dishes served to us delighted us from start to finish. We didn't encounter any dogmatism here. Many ingredients were regional, but why forgo Danish lobster, oysters, and potatoes? All of these "local" products were of the highest quality. All the dishes were highly aromatic, yet very subtle. The entire process was executed with utmost precision. It's hard to imagine a tartlet or other treat that's finer or crispier. Each cube is cut as precisely as the next. I love this kind of precision; it's not only a testament to good craftsmanship, but this work also undoubtedly makes a difference in terms of feel. I'll refrain from singling out a single course or describing the meal in detail here. Every time we thought it couldn't get any better, Chef Hallal and his team went one better. We were more than impressed. A magnificent menu. Who's surprised that I was able to enjoy the best Canelés de Bordelais of my life with coffee at the end of the evening? Jeppe Lund told a nice anecdote about it. Chef Eric Kragh Vildgaard celebrated his third Michelin star here, which he received for his restaurant Jordnær. He was said to have been so impressed by this pastry that he consumed considerably more than one. I'll have the opportunity to ask him about it next week, as Jordnær is our next destination. According to Mr. Lund, it's going to be fantastic, and I'm happy to believe him.

22/02/2025: Relaxing, quiet, and cozy.....Appetizer - very creative, giving taste buds something to look forward to. And the main dish - wow, waking all the senses, mouth watering, both filling yet light on the stomach. The house red wine complimented the dinner superbly. Friendly, informative, and prompt service with a smile. Reasonably priced. Every good reason to visit again. See you!

16/02/2025: Jeg havde fornøjelsen af at nyde en søndagsmiddag på Kollerup Mølle Kro, og det var en virkelig dejlig oplevelse! Allerede ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af den hyggelige og charmerende atmosfære på kroen. Det er en helt speciel stemning her, med den historiske bygning og den varme indretning, der får en til at føle sig velkommen med det samme. Vi valgte den 3-retters menu, og maden var virkelig lækker. Hver ret var både smukt anrettet og smagte vidunderligt. Jeg kunne især godt lide forretten, som var frisk og velsmagende, og hovedretten – en saftig steg med perfekt tilbehør – var lige hvad man håbede på. Desserten var en skøn afslutning på måltidet, let og sød uden at være for tung. Betjeningen var også upåklagelig. Personalet var opmærksomme, venlige og gjorde alt for at sikre, at vi havde en god oplevelse. Det føltes næsten som at spise hjemme hos nogen, der virkelig tager sig tid til at forkæle gæsterne. Alt i alt var det en fantastisk middag, og jeg kan klart anbefale Kollerup Mølle Kro til en hyggelig og lækker søndagsmiddag. Jeg ser frem til at komme tilbage og opleve det igen!

04/07/2025: Herthadalen gets our warmest recommendations!! We held a wedding of almost 70 people in the forest tent and we can only say a huge thank you to the whole team (everyone from waiters, chefs, to the executive restaurant manager). Everyone went out of their way and delivered a huge job on the day itself and in the lead up to. Thank you for the most amazing wedding we could have dreamed of.

18/06/2025: I was here in connection with a wedding and I was quite positively surprised by the experience. I think the location and the atmosphere was really really nice, but I’ll mainly focus on the food and service, starting with the service. The staff were super young, and they were great! We were obviously a bunch of wedding guests, and alcohol is flowing and this means that us guests can be a bit of a mouthful, especially also considering that we are there for such a long time. However the crew maintained their professional composure, they made us feel welcome and were in on the jokes and the fun. The blonde woman who presented herself before the dinner as being in charge for the evening, was professional, funny and very accommodating. The young waiters tending to our table were great fun and once again, very professional. Excellent crew! The food had its ups and downs however. First and foremost the appetizer. Tofu blocks with asparagus and a white sauce? I’ll just do you a favor and skip my comments on that, wtf? 😂 the tofu was literally just taken out of the package - super weird dish. The main course was super nice however! I am more of a red meat guy when it comes to main courses, but the fish was cooked perfectly with nice crispy skin, sauce had plenty of flavor too but the main character was the carrot puree. It was so delicious! So buttery and smooth and full of flavor I really loved the puree. The dessert was also good. Standard and safe dessert to serve (I reckon the newly we’d choose the menu anyways), but it was great! I had three portions. All in all I was quite happy, I think they’ve nailed it here. Except for the appetizer I mean that was such a strange dish. Very nice experience!

15/07/2025: Var her en hverdagsaften, havde bestilt bord i forvejen. Der var næsten fuld hus. Menukortet var i top med god oversigt over tapas serveringerne. Maden blev serveret med rimelig ventetid og var velsmagende og lækker. Betjeningen langt over gennemsnittet. Smilende, venlig og opmærksom.
