14/08/2026: We would have eaten somewhere else, but it was busy - what luck. We have been to Hjørring several times, but never seen or heard of Bryggeriet Vendia, but this evening they appeared when I searched for places to eat. The restaurant is divided into a Brasserie and a gourmet restaurant. We had the evening at the Brasseriet with a small menu. 3 courses, some bubbles and a snack as well as coffee and a sweet. A simple wine menu. kr 1,100,- for 2 people. The food was really good and the wine went perfectly. The servings are adapted. I will come again. The brewery is not in the most charming place in the world, but you forget that when you enter.

15/08/2026: Cozy place by the water with the opportunity to relax or enjoy good company with friends or family. Possibility of different types of food in various stalls. And at events you must have booked a table. Super nice statue and the opportunity to walk to the long line or up towards Copenhagen

23/08/2026: It was simply a pig party of all times that was in full swing with live shows and singing and music...reservations necessary for limited seating.

02/08/2026: Very ordinary.. A bit on the expensive side for the food. But spacious and with a play area for children.

27/07/2026: A really nice place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Friendly service and the products are of excellent quality. Highly recommended, located on a lively square.

07/03/2026: We just picked up 3 different burgers as takeaway. Wow! We'll happily drive to Hvalsø to pick up food another time. Thanks for the fantastic food.

09/08/2026: Nice gin focused bar. The cocktails taste good and have a decent amount of alcohol in them! The coktails are in the 120kr / drink range.

27/08/2026: Like any tourist center in the cities, the prices are above average. A draft beer cost 85 DKK in this place. In other pubs a little further away from this location, I found prices starting at 65 DKK. But it's worth it because you can enjoy the boat trips that arrive and depart from the canal.

26/06/2026: Food was super - well made, nicely presented, tasty. Just as French and brasserie-ish as expected The service was very friendly, but we somehow kept getting forgotten. Which was shame as otherwise it would have been a solid four. As it were there was a little bit of a disconnect to the price level. Did I enjoy it - yes - excellent company and good food. Would I come back - oddly yes.

23/06/2026: We had lunch here. Great service and great atmosphere. The food was really good.

22/08/2026: On the street they advertise to-go sandwiches for 85,- We buy 3, believing that we can take them with us to the bench. They are served in flamingo boxes. But they are not suitable for eating outdoors. Everything is out of place in the box. We quickly see this and ask if we can borrow cutlery and then eat outside on the street. We are not allowed to. Huge arrogance from the waiter, who wants the difference paid after which we have to bother moving everything onto a plate that is far too small. The most arrogant teenage waiter service in Ebeltoft.

22/08/2026: Bad service from extremely arrogant kitchen staff. Came in to order 3 x take away sandwiches. The sandwiches are not to-go friendly at all, as the contents are chopped into a thousand pieces, so I ask cautiously if we can sit down and pay for the extras, as we can't go and eat them at the same time, which was the plan. At first no problem from a nice woman at the bar, who doesn't want extras and hands us cutlery. But then a blond guy comes flying from the kitchen and is so insulted by us. Rolls huge eyes at us and the woman marches into the kitchen. Find another place to eat lunch in Ebeltoft. That money is much better spent somewhere where the staff is not so arrogant. :)

09/06/2026: The brunch buffet is ok but it doesn’t have much. Often the food was a bit cold or dry. Price is quite ok though and the plates seemed to have rather big portions when not from the buffet. You get the plate when you order and it is a bit annoying to to be able to get a new one if everything is dirty. Filtered coffee and tea are included in the price and there isn’t a limit time which is very good. The place is very spacious which makes it good to go with friends or a big group.

17/07/2026: We had roast pork, parsley root and potatoes, which tasted good and were plentiful, and a large, well-poured bamsa.

13/07/2026: Order a drink and a hot cocoa. You then had to wait almost 25 minutes for the hot cocoa, as it was put in the same queue as the shrimp cocktail and steaks. A small thing that could perhaps be informed about when ordering…

06/07/2026: My sister and I had lunch here during our trip to Copenhagen and loved it! We sat outside for lunch which was a lovely respite from walking all day. Our meal was delicious— salmon and salad which were both fantastic. We loved the vibe outside! The waitstaff was so friendly and attentive! We highly recommend!
