15/11/2024: A pizzeria that on a Friday night can only make sandwiches because it has run out of cheese!! Because there are three Pizza Deli on the island...get some cheese moved though! p.s. Have previously experienced that it had run out of ham....say no more !!

30/08/2024: My husband and I both ordered the chicken nachos. When we got it, it was dry boring chicken that was well over cooked. It was a small portion and overall the dish seemed dry. It was not worth the money at all and we left disappointed

01/08/2024: Lovely charming centrally located older hotel. Rooms are large, beautiful and good beds. Breakfast is very delicious and lacks nothing. The staff are local, sweet, smiling and accommodating. Have been here several times and will definitely come again

29/08/2024: Whoever runs this place does it as a hobby, not for money. It opens at 12:00 and loses customers who come earlier. But at 12:30 it was still closed, people knocking on the window - nobody home. So rather bring your own coffee or drink when you come here.

12/08/2024: Open at will, although there is a sign with opening hours. Unfortunately, I haven't tried it otherwise, supposedly fantastic coffee. Since we have missed their "opening hours"

24/09/2024: We found it pretty nice here. The owner, much described in other reviews, was there, but she didn't serve. There were two employees there. We're pretty sure the owner was sitting at the table at the front, right outside the indoor area. He got up often and seemed satisfied. A very nice employee served me inside. Quiet and accommodating. Location 1a. Tables were clean and the bushes around them had just been trimmed. The apple pie wasn't my cup of tea, but that's a matter of taste. Coffee with milk was great.

20/08/2024: I am amused by the horrified reviews from people who apparently didn't know what they were getting into until beforehand. I mean, the place screams 80s, time warp and old routines. I can easily talk about sourdough pastries from Andersen, Juno, Alice and Hart in Copenhagen, but none of them offer what Thorsen offers; a bit of the old days. The bread should preferably be weighed on a gram scale, smeared with Kærgården butter or 3-star salami and slathered in the corner of the mouth. And the dear baker Thorsen is based on those parameters. When reviewers write about 'Denmark's worst baker', it is because baker Thorsen is probably the last one left of his kind. When Thorsen turns the key, it is a farewell to a simpler time, where everything does not have to be measured and weighed and accounted for. I recommend visiting Bager Thorsen for the total experience of the 80s baker.
